Ive needed to fix 2 phones in the last 2 years. On both occasions they diagnosed my problems for free and offered an affordable fix before charging anything. I recommend this place to my friends and family and everyone else.

Had a new battery installed - was able to get it done in a couple hours on the same day I called. Friendly staff, reasonable prices.

Fast, good, and competitive. Owner is easy to deal with and hours are very convenient. Location is easy if off-street just a bit with lots of free parking.

He doesn’t fix anything right he robs people screen. He’s not a good worker so do not go to this place if you don’t want your screen robbed and getting a fake screen that isn’t original.

- Call or text for an appointment is really convenient.- I was helped immediately and had my phone back within an hour, screen replaced and in good working order.- Price is really good, based on an area search for screen repairs.- I saw several customers come in and go out, so I’m definitely not the only person who likes the work of NorthWest Device Repair- While you wait, it’s a cute neighborhood to walk around. There’s a bakery/grocery store across the parking lot. There’s a park in front of the shop to enjoy, too.Hopefully I don’t need to, but this is now my go-to shop to use for electronics repair. I waited for 5 days for another business to fix my phone only to be told they couldnt get the part. I called this company and he was able to fix my phone in under an hour. He was also between $30-60 cheaper than quotes I received from other companies. Highly recommend him!

Beat price and fast service any time I have a broken phone. This is the place to go. I recently had broken the glass protecting the camera on my Galaxy Note 9. I was able to call & get the part ordered immediately & the phone was fixed a few days later. When my photos appeared blurry, NW device repair took the phone back & fixed it right away, no charge. My audio completely stopped working on my phone and the phone company told me I would need to replace it. I took it to Raúl at NW Device Repair and he quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Super satisfying. I will definitely return with any such issues in the future and urge others to do the same.

This guy is very honest. I asked him to replace a charging port that was full of cement and he instead scraped it all out for free and it works perfectly!

I slipped on the snow and broke the screen on my Apple iPhone 8. I stopped by the Apple Genius Bar and they said it it was going to be $160+ and they couldn’t fix it till the next day😕.So I stopped by Northwest Device Repair on Ambaum in Burien and talked to Saul (owner). He was super helpful and said he could have it fixed in 45min! I waited and he actually had it done in 30min and it was only $80!!! Thanks to Saul he saved me time 🕰 & money 💰Northwest Device Repair is a true “hidden gem” in Burien!!! Check this place out it’s DOPE!

Terrible service, the owner lied about the parts I needed for my iphone, he ended up placing a cheaper part when I had over 256 gigabytes and he placed a 64 gigabyte on my phone. I have kept my phone almost a month. I have kept pushing the date. He never offered me a refund he said he could take it apart again and give the phone back to me how I gave it to after I kept my phone for almost a month. The man is a thief do not go here .... I almost never put Review but this time I had to let people know. Do not go here, it will rob you and charges you a lot. He told me if you want to return the phone after he had it for almost a month as I gave it to him. Bad service. Please, what comes out cheap comes out car. And now I have less gigs on my phone and I didnt know. DO NOT GO HERE .... PAY FOR A LITTLE MORE! I almost never put Review but this time I had a bad expectation.
