Its pretty small gym with limited machine but there is pretty enough to keep you active. Usually that s not that much people. I just join the gym during covid but its really clean.Machines are pretty new and work in good shape.After 2 months going there I would say if you are in the area it could be good option for you.

ProFitness Burien has helped me gain my health back! Great community, excellent coaches, balanced individualized training, and all the help you need for nutrition and diet. If this is your first time in a gym (that was me) or you’ve been training for years this place has what you need!

I would not recommend this gym to anyone. The staff is highly unprofessional, covid safety protocols are not followed among all guests, planet fitness type workout expectations, unfinished renovations with no progress for 8 months plus, and maintenance of guest amenities is neglected. Overall I had a VERY POOR experience with this facility and am happily moving on.

Do not recommend going to this gym until the one that runs this club (Don smallage) either quits or is terminated! He will make you feel uncomfortable to work out and no one wants that, ideally we would like to work out, with out someone consistently interrupting you or staring at you and this is dons specialty I would not recommend this gym to my worst enemy!

Bought a Groupon deal and when I called to find out information they said they didnt honor Groupon and didnt know the ad was up still but its literally all over Google and also on Groupon. I was going to give them a chance after seeing the not so good reviews and as they had a good deal for a one-month membership, but I shouldve just done what I normally do and believe the reviews. They really need to get it together.

Good luck trying to get ahold of them, I left multiple messages and never gotten a call back. I’ve been trying to cancel my membership since April and I’ve had no luck. I disputed the charge through my bank and that’s when I get an email to update my credit card info. What a joke. I got an email from ABC Financial that I have a past due account. The only way to cancel my membership is to write them a certified letter letting them know I want to cancel which would only be a 30 day notice AND they’ll still be charging you until they receive the letter. What a waste of money. I even let the lady at ABC Financial know I’ve called and left messages and she said that she sees no record of any of them. Apparently ProFitness staff doesn’t even bother to hear the messages.Don’t even bother coming in and signing up. (They probably won’t even answer either way) You’re better off elsewhere!

I work for Boeing, so I was able to choose a gym and pay $25 a month. I choose this gym because it was 24/7 and the closest to my place. I was told that the $25 a month was restricted hours and if I wanted 24/7 that I had to paid an extra $27 a month. I went one time before the lock down and havent been able to go due to the closing of gyms. They have taken over $200 and when I wanted to cancel my gym membership BECAUSE IM NOT USING THE GYM AND STILL GETTING CHARGED. I emailed them 3 times and called twice with a voicemail. No one got back to me. So I was forced to call my bank and put an end to the account. Too much of a headache. Not worth it.

This gym is smaller than most chain gyms, but they are well stocked with equipment and machines. I was very impressed when I first signed up. The owner is super friendly and its never crowded!

We have been trying to cancel the membership for a year after we went ONE TIME back in August 2019. There is never an answer when we call. We finally got someone on the phone one day ago (that’s 364 days later) and they referred us to ABC Financial, their billing company. When we called ABC, we were told ABC cannot help us and that we are going to received recurring charges unless we mail a letter asking for cancellation. Totally archaic and confusing. This has been going on a for A YEAR and NOW we just got a charge for membership renewal AND annual fees. Pro Fitness SUCKS!! Don’t waste your time or money going here. We are reporting this business to the attorney general.

This used to be a good gym, but members status were changed from full to limited access; a phone call or a email would have been great. I called over five times to cancel my membership, but no return calls and the only time I heard a response was when I didn’t pay my membership because I sent a letter to ABC Financial to cancel. If I could give no stars I would, but unfortunately that’s not possible.

Thought about checking out the place and joining, called a few times in the morning and tried again in the afternoon as-well. The phone is never answered , went to the gym and they are not staffed like their website says they are during weekdays. I’ll take my business somewhere else, glad I have not joined all the other reviews on here have the same complain about membership services.

