The atmosphere here is one of my favorite things about the gym. It’s incredibly inviting and people are super friendly! The staff are professional and their sense of humor is what makes you feel so at home.Great equipment and it’s super affordable.

Ive been a member for a little over a year now and I couldnt have picked a better gym to be a part of. The gym, classes, staff, and members are amazing. I without a doubt recommend it to everyone.

Very good place. Definitely not overcrowded. I came from chico state and the gym they have here feels very similar and also welcoming. Definitely a fan of the second floor cardio so people cant see you sweating like a mad man.

I dropped in “fresh” from a long flight. Gym was clean and the layout makes sense. Workout was challenging and easily scalable. Jason was my coach and was knowledgeable and motivating.A fine gym really close to the airport. Neat little neighborhood just down the road too. Definitely recommended.

I love this gym. The coaches are very good at making sure you are doing things safely and with good form while pushing you at the same time. (Im a beginner 😊). The community feel here is amazing. Everybody makes you feel welcome and cheers you on, which is a great feeling being a noob.
