My first time here, asked for pink Ombré acrylic nails & Holly Slayed!!! She did a PERFECT job. She’s a perfectionist & was beyond patient. I was so impressed with her skills that I went ahead & decided to leave a review on her salon. Everyone needs to come here I highly recommend this place to everyone!!!! She Knew the assignment and did not disappoint!!!

I absolutely love this place!!! I have been going here to get my nails done and my eyebrows waxed for at least 15 years. Holly is the owner and her mother does the pedicures. Holly is the one and only person I will let do my nails and my eyebrows. I have been to a couple of other shops and they are not as great as Holly at Ruby Nails in Buford.

I was there for three hours. Understaffed.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. My daughter got a full set of Acrylic nail for her 16th birthday and they look terrible! When the lady did her nails she put the acrylic so far up that it looked like her nails had already grown out for 2 weeks and the nail polish was so uneven. After having the nails for exactly one week they already started lifting. She called Ruby nails to see if they could fix the problem and unfortunately got the same lady that screwed them up the first time and they look just as bad as they did when she left to get them fixed. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone especially for a special occasion!!!

I went to Ruby nails on Saturday to have a pedicure from Holly with a friend. She did a fantastic job on my feet. I felt so related and was extremely happy with the outcome. I ask if she did massage and she said she did, so I went back today for a 30 minute massage and I am totally relaxed and feel the best I have felt in a couple years. Thanks Holly! Ill definitely be coming to see you from now on. I highly recommend Ruby nails. Great care, very clean and extremely personable.

Last time I went she did a terrible job on my nails. Burned my fingers while doing the gel manicure. Terrible services and poor hygienist. My question is why would someone would do something like that if my mom and I were the only people there, my nail polished melted and I had pain going home.

It all starts with the workers! They were respectful, took their time, and did a great job. It was clean, quiet, and smelt good. The employees did not seemed rushed and they were not pushy for the extras like designs or waxing. Prices were very reasonable as well. Let me again say it was CLEAN! We will be back. ☺

My daughter -in-law bought me a gift certificate for Ruby Nails. I did NOT want to return there, as I had left due to a male technician who was employed ( not the owner!) there. I returned today and was very happy to learn that man is NO LONGER THERE!! Holly, the owner apologized to me profusely for any bad experience we had experienced in the past. Her mom, Lee (who used to do my nail services) gave me a WONDERFUL pedicure! I cannot praise these two hard working ladies enough. If you were “run off” as I was by the unscrupulous male employee, please know he is not there and Ruby and Ms Lee will take good care of you. I highly recommend. Thank you Ruby and Ms Lee!

I have been going to Ruby Nails salon and using Holly for 12+ years. From time to time I have gone with a friend or a family member to another salon. The problem is other salon’s manicures and pedicures just don’t hold up and are ruined in a week.! Not at Ruby nails! The work they do holds up for weeks. Honestly, anytime someone suggests I go somewhere else, I just tell them NO! Love Holly at Ruby Nails. Fantastic work!

Just mediocre

Probably one of the worst pedicures I have ever had. I came here because of the google 5 Star reviews. The woman doing my nails cut me as she was digging in my toe. She asked me if I cut my own nails because they’re so short, assuming it was MY fault she cut my toe. I don’t normally complain but I work my butt off and wanted to relax and have a nice pedicure. The place is EMPTY with NO ONE but ME and he in here. She massaged my feet literally 1 minute. I tip well for good service, she clearly doesn’t care if she gets one. Too bad I didn’t receive the service the 5 star reviews did :-(Positive note, she did groom them and paint them well.

This Was the worst experience of my life...The man who did my nails was beyond rude, he was scary. He yelled, took pictures of me without my consent, he would not give me a receipt, and he made three of my daughters fingers bleed and didnt use proper hygiene care. My daughter cried for 30 minutes after we left. Sadly after I complained to the owner, the man is STILL working there!