First off, the management here has been so easy to deal with! Nicole wad my main contact for anything i needed from payment issues to general questions! She was always willing to help out!Secondly, Facilities has always been clean and the equipment is easy to use! my workout schedule is all over the place, so having this 24 hour gym make it easy for me to get a workout in. Look no further for a low key, 24 hour facility!

Nice gym, but it was so annoyingly hard to cancel my membership! I had signed a one year membership, only to find out they dont even keep track of contract lengths and I needed to physically mail something to some random other business just to cancel. If you ever need to leave the gym, its much easier to just cancel your credit card. At least your bank can take care of it in one phone call.Don is a kind-hearted, well-meaning guy, but he lacks some people skills and hes absolutely the limiting factor in his business. If he could figure out how to take care of his employees and his customers, then this would be a great business. But for now, its just a headache.

No swimming pool, and few machines. It’s common to find someone monopolizing a one-of-a-kind machine endlessly. Management is usually not present, and phone goes to a message machine. Problems with outsourced membership billing gone crazy. Billing me for two months after I asked to resign my membership. Only after this started happening did I read that many others have had the same harassment.

Ive been a member at LA Fitness but want to check out what it is like at a smaller gym. I walked into Pro Fitness and was greeted by Nicole who was so awesome!! She showed us the facility which I can say is clean with well kept equipment and also with some fitness equipment Ive never seen at LA Fitness. Nicole definitely did her part in letting us know how the gym runs. & the nice thing is you get it at an affordable price with 24 hour access. :)

Such a great gym! I love working out here, small and friendly, great members and staff alike. It may be on the smaller side but never feels crowded or low on space. Highly recommended.

Liars liars liars with an F U from Don S. This place is going down big time. They charge people after they cancel their membership after 3 YEARS. Don S refused to email me the fact that he would look at my cancellation documents and told me to email him. Ive already done that. He does not respond and cursed me out on the phone. What is his problem? Just being a liar. I have a special treat for Don when he is sued and his business license revoked and now causing pain and suffering to someone who just wanted things straightened out. And he cursed at me..real professional. Hopefully, Don is not the owner, because I will find out who that is and Don will no longer have a job. If Don is the owner, he will no longer have a business. FRAUD, FRAUD, FRAUD and scum who think they are the entitled to your money for free.

I like how the equipment is up to date. The equipment is clean and easy to use. Nicole has been a great help with pushing me to reach my goal during the circuit session. It’s a welcoming environment and I feel like I can come here on a daily basis.

It’s amazing to have found this gym in burien! You can chose to have a 24 hour access or “staff hours” access. They have the newest and greatest machines. I love the fact that there is a trail or view on the screen when I run on the treadmill. Also Nicole has been very awesome with customer service! She has offered classes to reach fitness goals! Also a steam room is available here.

The perks of going to a small gym is that you can count on them having quality staff compared with a huge commercial gym. Nicole at the front desk is the sweetest.Another reason I wrote this review was because of the HUGE amount of help I received from Donovan. He goes out of his way to help anyone he can. He taught me self defense and break dancing. If that’s not dedication to his members, I don’t know what is. He’s efficient and straight to the point. If you’re looking for someone to baby you, he’s not the guy. If you’re looking to learn more in a day than you will in some class, this is your guy!

Ive been a member here for only a few months, but Im convinced this is the best gym for me.Its a smaller gym, but doesnt really feel like it. They did a great job of maximizing the use of the space available, and the layout is intuitive. Even during peak hours, it doesnt feel overwhelmingly busy.They allow 24-hour access, which is a huge convenience for me, as I can have an erratic work and dad-duty schedule sometimes. They also have a conveniently-placed playroom for your little ones, which you can always have a clear view of from practically anywhere in the gym.They keep the locker room and gym area clean and tidy. You wont find yourself tripping over weights or equipment. There are newer-model machines with some pretty cool features. They also installed TRX equipment, and offer special training classes.The staff is always friendly and very helpful. Nicole set me up with my membership and helped me take advantage of their referral program, which saved me money in the end. I highly recommend checking this place out and joining! Best gym experience Ive had!

