Contacted Joeys via their website and submitted pictures and information on our wrecked car. He was honest and upfront with the exterior damage and possible underlying damage. When we decided the car was not worth the cost of reparing, he made a fair offer to buy the car. Was great to work with.

This company kept my car for approximately 2 months. The body work should NOT have taken that long. All fees were being paid by my insurance company. They did a VERY cheap job with the repairs, used cheap materials AND switched my rims. I called them out on switching the rims and they eventually put the original rims back on. The customer service was horrible. I would have done far better by going to service king or a reputable body shop.

He helped me when I ran over a can of spray paint with my friends jeep and Maaco told me to use acetone to get it off (which almost ruined the powder coating btw) and was super helpful about everything and helped me find prices and parts I need and has GREAT pricing btw! Seriously come see him!

My daughter wrecked her car and the fender needed pulled out so she could drive it. After calling several body shops who all told me to come the next day and leave the car with them , I called Joey’s. Omgosh !!! He said bring it right in and he stayed after closing hours to wait for us !!! And he cut the piece of fender off so she could drive it. He went one step further and got her a rental car set up. !!!!!! These guys are amazing. All of them. Joey, Erika, Matt and all the others. Plus, u can see the amazing paint and custom stuff they do cuz he’s right off 35W south frontage road !!!! I’m an old lady and a lot of shops try to take advantage of that. Joey cut the fender off for her for free!! Not even knowing if we were gonna just take the car and go somewhere else. Thank you guys so much. Your company is a blessing to people like us. I got a lot of work done at Joeys Illusion. All of it was top of the line service from start to finish. I have a 2012 Ram 1500 Lone Star that came with chrome bumpers and grille. Joey and Matt swapped my bumpers for a set to be painted white to match the truck. I also had them do a custom paint job on my grille to match the truck. All of the paint came out perfect and the installation was flawless as well. I also had them install a set of Bilstein 5100 adjustable shocks to level out the front end, and they also installed a set of 35x12.50x17 wheels and tires for me. I cant say enough about what a great job these guys did. I will be bringing my truck to Joeys anytime I need work done in the future. Thanks for the great service guys!

I highly recommend Joeys Illusion Auto Body. I took my sons car in to have the front bumper repaired. Not only was the final product good as new, they did a great job in matching the paint. The job was done in a timely manner. They were very professional and very customer focused.

Ive had work done by these guys on my 2002 Jetta and cant complain one bit. Had both front and rear bumpers replaced with aftermarkets. I found Joeys Illusion Body Shop through a Google search for local repair shops following a car accident. He responded promptly to my online quote request and was spot on with pricing. After having the damage to my vehicle assessed by an adjuster from my insurance company, I dropped my car off at Joeys Illusion. He had everything handled after that! He called for my rental, kept us updated with repair status and changes, and let us know as soon as we were able to pick it up. Very honest, reliable, professional service and quality repair work! I will definitely be using him again if needed and suggesting my friends and family to do the same!

I came here because of the good reviews and didnt want to go to a big named shop. Figured Id support a small business. Well I took my car for repairs and at 1st they were just going to repair my bumper but they didnt. They ended up replacing it with a new one which means they had to repaint the whole new bumper. Long story short, they failed to match the paint of the bumper to the rest of my car and on top of that the weatherstrip that goes on top of the bumper to the hood was already ripped and weathered. I actually told them back in January about the issues and they said it would be taken care of. I called them after a month to see what the deal was and Joey told me he was waiting on the insurance to get back to him.Its been a total of 3 months and no word from them yet. They should of repaired my car right the first time instead of trying to get more money from the insurance.

Although my experience with Joeys Illusions has nothing to do with Auto Body work, I felt the need to tell how this business helped not only me, but a little girl in need. I am the Project Manager for a non-profit organization called Sunshine Spaces dedicated to the remodeling and make-over of chronically ill children bedrooms, giving them a place to get away from their medical burdens. On the first day of our first project/makeover I found myself in a huge bind. Without a vehicle large enough to transport much needed supplies to the work site the project was at a stand-still. I called Matthew Garcia, co -owner of Joeys Illusions, he and his business jumped at the chance to help. Within 5 minutes he was on his way with a truck, which he drove from Burleson, to Dallas and picked up a large sign, then continued on to Denton, delivering the sign and building supplies. The selflessness and dedication to great service of Joeys Illusions is above and beyond the norm. It would be next to impossible to get this kind of service from any other business. Thanks
