I have always gone here for my nails & eyebrow/lip waxes since I moved to this area. They always do a pretty decent job. Albeit, I don’t typically ask for anything wild & crazy. 😁 It’s not extremely upscale or anything but it always seems clean to me. And the prices are fair.

I would never go here again! The customer service is so bad the and the nail techs are very rude and do not speak fluent English. You will not get the nail tech you asked for and will be handed off to someone else. Very stuffy salon and the older lady doing my nails was extremely rude, impatient and couldnt comprehend to the picture I showed her! If you cannot look at a picture and do your job or do a simple coffin shape nail then this field is not for you! I was charged $64 for crooked coffin matte nails with gel. Most salons charge 43 to 45 dollars for Gel with a new set and shape with length.Please save your time and money and go elsewhere like VIP Nails and Richz Nails(you will pay $43-$45)they can speak fluent english and actually know what they are doing.

Ive been coming here for my lash extensions for about 5-6 years and I can only say I love it because I keep coming back! Tracy is my girl! I’ve also gotten pedicure and SNS! Love love love there service here!

Ive had many people recommend this place to get your nails done, and I was very satisfied with the work my technician did! They always do a great job and make sure you like the job they did.

This was my go-to salon for a long time. Last time I went, my experience was terrible. I got an infection from my pedicure and lost most of my pinky nail from a poor repair. I emailed the salon with the photo I’ve posted here but no one replied.The pedicurist kept trying to scrub the sensitive side of my foot with the “cheese grater” scrubbing thing that’s used to remove callouses. She dug WAY too hard with the cuticle trimmer. Then when she was painting my nails, she kept using the cuticle trimmer to scrape around the edges to remove excess polish from my skin. I had several places that bled. I kept flinching and was clearly in pain but she kept doing it.One spot on my toe got infected. It was bleeding when I left. I don’t want to say it’s from contaminated tools though. I’ve had that type of infection elsewhere. This was different. It could have just gotten infected because open wounds on the foot are very susceptible to infection. Either way, I left the salon with numerous cuts on my toes. I’ve had countless pedicures and never has someone dug around the edges of my nail bed to clean up their messy paint job.I had a partially broken and very loose pinky nail that should have been cut off and replaced. I pointed it out while my nails were being done. The nail tech just put some glue around it, under where it was loose (on my nail bed) and on my natural nail from the other side, then proceeded with the acrylic on top. About a week later I lost almost the ENTIRE PINKY NAIL because the whole thing popped off while I was simply grabbing something from the pantry.I will not be back. This happened over a month ago. I just got my nails done for the first time since then because my pinky nail has just now recovered.

I came here and used the Yelp check in for 20% off a gel manicure. The lady that had me pick out my color gave the girl doing my manicure the wrong sparkle for my accent nail. It ended up being a lot darker than the other polish but I guess it looks ok since Valentines Day is coming up. The girl that did my manicure did an excellent job, paid great attention to detail! I dont live here, but if you do this is a great place to try!

I had a usual nail spot I went to closer to where I live but I will now forever come here and see Tammy!!! She PERFECTED MY NAILS! I am so in love with them, fabulous square shape too! I also got a pedicure and they took their time as well as with my nails! Nice people and good service!!

Friendly ladies fair prices

I am huge on sterilization. This last time I came I noticed my toes were getting filed with a used file. I will not come here again. I am terrified I might get an infection. I have not had issues before this time. Reusing a one use file on different customers is not okay.

Of course it differs from nail tech to nail tech, but I found one there who does a great job (Kim). Nice shape, thin and not chunky, all nail lengths match up to the opposite hand. I don’t like how they charge for length when doing a fill in because that part of the nail is already done. Although there are a lot of shops that charge for that, unfortunately, but overall I really like this place so far.

I love this place. I have visited other nail salons in this area having lived here for a couple years and I keep coming back here. Their prices are reasonable compared to others I have seen, everyone is pleasant, and they do good work. Their shop is clean and you rarely have to wait even if you dont have an appointment. Highly recommend!

Ive been going to this salon for nearly 2 years now. I absolutely love the service and the results that I receive. The nail techs are very friendly. I typically get the hot stone pedicure which is $30. Other salons charge much more than that same service. If youre looking for a nail salon in Buford with reasonable pricing and great customer service, I would recommend this one.

They advertise that the close at 8PM on Saturday nights. I wanted to call to make sure I could come in, but all my calls went to voicemail. I got there by 7:15, & walked to the door, which was locked. All employees just stared at me. No one moved, just went about their business as if I wasn’t there. There were 3 employees sitting down doing nothing. Very rude. Big nope to this place.

I usually love going here. They do a great job with their pedicures. This last visit I got the LD signature package, which contained both a pedicure and manicure. It was great, except my nail polish chipped two days later. I wasnt very happy about that. Usually it lasts a week, and it did not this time. Just make sure to get a nail polish that lasts! Other than that, great service.