I joined ProFitness in August 2019, and so far I’ve been really pleased. While the building isnt *huge*, it has been thoughtfully filled it with all the equipment you could possibly need to get or stay in shape. The facility is always spotless, and equipment that goes down is repaired in a timely manner. It’s rarely crowded, and everyone I’ve encountered has been polite and respectful. Membership includes towel service—but they only provide smaller towels, so if you intend to shower you may want to bring a full sized one.Don, the proprietor, is usually on-site during office hours, and he is one of the friendliest guys I’ve ever met.I was tired of the craziness at LA Fitness around the corner, and am glad to have found this locally-owned gym.

Great gym . Well managed, clean, friendly, and professional. I was initially impressed with Nicole, one of the gyms vets, and her charming customer service skills. She got me in the door for the next year. Over the last few weeks I feel its a gym I can be focused on getting my blooding pumping, as well as releasing a bit of aggression on my body and out of my mind . I just started coming here s few months ago and I love it! 24 hour access is awesome and every time I go in it’s never packed. This clubs is definitely the cleanest gym I have ever been in and on top of that all the equipment is brand new! I have been doing a lot of circuit training lately and they have an area specifically made for that. Every time I come in it seems like there’s always something new! I recommend this place to all of my friends in the area! Definitely worth going in to check out! 🤗🤗

This is a good gym. The part I like about the gym the most is that it is quite a family experience. I have never visited a gym in my life where everyone is so friendly with each other. Its like all the members are friends, it has become a great place to meet friends. I also think the gym is very comfortable.. the salespeople are very young.. but honest. I dont think all the negative reviews here do the place its justice. Maybe you would have to go in to see for yourself

It was a pleasure to work with one of the trainers, I believe his name was Donovan. He genuinely cares for his clients and goes all out for them. He offers a perspective on not only fitness, but health and lifestyle as well. With his knowledge in health and fitness, he was able to devise an optimal plan which was tailored towards my needs and goals. This guy is literally changing my life.

Worst place in history , their soooo desperate for people to join , and it’s literally not worth all that money . The Boss is very flirtatious and unprofessional, and they will not allow you to cancel your membership. They will continue to bill you so they can have funds in their pocket. I never felt comfortable working out here. I only went a couple of times and was disappointed. The desk staff is standoffish and kind of rude. I knew I was locked in for the 12 month contract but after that had expired it switched to month to month and made it impossible to cancel my membership! I spoke with the gym staff and ABC financial, who handle membership fees, multiple times and was STILL charged for months of membership AFTER I cancelled my membership( which can only be completed by sending written notice by mail)!! ABC financial claimed they never received the written noticed that I had sent to cancel my membership! I have NEVER been this frustrated with any contract or membership with any company before.

They wont let you cancel your membership, they will send you to collections if you cut off the payment method. they dont answer or return calls. their staffed hours 9-5 is a joke. avoid at all costs!

Today, had my first circuit class, definitely kicked butt! Facility up to date and equipment condition are 100% brand new, sanitary and cleanliness are over the top! Also, not to mention steam room available! Come join Pro Fitness today!

I really enjoy this gym, Ive been going for eight years now. Its clean and the staff is very friendly without being nosy or overbearing. I always feel positive when I am there which really helps me in my work out. Ive been to other places where I just didnt feel as connected as I do here, nice local feeling. Worth checking out.

I was interested in this gym due to the fact that they are 24 hours and not far from my house, I emailed to ask about pricing and packages and got no response, then when I called I was told that they do not give information over the phone. I understand that you do want to sell your gym and show it off first but I just wanted pricing, if you can not answer a basic question to potential customer what do you do when you have questions from actual customers? Or do you just ignore them as you did my email?

Great gym! I love getting my workout in right after work and everything I use is always available. The facility is very clean and the staff always make me feel welcome. The gym has a friendly atmosphere, I even made a new friend by asking them to spot me!

I’ve been going to Pro Fitness for 3 years now and it doesn’t compare to any other gym memberships I’ve had in the past. The gym is super clean, lots of parking, and their equipment is state-of-the-art machinery. The 24 hour access is a huge deal. I use all of their amenities, steam room, tanning, etc. Don and Nicole are great people and have always provided outstanding customer service.

