Needed a quick fix because my Pennymac insurance was difficult to decipher and I was refinancing. 5 seconds from front desk to agent and the rest of the process was simple and he knew what to do with my lenders to get everything just so. Numbers came though reasonable. Pretty good for only about 30 minutes. He messaged me later it was cheaper still due to being early for the close date. 👍

I make monthly payments they take monthly payments but they wont give me monthly payments on paper Im an old guy thats where I like it I like a file my payments away in my file that says paid insurance wont do that for me I dont know how to operate a computer well and it just You dont appreciate it Why cant that be done for the folks that are older and they ask for it Other than that I wish the rate was lower for what I Im getting

There is no calling to only get a computer answer the phone... he has an excellent office staff who are super helpful and are always available & friendly. If there is a claim, he reaches out to make sure that his clients are okay (first) and then assist in any way with the claims process. He is thorough, concerned and stays up to date with yearly reviews of policies. I highly recommend Charlie for insurance needs.

Heres a telling review of Charlie Brown insurance... many years ago, I moved into an apartment community and it was a beautiful summer day. There I was unloading a moving truck. Charlie Brown lived at the complex and saw us moving, and instead of relaxing by the pool, got up, came over and began helping unload the truck and carry things up the stairs into our new apartment! That is the kind of guy Charlie is, you dont see people too often any more who are willing to just give of themselves, for no ulterior reason. Years later, I was driving by and saw Charlie Brown Insurance, so I stopped in. Now he is my insurance agent! And he is great.

Had insurance lapsed that was thier fault. Owner of property was not happy, caused problems for me. Rates seem pretty high. Would likely find lower rates elsewhere for the same exact coverage.

So I dont know how to respond to David Lu, other then this way. David tried to get a quote online, and I called him to help after he was unable to get it. It turns out that he is planning to Rent out one of his cars, which would totally invalidate his insurance, as I told him, and is probably illegal in some form. I then informed him when he still wanted a quote, that I was adding on Uninsured motorist coverage, which he said he did not want. He became hostile and I told him I do not write policies without uninsured motorist because of the high number of incidents in Washington involving them. He got mad, and I told him we were not a good fit and he should contact another Allstate agent.

Worst experience i ever had from an insurance company. Charlie the owner, was my representative. unless you want to be called names , and have coverages you dont want onto your policy i would stay far away. I am part of A huge Asian community and will make sure to keep this company far away from them. DO NOT CALL HERE !