I went to LD nails for the first time today and I am so sad I waited so long to try this salon! Helen was awesome! Her skills are fabulous and she was friendly and made sure I loved my nails.This is the lowest price Ive paid for SNS with tips. The salon was super clean and the chairs were comfy! My nails look the best they ever have and I cant wait to continue to use this salon in the future!

This place is awesome! It was my mother in laws first time at a nail salon. Victors was amazing with the pedicure. She did an amazing job with the hot stone massage, and made sure that my mother in law was comfortable. Nina did an awesome job on the manicure! Ill be coming back here for sure.

Very happy with my experience. I had the super deluxe pedicure with Ann and she was great! She gave me a wonderful pedicure, massage and excellent polish job.Kim did my manicure (gel) very well. I love that they use authentic Shellac and Opi products instead of refilling name-brand bottles with cheap polish like other salons.I just moved to the area and this is officially my new nail place! Awesome experience! Ive never been one to go get my nails done, but I was referred here by a friend, and I just got back from Eastern Europe, so the amount of miles and mountains had done a number on my feet. Im almost 20 years old and this was my first pedicure. My friend and I walked in on a Friday afternoon and they got us in quickly. It was a very relaxing environment. And, my toes look and feel great! Would definitely recommend this place! Great customer service, and good prices!

I am obsessed with going to LD Nails &Spa, I have taken my boyfriend there with me and it is always a great and relaxing experience. The Classic Spa Pedicure gives you a sugar scrub, lotion massage, and a HOT ROCK MASSAGE. Great quality for $30. Recommend this to all my local friends.

Got my nails done here a week ago and I got gel polish on my nail tips. The polish is already chipping off. I went back to get it fixed and it chipped off again. The ladies are very nice there and they do a good job, but I’m not wasting my money for polish that doesn’t last for two weeks.

If I could give ZERO stars, I WOULD! DO NOT COME TO THIS NAIL SALON PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS!!!!! The lady who did my pedicure had a terrible attitude. She kept cutting into my toes and I kept telling her that she was hurting me. She kept getting mad because I was moving while getting my pedicure but she was hurting me so bad. I would NOT RECOMMEND this nail salon to my worst enemy! They are all rude and unprofessional. My nails and toes look terrible! I will be going to Palazzo from now on, they do WAY BETTER. This nail salon should be shut down!

1st world problem when you have to look for a new salon, just moved to the area and have tried other places. Kim did my SNS almond shaped nails and did a great Job. I called early in the day and main an appointment for 515, I got there and they started to me right away they removed another salons poor job and got me exactly what I want. Kim was friendly and easy to talk to you and the prices are average not overly price like some of the salons in the area.

They were nice, but I was unsatisfied with my nails. Called in advance to make sure they could do what I wanted, got there and took two hours to do. My whole morning was took just to be unhappy. Nails shorter than I wanted because she filed them, showed a picture and it looks nothing like what was shown. Messed uptown fingers on each hand, so they were different. Asked for design and never got it, said she didn’t have what was needed to do, but I called before right. Again nice beautiful women, but won’t be coming back.

Great salon, atmosphere and staff. Ive never thought I could find somewhere that I pay $30 and my nails stay on for 20+ days. Ive done the SNS nails twice and Ill never do anything else! Its healthy for your nails, long lasting, and the women here do an amazing job at it. Its a tedious process but they do it efficiently. Ill never go anywhere else other than here!

They do a really through job. Got a pedicure here and it was definitely quantity, they really take their time. I messed up the color when putting on my shoes twice and they were super understanding and patient with me and fixed it twice!

Was going to go to this salon ( looking for a new one). Looking at the pictures........ TV on the wall...... Instant deal breaker for me. I go to the salon to RELAX, not listen to the God awful news. I can do that at home!

Do not go here! They cut me and it resulted in an infection that had to be cured with antibiotics. Also, when they wrapped hot towels on my feet they were so hot that it caused a minor burn on my left one.

