Richard from Premier Computers was an excellent technician and very friendly to work with.I brought my Google Pixel 4A in for a screen replacement and the job was done within an hour. Previously I had reached out to big name repair stores and they could not support the job with less than a 7 day lead time. I have brought a couple of computers here. all of them different flavors of Lenovo Think Pad. Richard has always been able to fix what ails them in an efficient manner and so affordable! His solutions are well considered. He never suggests just upgrading technology like so many other highly technical people. He can really extend the life of a piece of equipment.

I took a 2009 mac book Pro in that was black screen. Richard got it up and running again, even able to replace the seven screws in the back and supply the proper charger, as that was the problem all along.professional and reasonable.

Richard at Premier Computers was exactly what I was looking for in a computer repair service. I took my macbook to the Genius bar at first, and they didnt give me any options to work with. I took it to Richard the next day and he helped me find the best solution to suit my needs. Im writing this review from my computer that the genius bar could not help me with for less than $500. Also, he doesnt charge a diagnostic fee, and will open up your machine right in front of you, and go over any issues youre having. So, you can feel very confident, youre getting the best service. I cant recommend Richard and Premier Computers enough.

My Mac Pro was repaired by Premier, with a fair quote and quick service.This was a complicated repair and was accomplished in one day. The repair has been operating for 2 months and no problems. My experience was very good with this company. The owner was easy going and kept things simple. There was no attempt to up-sell. He did exactly what he said he would do. Overall, its easy for me to give a rating of 5.0. Im happy to recommend Premier to my friends.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I was so happy with the service from this place that I had to leave a good one. Busted my macbook and wasnt sure what was wrong. Two other places told me it was a logic board problem (which is expensive ofc, and difficult to fix because of the pandemic/obtaining parts), and two other places charged like $50 for a diagnostic. Uhhh no Im good, lol.I called this place and he was honest up front about how they diagnose and how they might be able to help me.I came in and he spent time looking at my laptop right in front of me (I appreciate the transparency!), explained it wasnt a logic board problem and that it was a keyboard problem. I was skeptical just cus the other two places said it was a logic board issue, but he explained throughly why my keyboard was messing up my laptop. This saved me a looooot of money and time from wasting it on a new logic board when I didn’t even need it!!The rest of the process was a breeze. A very knowledgeable, fast, honest, affordable and pleasant business to support!! I was suuuper happy with the outcome and my laptop is all fixed!Save your money and time by taking your Apple products here!!

I took my laptop into Premier Computers to fix a software problem that did not allow me to turn the computer on. The owner was very easy to work with. I left my laptop with him and he called me within a couple of hours to tell me it was fixed. He charged $65, which I thought was very reasonable. My laptop now works better than ever.

I have two laptops that my son couldnt remember the passwords for. Richard bypassed the passwords in minutes giving my son access to his laptops again. I went to his shop after going to another shop near by that wasnt even open even during business hours. Initially my laptops fan was making a loud annoying noise. The shop owner diagnosed my laptop for free and found the fan needed to be replaced. After about 30 minutes he called me back and said he had a used fan that would work. Over the process of an hour he fixed something that should have taken a few days. My laptop is incredibly quiet now and I am very happy. I shall return when my electronics needs repairing.

I think Richard is some sort of magical computer wizard . I was on the phone with tech-support from the geek squad for over an hour and they couldn’t figure out how to fix my computer and told me it would cost $150 at least to repair...of course I said “no way” and found myself at Premier computers not expecting much... but no joke Richard spent literally 30 seconds on it and he got it to work again!!!! and it was only $22!!! I can’t believe this person even exists. Everyone needs to come here if they are having issues with their laptops or computers! He totally made my day and now I can binge my Netflix shows again!

My company has on a number off occasions used Primo to fix our computer issues, more recently I had a FBI virus which kept my UPSshipping computer from functioning and therefore we where not able to ship product out.I called and asked if they could remove it if I bought it in.I was assured thatit could be taken care of quickly. I was able to get my UPS shipping computer repaired and back in service before the end of the day.They are very helpful and have a wealth of knowledge . I have recommended them to a number of my business associates who have had computer problems

Ive had a very frustrating experience with this business, while I want to recommend it I cant say that my laptop was ever fixed. The owner seems very friendly, but when it seemed like he no longer wanted to work on my wonky laptop he got very cagey when I asked about updates on parts coming in.I had to keep calling and calling, and even when he said he claimed a part would be in in a couple days I wouldnt hear from him for weeks. My assumption is that he was hoping Id give up and go somewhere else. Well... he wins, I will go somewhere else to get my laptop fixed. That being said, I cant really recommend a business that refuses to communicate and chases away customers. Not super sure if I did something to offend, I always tried to be patient even when I felt jerked around and ignored.So, feel free to come here if you have a problem he can easily fix, but for more complicated fixes maybe go somewhere else, because if he doesnt want to do the work he just... wont.

I truly was in a pickle until I got to Premier Computers. Have you ever passed by a business for 10 years and always wondered about it? Well, I did wonder about it and I am so glad because I finally walked in a few weeks ago. I no longer have to wonder.My issue was with my Iphone 5. My phone was also disabled phone because after my screen cracked, I tried to log in too many times.I walk in and there is this friendly man who is not only patient with his customers, but he has soooooooo much knowledge about computers and phones.Richard, the owner, explained to me what the issues where with my phone. He talked me through what had to be done and even let me get on his computer to try and un disable my phone.What did I learn from this experience? YOU NEED TO CONSTANTLY back up your information on your phone because if ya lose your phone, you could be in a world of trouble. I had been to at least a half dozen other places, trying to get my phone functioning again and Richard gave me THE BEST price out of anyone. I was so relieved to find a store, where the owner knows how to treat customers, is upfront, and his prices are EXTREMELY competitive. I also found out that Richard does house calls for businesses that have computer and other issues and he will also make house calls.Why am I telling you this? Because Richard is the person you need to call for ALL things phone and computer related. It is just refreshing when integrity meets competency and Richard at Premier Computers, has that in spades.I have a few old computers that I still have the hard drive for. I cannot wait till Richard helps me transfer that info to my new computer.Over 10 years in business in Burien. Richard is doing something right. He can looks nice in person but the first time he managed my computer he didnt fixed the problem but as he charged me a little amount and he was nice i said ok. Second time i went there agaij (months later) because i was having the same problem becoming bigger he not only had the computer for almost 20 days, not calling me at least one time (i had to go and ask like 3 times and always...in 3 days will be ready), but once he gave me my conputer back....the hardware was BROKEN and he said this is how u bring it here (a total lie).The complete experience was a nightmare.Dont go there or...just acdept the consequences.
