Neglectful, Very unprofessional and lazy. Nonchalant attitude at first and she almost talked her way out of finding any discounts that I was eligible for. I watched my bill go up gradually with her. My emails and invoice showed a former agent instead of her; no reason, and she didnt try to remedy this or any other problems. You are just a dollar sign with her. That disappointed me greatly, but she got worse and quite rude in correspondence. Wouldnt lift a finger to help find an agent closer to where I live and neglected me to her assistant.DONT WASTE YOUR TIME ON HER, BECAUSE SHE WILL WASTE YOURS
