But will NEVER respond to you if you have questions about your policy increase, they’d rather talk to your mother who barely understands English even though she’s requested them to call you or email you who can actually understand and am able to translate important info back to her. You’re better off getting another agent as we feel Sitha does not have her clients interest in mind or care to set us at ease with our policy. 6 emails later within the past weeks and NO RESPONSE. This will be our last month with Allstate.

I have been unable to reach my agent through phone or email. There are better agents out there, probably should skip this one.
