Outstanding job on repairing my Honda, 16756 dollars worth of repairs and the car is perfect. They removed the dash, interior, headliner, windshield and rebuilt everything in perfect detail, perfection! I have even gotten under the car looking for patch work, none found. Only had 1 glitch from a loose electrical plug, they made sure it was fixed right and did not try to cheap out they sent it to the dealership and told the service dept to fix this car no matter what it takes . 5 stars plus!Edit: 3 months in on repairs car is perfect, no rattles no squeaks no electrical problems.

Recently, I was hit and State Farm sent a list of places that I could take my car. I chose Caliber Collision in Burleson because of the great reviews and Im very glad that I did.Barry Brooks did a phenomenal job keeping me informed throughout the entire repair process even though I was bad at answering my phone. I was really anxious to be separated from my car but he completely gained my trust. Now, my baby looks even better than it did when I drove it off the lot for the first time. Their partnership with Enterprise eases the worry of being carless and Barry even offered to bring my car to my job since I work during their business hours.I would recommend them to anyone, anytime. God forbid I get into another accident but if it happens, Im taking it to Barry.

My brand new car was wrecked. I was soo worried where to take my car. I read all the reviews and went with Caliber Collision. I was greeted by John who was super nice and caring. He kept me updated on the process and they even got my car to me earlier than anticipated. My car looks amazingggggg. I am soo happy. If you have to go here I hope you can work with John ..he made this stressful situation much easier.

When I got my truck back the bumper was misaligned, and there was obvious imperfections in the paint but none of that compares to the fact that I had to argue with someone to get the gap in my bumper that was obviously not correct fixed... Its two bolts and two people pushing up on it... Just do it correctly when I ask you to, I shouldnt be having to ask

Kayla was very sincere, kind and is excellent at what she does. Keeps you informed every step of the way and provides outstanding customer service. I did have to bring my vehicle back in for a small touch up as the finish of a paint job and getting it to match can be a very subjective matter. Roger, who is extremely genuine and accommodating, helped me the second time around and was more than responsive with my questions and concerns about my vehicle. He is very knowledgeable and corrected my issues rather quickly. It is evident that customer service is placed on a premium here as well as overall quality of the work. Nobody ever really ever wants to have to visit a collision repair shop, but if you do need to, then this the best place you can bring it.

These guys are great, they told me it would take 2 to 3 weeks for repairs and my car was fixed in 8 days. The paint looks Great! I Highly recommend them. After I was side swiped on the passenger side of my car, I went to them as an insurance claim. I was surprised by how quickly the repairs were made and the fact that they kept me informed from beginning to end what was being done. The work looks amazing, and I am seriously considering using them for the work on my bumper.You will not regret utilizing this location.

This place sucks they set appointments so it can be a smooth process but an hour later Im still sitting. Plus the enterprise girl working today (4-12-17) is very rude doesnt know what she is doing I have asked her several times how much longer its going to be and all she can tell me is she will call and then picks up the phone to make a call but its not regarding the eta of my car its to another customer regarding payment on her reservation. This place is awesome. Very quickly assessed and fixed vehicle damage. Great customer service. Kayla was tremendous. There is an Enterprise inside which makes renting a vehicle super easy. And to top it off, they cleaned the outside and inside of my vehicle when complete. Actual deep clean. Not just ran a vacuum over it. Would highly recommend. And I would absolutely come back.

I cant begin to describe how pleased I am with the service Ive received at Caliber Collision (Burleson). Im from out-of-state and working in Texas and have had the misfortune of two accidents in the past 3 months. Caliber was insurance preferred (State Farm), and I see why.The staff is amazing! Aubrey was on top of everything and handled it from the moment she received the insurance claim. She always kept me in the loop. Theres an Enterprise inside the shop, so a rental car was waiting for me when I arrived. Barry has knocked it out of the park - not once, but twice - with quick estimates, great information, easy explanations, fair prices, fantastic work and unbelievable turnaround time.Thats what impressed me the most: how quickly they fixed my car. The first time, I was sideswiped while parked and needed the entire drivers side rear of the vehicle (bumper to drivers door) fixed. Barry had me done in 4 days (T-F). The second time I hit an armadillo (!) doing 85 and tore up a good part of my fascia. This time Barry had me out the door in 3 days (M-Th). This is particularly impressive, considering my car is not very common and parts cant be easy to get.I dont leave many Google reviews, but when I come across a business this outstanding I have to share it. I hit a deer less than two months after I got my new car. Sent it to caliber, and it looks brand new! I was highly satisfied with the service, customer service, and timeliness of my vehicle repair. Hopefully I won’t have to use them again, but I know they are there if I need them.

Use them. They took my damaged 2019 Sierra Denali and made it brand new again. Amazing communication, they go out of their way to let you know updates no matter how minor.

They kept my car for 2 weeks because the parts either didnt come in or came in damaged. Their communication is poor to nonexistent. The service guy lied to me several times. They promised to have it repaired in a week. It was 2 full weeks! He promised a gift card to a restaurant because it took so long...never got it. He also said he doesnt get paid until the work is complete. Insurance company paid the about 10 days before I finally got my car back. They did not even do a thorough check of the car to make sure everything was working properly. They miss a shattered mirror on the visor as well as washer fluid leak on the back window. I am STILL waiting for a callback regarding the visor...its been another 2 weeks. I REALLY dont want them trying to fix my leak because they will probably have it another 2 weeks and i cant afford to be without my car that long.