I am not a member. Stopped in to see how much a membership was. The girl a at the front desk refused to give me a price without a 15 minute tour and my health history. What type of business wont tell you upfront how much their product is? Seemed like a basic inquiry to me.

I have been coming here for years. I love how clean everything is- definitely the cleanest and most up to date gym in Burien. This gym has every piece of equipment you need to have an awesome and complete workout. This gym makes you feel at home, NEVER gets packed which is great! Never need to wait on equipment! Also very helpful to get a free assessment every month to keep track of my goals and to stay on the right track!

This is the best gym i have join even tho this is my first gym i joined but they are really flexible. they will help you out every way they can. I would tell my friends about it and see if they want to try it because they have an awesome staff and awesome gym. To me they treat everyone like family :)

All the staff are great! The front desk Nicole was extremely helpful and super nice. Worked out there a few times and it smelly like other gyms and the equipment was clean. Clean equipment is a huge deal to me.

Ive always had a good experience here at this gym. The patrons are nice with good gym etiquette and it seems like it gets cleaned on the daily so its pretty tidy. They have new treadmills where you can have a virtual walking/jogging/running experience - pretty cool. They only have one stairmaster though but I guess they cant fit another one since its a smaller gym.

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Trying to make a payment and cancel, ABC FINANCIAL is their payment processors, auto call runs you in an infinite loop. No people answering calls. This should be investigated.

Best thing about this place is it’s never overcrowded. Great equipment, clean and I’ve had ZERO issues with my personal items being stolen. I live in Des Moines but it’s definitely worth the drive.

I have been going to this gym for about 9-10 years! So i know what this gym is all about! This gym to me is like a home to me. Considering the fact it has everything a home has, a nice bathroom with showers, lockers, and what my actual home doesnt have.... a steam room! The steam room is just awesome if you want to relax and be productive at the same time. It is a super clean gym, the cleanest Ive been too... and probably way cleaner than my house. I see this lady clean it every morning when I come in for a morning workout.The staff here is really nice to me and a couple of the employees make me keep coming more often because of how funny they are, and especially how helpful they are when they teach me how to workout. This one trainer does his job perfectly, instead of pressuring me to buy training he just encourages me to make a lifestyle change and be happy while I try my best to come in and workout. There absolutely no pressure at this gym at all. ALSO not intimidating either! I use to be scared to working out at gyms because I dont want people staring at me or throwing uncomfortable comments at me.Every person that works at this gym is absolutely nice, I cant think of one rude person, considering I have been going here for years. The gym changed my life, I use to be this kid who did nothing but played video games, now I can be who I want to be! I have always wanted to be able to do things other people cant do and I have accomplished that. I also managed to learn how to dance and do the splits! That totally built my confidence from learning and getting fit from this gym. Its all about being positive here, just dont bring any negativity. I move around a lot, but this is always the gym I look forward to coming back too.Thank you!

Ive belonged to this gym for about 3 years now. This is the best gym Ive ever been to . Very personal staff whom all know me by name. Both Nicole and Donn have both taken time out of their day to show me exercises or equipment I didnt quite understand how to use. Constantly rotating and bringing in new and updated equipment . Not overly crowded. Always, always extremely clean and stocked. Its clear a lot of time, effort, care and attention to detail go into maintaining a standard Sinn has set for his gym . It doesnt go unnoticed .Good job guys.

My review was so much different here before I was badgered by a Pro Fitness employee to change it. Originally I was mainly upset about the process that you have to follow to cancel your account. Its a huge hassle and not what I was lead to believe when originally sold the deal. My original review included a comment about the sales guy that sold me my membership and while it may have been a tad inappropriate, it was pretty close to the truth and even more so now. I have been called 3 times by the sales guy that sold me this deal and because I am going to be somewhat nice here I wont actually say his name. After badgering me for 5 minutes about how my review was unfair and I needed to change it I agreed laughing because I couldnt believe this guy was even calling me about this and not about how unhappy I was with the service. When I didnt change the review immediately the next day he called me again. Then called me again at 9pm at night. When I didnt answer he looked up my boyfriends number and called him. At this point I became very angry because my BF had nothing to do with any of this and actually wanted to continue working out at the gym. Now, not so sure. We are appalled at how this gym treats its customers and I left a message for the owner.And for you, and you know who you are reading this... DO NOT CALL ME EVER AGAIN!

