The staff here are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, they do not know how to talk to people at all. I would say do not go with this company to find jobs :)

The staff (49W Tupper)...unpleasant and unprofessionally to say the least. Disappointed. They can’t seem to hold themselves accountable! Can’t even get an address right, the work they send me to was great will be applying there on my own.My main issue...they don’t send your check on time, this is money I earned! You just don’t mess with people’s money, that’s a huge red flag for me. I have been waiting for my check two whole weeks since I caught the mistake the first go around. Proceed with caution.

Horrible company. I dealt with the tonowanda office. I see a entry level job, no experience, wil train you, Sps keep posting on indeed. Everytime I call for the job they say im on the wait list and theyll call when theres a job. This agency is a joke. To many other reputable companies actually willing to help you find a job!!

The front desk in down town is unprofesional and racist and rude i hope some one hit here.but she dnt know i know everithing about laws some day some onr going to demand this agency because they dnt want to help people who do not speak English i will give theme a lesson.

The ladies who work there are really professional. I went to fill out an application, was interviewed, I assigned an awesome job before the interviewer and I parted.

The staff here are very unprofessional and rude. They try to rush you as you are filing out a job application. Once its close to 5pm they start to tell you that they will be closing soon and you have to hurry up. Which professional place does that? Their phone adequacy is horrible, I called to check on my job information and they told me well just call back with a horrible attitude and hung up while I was still asking a question. Im very unsatisfied with my experience here and definitely will not visit again.

Unbelievably ghetto, rude, and lazy people working here. I will admit that they are quick to get you an interview provided that you fill out your application with them and provide a phone number but the whole process is aggravating and almost shameful. Everytime you contact them looking to see what is available they are rude, put you on hold and forget, speak over you, and take their sweet time. I would not advise going with this agency unless you REALLY need a job and nothing else is going through for you.

A woman answered the phone with an attitude and persued the attitude when itried to tell her what I was calling for. Very Rude. If you dont like your job quit. Sorry that Im trying to find a job.

Bottom of the barrel! Only go here for work if you are a felon, drug addict or just plain lazy! Every job they sent me on was no brain work. But the co workers are all ex cons or drug addicts..been offered shots of liquor on 15minute breaks! Everyone smokes marijuana on their breaks! If its not drugs being offered keep on your toes, because razor blade fights are common in sps jobs! They send you to the most ghetto areas in buffalo. CHECK YOUR CAR EVERY BREAK SO NOBODY STEALS ANYTHING! I couldnt stand to work in that environment anymore so I quit! Dont apply at sps so they can keep all your profit!! They middleman EVERY job so they make the extra money that is SUPPOSED to go to you!(since you worked for it). Bottom of the barrel jobs! Apply at your own risk!!

I went theres in hopes for a job. I didnt have an appointment an they took me right away. I did also get a job that same day. I tell all my friends to go see them.

There alegence is to their contracts, clearly they view the cleints as a disposable work force not worthy of rights an protection. After killing myself on one of these jobs they couldnt even get my check right......this was the deal breaker

Well, then she took out her cell phone to translate what the application said and the lady took away the application because she could not use the cell phone to translate, she was humiliated and crying broke my heart ..
