Hate giving such low stars, but the customer service here is NOT great. I ended up leaving with nails I didn’t like and paid a lot of money for because the man made me feel badly about speaking up. They’re very thick and not the right color, they didn’t clean up your cuticles or the nails underneath. I wanted nice nails for a wedding and waited a long time to get them done. Very disappointed in this place, I would definitely look elsewhere!

The people there are super hard working and sweet! There was this wax that you dip your hands into that make your skin super soft! It was really cool I’ve never seen that anywhere else!

I like this place. I always ask for Trent for my manicure. He does a great job. Polish is perfect, nails are thin and look so natural and he’s very dedicated to make them look great, and the acrylic last a good bit!

One of the best Massages 💆🏽‍♀️ ever!! Ive had a massage before, but my husbands first. My husband and I had a couples massage today, and my husband is still talking about it! We will definitely be back when in the area!

Too much for no reason. Lady did one foot and then went to do someone’s nails. Then the replacement nail tech totally blew through trimming and callus removing. She the. walked away for 5 minutes so i just asked for a towel, dried my legs and left. No attention to detail. And me being the only one getting a pedicure they sat me in the only chair that didn’t work. So i couldn’t even enjoy my time.Not worth the money. Go somewhere where your money is appreciated.

Kim Was so wonderful! I got a gel manicure and she did a cute design for me (I usually never get them!) she provided great conversation and stellar customer service.

Today was my first time going to Nails Creation and it will definitely not be the last. From the moment I walked in, I was attended to right away and had the pleasure of Hai doing my nails. I LOVE my nails and how he fixed the shape of my nails. This will definitely be my new spot.

This place is the best nail salon I have ever been too. Im so happy to have found them. Theyre all sooooo polite and they are amazing at nails and pedicures. I would highly recommend this place!!!!

Theyre very efficient and friendly and do a good job on your nails.

My hubby & i were walk-ins and they took us in right away. Our feet had been neglected for a long time. But they cleaned us up and we were very happy we took the time to go there. We would recommend you try them.

I usually don’t leave reviews, but this place is AMAZING, so I had to. I visited Nail Creations for the first time and it was the BEST nail experience I’ve ever gotten. I came in with a picture of nails I liked and Hai took care of me immediately. I mentioned that I recently injured a nail, so he was very gentle and accommodating the entire time. I was offered beverages and he took his time explaining many nail options to me! He’s also really friendly and kind.My nails were done perfectly - well shaped and look exactly like the photo I liked. He also massaged, towel soaked and dipped my hands in wax to ensure my hands felt super soft. They are COVID safety certified, i was socially distanced, everyone wore masks and there were glass wall protections up. On top of all of that, the prices were extremely fair with no crazy additional charges. I loved it here and will definitely come back!

I was looking on google to find a good nail salon in my area and came across Nail Creations. The staff was so friendly and welcoming. I came in with a picture of what I wanted and got exactly that. The customer service is outstanding and workmanship is phenomenal. I’ll definitely be returning back.

Ive been going to this nail salon for a little over 2 months now and I am obsessed! The technicians there are so nice, very friendly, and take their time with your nails.. even if they have other customers waiting. Accouple weeks ago I broke my nail 2 days after I got them done (jammed it into my car door), I called and told them, and they said they would be happy to fix it, no problem. I highly recommend this salon if youre looking for great quality nails and even better service! :)

I HIGHLY recommend this nail salon to everyone. Every time I have gotten my nails done here, they have always looked flawless. And not to mention how amazing they are to their customers! They are always very nice when you are in the salon and they are very reasonable about fixing the nails even after you’ve left the salon. I won’t go to any other nail salon now, and there really isn’t a nail salon in Buford that even compares. I would give 6 stars if I could

I wrote the below review based on my first visit, I just went back and now I think it has new owners. They told me Jen moved to an Athens location. I just ran in to get one nail repaired and the lady did not touch up the rest of my nails. Dont think I will go back now.I stopped in about 2 weeks ago because the reviews were wonderful! I am so glad I did, Jen is absolutely wonderful! She did a GREAT job on my Christmas nails! Let me mention, I have been going to my other nail lady for over 15 years. I hate to leave my lady but Jen is my new favorite! I am sure my second visit will be just a great.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would. My mom and I just got done getting manicures and pedicures in preparation for my wedding. Let me tell you, Tye and his wife and uncle did a great job for both of us. And the customer service was top notch. They did not rush us and Tye wanted to make sure I washappy with my nails because it is an important occasion! Totally satisfied.

My nails are absolutely gorgeous 😍❤️ they know what they are doing! I got acrylic gel nails and they are not chunky and the Polish is flawless. They could almost pass for real nails but they are too perfect!

Took my girl here for a surprise spa trip and she LOVES this place. The staff is very sweet, attentive, and dedicated. They take their time and make you feel relaxed.