Yes, Yes, Yes.....This place is a Scam.Yes, it is absolutely true that this used car dealership posing as a gym. Unfortunately none of customer care people at front desk are good, Most unethical business I have ever had in my life. Me and my wife Joined on a month to month basis and after month I tried to cancel due to an Emergency and was told I would need to contact ABC financial service or billing company, when i contacted ABC billing company they say I cannot cancel because I signed contract for one year. It was big shock to me. he told me while joining that I can cancel my membership any time if feel i dont like it here. I did the same thing before 30 days I told them that i want to cancel my membership. They even talked to me in bad language when i called and requested for cancellation of my membership and hangup on me. I feel i am being robbed i really hate to say their irresponsible answers. I never heard this kind of language from any customer representative in my life from any company. Yes this place should shutdown!!! its really a joke about this health club. My kind and sincere request to everyone to stay away. I hope to get this place shut down ASAP.I hope city is watching this reviews and should take an action against these people.

I love going to this gym. I have always been a little intimidated by my lack of knowledge of the machines and correct form while exercising. But at Pro Fitness, the staff answers any questions I have and is quick to help me with anything I need. Great Job!

I like this gym a lot! I recently went to their launch party where they held a few complimentary boot camp classes! They had TRX, circuit training and a weight lifting class! It was so much fun! All of the instructors were so nice and knowledgable! The people there are nice too, You can ask anyone for help if you have questions on a work out or how to use the machines/equipment! I recommend this gym if you are tired of going to LA fitness and all the other gyms! This place is 24 hours too! I cant wait for the boot camp classes to come out! Check it out!

This place is the bomb, been workin out here for a very long time and I can say that most of the bad reviews for this gym come from people who have never stepped foot in the building and I know this because I come in to work out about 2-3 times a day almost every day. You shouldnt let these reviews determine whether or not to come in, you should see for yourself of how great of a gym this is!One of the things most people look past is how safe you can leave your belongings in this gym. At other gyms in the area, I hear of peoples cars getting broken into or lockers broke into but that would never happen in this gym because you can see the parking lot from inside the building and the gym is small enough to see something like that happen in clear site. Also one time I forgot my nice watch on the floor after a workout and one of the members returned it to the front desk, I was very impressed!Besides the gym being immaculately clean like everyone says, all the gym equipment is optimal and they are always upgrading equipment as well. Steam rooms work beautifully, the showers are also really nice.Overall this is the best and most affordable gym in the area. The staff is extremely friendly and all the members are also very friendly and say hi to me all the time and are always willing to help if I need a spot or assistance with exercise. Also if you dont have a workout partner, most of the members are always ready to fill that spot! I cant count how many people Ive worked out with because everybody in here is that friendly!Like I said before, you should come in and check out this gym for yourself with your own eyes before you make any judgement about the gym. Ive worked out at a lot of gyms but this is the best by far, plus its 24 hours! No complaints!

I got insurance that gives access to multiple different gyms, this being the only burien one and terrible customer service. You can only sign up between the hours of 11-6 which are normal peoples work hours. No exceptions. Poor customer service and lack of assistance. I do not recommend any part of profitness

Went in to meet the team and check out the gym and they were nothing but rude, unprofessional and only repeating high pressure sales scripts. Save your money, time and move on! Should have researched more, the website is even dead.

This place is good with equipment and amenities. Overall though it’s an annoying gym. The staff doesn’t give tours correctly and gives misinformation. My family and I went to try them out for the 14-day trial because we just recently moved to Washington. Our first day was fine. After that the front desk lady pretty much kept keeping an eye on me and my sister and our third day come to find out if you don’t have a Burien address and some other pieces of info on the first day you do not qualify. She didn’t tell us this before nor did she give us our guest pass card like she should have the first day.