I waited 3 days before writing this review just to process my experience.I called ahead of time and found out how much gel nails are. I was comfortable with the price, etc. I came in and they were super busy (great sign, right?). I met with Thoa who was very pleasant and started removing my gel nails I had before. She started filing it down, and Im used to technicians (Im coming from another state) carefully using an electric nail shaver to file it down without any damage to the nail bed. They got someone else to explain that this is the process they use. I decided to allow them to continue but I noticed later my actual nail bed had grooves in it from when she had filed it. I would have not written this review if it was only Thoa who worked on me. I could tell gel nails were not her specialty, that she was just trying to start off the process. When she did my pedicure, she did a good job.I was then transferred to Julie and I couldnt how imagine the experience could be worse. The first strike was in filing my nails down. Ive never had my nails hurt when a tech is filing it down - excuse me - sawing it back and forth. I was like maybe its because its late in the day, let me kind of motion to her with my body language that Im in pain. She kept saying - your nails are long but theyre weak, and I thought, first of all, thats untrue (no other nail tech has EVER told me this, and Ive gotten superb service multiple times in another state) and bad customer service to repeatedly say this while youre incorrectly filing my nails and as your colleague embedded deep grooves in my nail bed. Finally, I had to call her out and say, listen, its hurting me when youre filing my nails. She would then start filing it correctly and then go back to doing it the wrong way. I was just like, WHAT IN THE WORLD?I just sort of checked out after that to be honest, and left after getting the nails done. I will say the nails look good, but it was just a significantly excruciating process, and I have to do some research on how to heal my nail bed. I will also have to take some biotin.Please please if you go here, make sure you research which techs are the best and book an appointment with them. I will not be coming back to this store.

This nail salon rocks! The best massage chairs and beautiful soaking tubs. They even offer sodas or water with a comfy waiting lounge area for your dutiful man ;)Same pricing as other places with an upscale feel. Why not?

I used to come here a lot but stopped getting my nails done. Started again and came for a fill in. I was the 4th one in the door and they took every single person instead of me. Completely ignored me. Very unhappy. I should have heeded the previous reviews here and just gone somewhere different to start.

**WORST COSTUMER SERVICE**Lets start with i schedule an appoinment for my sister and myself. They started on me and completely left her behind until i asked what time they were going to start on her (literally 40min later and didnt completely started lady kept standing up doing other stuff every minute until amother female came to us). Yet that wasnt the worst part. While she was getting the nails glue to the tip, one was literally falling off, she asked if they could glue it better (at least attached to the nail) and the answer she got was LET ME DO MY JOB Like how RUDE!!! i understand you know your job. Yet we are paying for the service. Please treat us fair and LISTEN to what we are requesting. She was completely unsatisfied. (Btw she had to change nail polished like 3 times because the lady doing her nails kept saying she didnt like it, or wont look good or it was going to take longer blah blah blah) i do NOT recommend this place. We were UNSATISFIED, Definetly NOT going back. (I just hope her unglued nail doesnt break/fall within days)

I was really excited to try this place out but ended up having a TERRIBLE experience!!!! The lady doing my toes hurt me so bad 3 different times. I had to jerk my foot away from her each time and she just laughed. The next day one of the cuts that she gave me was severely infected and I had to get antibiotics for my big toe!!! I dont remember the ladys name but I will definitely NOT be going back there again!

Tracey is the best with lashes and Lisa and Mindy are my favs.! But they are all good! Chuckie and Christy too. Anytime I make a mistake and go somewhere else. I always come back and they fix it!!!! No comparison. Quality matters.

I was worried at first but the technician that helped me , Huan, was so friendly and he did a great job. Its almost 2 weeks now and my nails are still looking fabulous! Never go here!!! HERPES infected tools!! My friend had her nails done here several times but the last time they cut her finger with the dremel tool after placing acrylic/SNS nails. It immediately got infected & has to have it lanced to drain the infection. Within a week, the infection was back & very painful!! She went back to the doctor & confirmed it was a staph infection. However she has had to have it lanced three times & had to have it cut off & biopsies twice. Today it was confirmed that she contracted HERPETIC WHiTLOW from this location of LD Nails!!! Herpes!!! This salon gave her herpes! She will now have this forever because of this salon! How many people are unaware that theyve been infected already??

Ld nails is a nice place to get a pedicure and thats about it because their manicures and nail enhancements arent really amazing their just average. I gave them two stars because my nails look nice and Im not bleeding but first impression they are just...ok. Maybe Ill go back just maybe...Im not really sure after yesterday. I got gel nails and they did them quickly and were neat about it, I just prefer women doing my nails and not some random guy. Its okay like I said before but they should definetly make sure they have more technicians that can do designs instead of just one person and that would be chuckie. Its a pretty average salon. Literally pretty on the outside but average everywhere else.

Came in to get my toes painted and got a full set acrylic and literally they only had one person that knew how to do it. Idc if it’s not what’s in for everyone but when I asked her to go shorted she did and keep fileing when I told her it was the wrong shape she got mad and continued to file my nails down so much I don’t have a nail. Meanwhile she jerked my arm and squeezed my fingers as she was mad. NEVER AGAIN.

Minus 5 i walked in today and was greeted by two very rude members of staff who clearly did not want to do my nails , i moved here 2 weeks ago from the uk and yes i do have an accent but that treated me like i was talking gibberish it was a very unpleasant ,,,,,avoid

The units for the pedicure are exceptional, a massager with control to intensify the massages in places with a lot of pain or injury, cozy atmosphere, complimentary drinks, top quality products and materials, UV sterilizing units. Etc.