Caliber has taken care of me twice now! The staff and work that they performed was thorough and quickly done. Was worried that I was going to be without my car, but the crew took care of all of the work and repairs needed that same day that they received my car. Not only that, but they explained the pricing up front and also explained what and why my car needed the services and work they performed. I hope my insurance continues to use Caliber Collision, because if it’s the best service I have ever received! My claims adjuster was more interested in moving my claim along and not actually taking care of anything. I showed up to drop my car off and they didn’t have an appointment for me, I was pretty upset and then I met John Chambers.He apologized for the lack of communication even though it wasn’t the fault of himself or Caliber Collision. He make me feel calm and relaxed. He explained the ENTIRE process to me what is supposed to happen about how long it would take and scheduled a drop off for me to come later. He kept me updated step by step with my repair process on my vehicle, all the way to letting me know when the dealership took it to recalibrate my drive assist censor. My vehicle was also done ahead of scheduled.Mr. Chambers exceeded my expectations for excellent customer service and he is an asset to this profession, and Caliber Collision. It’s a pain needing your car fixed and can be a hassle but Mr. Chambers made it so seamless and worry free, it was literally car repair made easy! I would 100% go back or recommend this shop to everyone.

Excellent customer service, and communication skills on point! I received two phone calls every week from Kayla until I got my car back. Getting into a car wreck is very stressful as it is, but they made my experience a lot less nerve-racking by keeping me updated about my car situation.

Traveling from out of town, I was hit from behind and the guy who hit me had Progressive insurance, they gave me NO OPTION but to send my car here.After three weeks I came from out of state to pick up my car and the back window was shaking making noise.So I took it to my local certified repair dealer and they found that Caliber collision used the WRONG back window for my car. None of the bolts lined up and the glass was the wrong size, as well as several of the attached pieces where broken.Again I was given another rental for another few days while my local repair shop ordered the correct parts and glass for my car.While friendly this place does horrible work, I would get your vehicle inspected at another repair shop instead of going here.IF They are too busy to do the work correctly, they shouldn’t be pushing out cars they know have the wrong parts on them. It’s dangerous.

I was able to receive a rental car from Enterprise (which is on site) so that my life could keep moving forward. Mr. Patrick was extremely helpful and gave me a set time for completion as well as a guarantee that all would be right as rain once they were finished. Company will not allow for customer-provided replacement parts because of “lifetime warranty” reasons. Not super friendly or interested in doing business, so I left. They seem like they’re not very hungry to help unless you’ve got an insurance claim paying your ticket.

Good experience here. The staff helped get my vehicle out on the target date. No complaints here. Hopefully no more accidents with my car but this is my shop of choice.

Took my wrecked 2016 Mustang GT here as a recommendation from the insurance company. You can take your vehicle to any repair shop and most can all do a pretty good job of restoring it. The one thing that separates them from everyone else is the top notch professional service. Every step of the process was laid out and explained in detail. Everything they said, they followed through on. I received a phone call every day or two with an update on where they were and what process they were working on. The estimated time took exactly what they said it would. I would recommend them all my friends and family. They really know what customer service is all about.

0 stars. I don’t know how this place has such good reviews unless they are fake. Yelp has them at 2 1/2 stars. I called last Thursday to schedule our vehicle to be dropped off for a rear end repair. They told us the earliest we can drop off our vehicle was Tuesday morning at 7 AM. This morning we arrived at 7 AM as agreed. They told us that they don’t have room. They said that there were tow-ins over the weekend. We asked them why we don’t have a spot since we schedule the drop off prior to the weekend and they told us that they don’t do that. We talked to the manager, the manager talked down to my wife and didn’t care. Terrible service and a huge waste of time. There are lots of body shops around, go somewhere else.After a little bit of research I noticed that people have issues with getting service unless they rent a car with them. It looks like they will refuse service to you unless you rent a car. I believe that’s why they asked us if we were renting a car before even looking at our vehicle. Beware this company.

Took my 2007 Mustang in and now the back bumper and fender looks brand spanking new! Very happy with service. No issues with the work since. Plus they washed (with wax)/vacuumed it, looked like a brand new car.

Caliber Collision fixed my Expedition in June. They were amazing to work with. I had to bring three kids, who sit in three very heavy car seats, with me to drop off and pick up. Brent helped me move car seats to my rental, which was there waiting on me. When I went to pick up my vehicle, I forgot to fill up the tank of the rental. Again Brent went above and beyond, he took the rental to get gas for me so I didnt have to transfer car seats over and load kids up again. It was a really great experience! Highly recommend.

I had previously had work done by Service King on another vehicle and they had my truck for 3 weeks and didnt have my rental car available. My experience with Caliber was totally different! It took me 30 mins to drop my car off and get a rental and I received my vehicle back within the same week and the work is top notch! Thank you Caliber.

This actually happened. Talked to them on Monday to get my car towed in. Was given appointment for 9am 2 days later. Today my tow company called them and they were first told cannot find an appointment later when. I called first time was informed that you dont have an appointment . Then again I called with my claim no. Ashley ( the one who made my appointment) put me on hold and then transfers me without letting me know to Gary. This gentleman was equllay unhelpful . And when I asked to speak to manager he told me that their manager is in californiaStay away. ! Hopeless customer service by Ashley & Gary. At this location.