This gym is awesome. I have been a member at two other gyms previous to this one and Profitness is by far my favorite. It is never overly busy, and it really is such a friendly, family-like atmosphere. Everyone is nice, people talk with each other, and people are really supportive here. I know people who have met there current workout buddies right here in the gym, and now they are really good friends. Some people use headphones, while others just use the gym music and talk to each other while working out.The facility is also always spotless clean (the woman Susanna that cleans is the nicest and sweetest person ever). The towel service is a bonus, and the steam room is perfect to go into after a good cardio workout especially. The fact that this gym is open 24/7 is one of its main draws, it is so nice to be able to come in here and workout late at night if i cannot make it in earlier. I usually do not spend time to leave reviews on google but because of how impressed I am with this gym I made an exception. Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely LOVE ProFitness because of its size! It is not over saturated with people, yet there are a variety of machines to switch your workout up. The environment is welcoming and comfortable. When I go there I am able to stay focused with no distractions. The gym is extremely clean because Susie cleans it every morning!!! The owner and employees are incredibly nice and helpful! Even the members are friendly and everyone has a positive energy! I have been a member for four years now and have no complaints! I am always able to use the machines & weights that I want. I have my own space to focus on my HITT training and leave feeling accomplished :)

I really enjoy the laid back atmosphere of the gym. I like all of the machines and weights, they are newer and pretty easy to operate. However, I did receive a few vouchers for my family and friends to try a free trial. Someone I knew went in to try and use the free trial voucher, but were told it wasnt actually a free voucher, it was a discounted offer. This disappointed both my friend and I because they felt they had been tricked and I felt I misled them. In the future free shoud mean free

This place is creepy and sleazy. right off the bat you have to fill out a lot of personal information, the employee there named George is only interested in hearing himself talk, and wont give a direct answer to any question. his used car salesman techniques are beyond annoying and he will tell you one thing, and completely change it five minutes later. Not to mention the hidden fees that I had to ask about ten times before hearing at least some version of the truth. A simple tour of this small gym took one hour because he literally WOULD NOT stop talking. Something about this gym does not feel right,STAY AWAY.

Dont bother dealing with this place. I signed up one night thanks to a Groupon stating a FREE 30 day trial, and I figured why not. I went one evening for 45 minutes, cancelled the next day because they changed the terms of the free 30 days to make it so that I supposedly didnt have to pay for 24 hour access, and its been a nightmare since then. I followed the instructions on the contract to the letter, hand-delivered a written notice of cancellation, my swipe card, and my contract within 24 hours of beginning membership (you have to do it within 3 days as per their agreement), and now theyre trying to charge me over $200, and no one there is willing to acknowledge that I cancelled.Take your money and go to a more reputable gym that wont try and pull a quick scam on you.

SCAM! My guy and I signed up for the gym and we went in to cancel (not due to bad experience at the actual gym). Turns out that the company that does their billing will not let you cancel the membership. So watch out! They only way you can get out of the membership is if you die! Not kidding. That is what I was told!! So you are stuck paying until a year is up or you die. Watch out!

The gym is very nice, but the service and the owner are lacking in respect for their customers. After a year I and 5 others have left this gym because of the lack of respect for people. It appears that the owner wants this to be only for people like him whatever that is. I guess we are not his kind of people.

The atmosphere is really comfortable, you dont have to feel intimidated or anything. The trainer Donovan there is also great! He makes your workout experience a fun one! Also really informitive.

I have to say that Pro Fitness is one of the cleanest, friendliest clubs I have ever been associated with. Don runs a tight ship and it shows. The professionalism of the staff is great. @5 years in the Burien community...says it all.

This place has gone downhill fast! Mainly because of the staff and billing issues. Gym itself is ok and clean so if you can avoid the management it might be worth it.

Great place to workout, never busy and people are really nice. Open 24/7! Equipment is kept up and clean. Alot of supportive people that workout at this gym.

This has been a totally awesome place to come and train. My workouts always flow better everytime I am using all of their cardio and physical conditioning equipment. Cool place to burn off some steam:)

I have always shied away from gyms in the past because of the aggressiveness of the staff. I am not in the best shape, and I am ashamed of it.I have had a membership with Pro Fitness for a while, and for a long, long time, I was paying for it and not using it -- a trainer (who is no longer there) was way to hard on me, and that really turned me away for the longest time.Even with my high school reunion coming up - I was determined in two ways: that I am going to look heavy, and I was determined to lose the weight. The former was winning out, and I actually went in to cancel the membership altogether.It had been about 9 months since I had been there last. George was at the desk and remembered my name right away. That took me by surprise. I explained what was going on in my life, and it was something I had to cut off my budget.With no pressure whatsoever, he listened to my concerns, apologized for my earlier bad experience, and offered to get me set up with Donovan for some PT sessions, at no extra charge. Donovan was firm, yet gentle - not pushing me past my breaking point. Friendly and encouraging, I truly felt he had a vested interest in helping me achieve my goals.In less than a month - I have dropped nearly 8 pounds already. I never thought that lifting weights would help me LOSE weight! And I have only been going in three times a week. I can only imagine the results if I push it further.Thanks Pro Fitness for not letting me give up! You provided the coaxing and encouragement that I really needed, without being overly pushy like the bigger gyms!(make note that many of these 1 star reviews, they are complaining about ABC Financial - not the gym itself! Not a fair assessment)

Just your basic gym I guess, but when it comes to the financial side its terrible. I thought my contract had expired because my agreement stated a certain end date to my membership. And I wasnt going to renew because Ive found a much better spot for me. But I kept getting billed month to month and they will not cancel your membership at the gym. You have to send some BS financial company a letter via certified mail to give a 30 day notice. They act like its out of their hands to cancel a membership at their own gym. What a f***ing joke!!! And they keep billing you. When you want to leave you just get ripped off. Youre not a customer youre just someone theyre trying to squeeze $50 more bucks out of. I just feel like Ive been scammed. Do not get a membership here!!!

I switched to ProFitness in June and havent gone back to the other gym I was going to since. I finally found a gym that is open 24 hours, I can go whenever I want. It has verything I need and Im the type where I need a lot. Also the family atmosphere is amazing. Everyone seems to care about others goals.

Worst gym ever! The owner is rude, disrespectful, and only cares about your money. He charges stupid unnecessary fees for memberships such as a maintenance fee. Worst establishment in Burien. If you need a gym go to La fitness or freedom fitness. You are better off doing push ups at home then coming to this gym.

This place is an scam. We join for a free trial and cancel the same day because of a bad customers service. I told them to cancel my contract and they didnt cancel and now they are trying to charge me for days that I didnt went to the gym. Dont waste your time on this crap of place go en join a better gym that has more reputation.

Don and his staff are friendly and professional. They are courteous and try to accomodate any request, within reason. They offer free wifi and some of their treadmills are equipped with screens with cable.If youre looking for a gym with average people trying to reach their exercise goals and not act like its club, the P-Fit is the spot.Theyre also 24 hours, so theres no excuse why you cant make time. I like the gym and Ive been a member for more than 4 years. Had only one problem with accounting (credit card expired and I had to contact them with my new info), but all it took was a call and everything has been solid since.

Nice, small gym, equipment always available. Im only there for the treadmill, and they have plenty of treadmills =). oh, and an awesome/super friendly staff member.

I like the gym because it has everything that I need and I dont have to worry about there being crowds of people round me plus the fact that its 24hrs.

1 star is more than they deserve. My girl and I just went in to potentially join. Was told to fill out a bunch of personal information before even given a tour or any prices. I did get the same used car saleman feeling that another reviewer had mentioned. We were told to come back another time when we were ready to fill out paperwork. Looks like the new LA Fitness in Burien will be getting our business instead.
