I had a very good experience with staff works I think the people are very respectful honest and courteous and helped me along I had to stop working for them for a little bit but I hope and pray one day I can go back. Because the experience I had with them for the short time I was there was very good and I enjoyed it.

Since I have started at this company back in December I have nothing but positive things to say about the professionalism and the positive work environment. *UPDATE* I have been contacted and my concerns have been addressed, I was apologized to for not being given bereavement-as the company was not made aware of my circumstances. I feel as though being contacted has given me a bit of peace of mind that they are going to try to make sure this doesn’t happen again.*Original ⬇️I have reached out to Staffworks several time to get my W2s. I have not had a single response.When I worked for this company I was hired under false pretenses. And then my uncle got sick and was put on life support. I was unable to leave work to cope with this because my HR Representative NEVER CAME TO WORK. I called her several times and have emailed her several times as event unfolded over the week. My uncle was taken off life support and passed away. You think they’d allow me a day off so I could attend his funeral, but instead my job was threatened if I did because my family lives in PA, which meant I would need to be tested for Covid before coming back.It wasn’t until 2 weeks after his passing that they fired my HR Representative and hired someone else. The new Rep was hardly ever in the office consistently so it was hard to talk to her. I ended up calling off the day of his birthday and that was the only day I was given to mourn him. The original HR Rep, yeah her mother-in-law passed away and she missed a week of work for it and left out of town and came back without being tested for COVID-19.This place is extremely unprofessional, in my opinion. I’m aware that you can’t just quit a job and apply for unemployment. However my mental health took a toll and I ended up quitting because I could not get out of bed, or drive safely to and from work. When I did decide to file unemployment they had yet to report me, and still to this day, as unemployed. I was able to make contact once and was able to explain what was going on. I got a call back immediately (literally hung up 2seconds later I got a call back) the person RUDELY said to me “you quit you don’t qualify for unemployment”. I have since contacted a social worker from downtown and learned that, that was untrue and it wasn’t their choice if I qualified or not.To further explain IMMCO Diagnostics is who they hire for and neither company thought it would be a good idea to let anyone know that a worker tested positive for COVID-19. Nope, instead anyone who was close to this person that got tested was told to do it on their own time because scheduling an appointment was not “being responsible” even though it was right after Thanksgiving and that was the only way you could get tested. So even then myself and others were denied personal healthcare.I feel the need to say DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely disgusting. The way they talked to my friend, who is also an employee was repulsive. Completely unorganized and unprofessional. Have never had the biggest displeasure of working anywhere in my life. Please stay away!

This employment is very unforpessional. The boss Carolyn zawadski calls me at 1045 on a Saturday evening to let me go while under the influence ! They are very unorganized and poor teamwork! 3 witnesses listening while on speaker phone with her! Sad, absolutely disgusting and upsetting as I texted her at 3 asking where my fedex was due to them not even putting me on payroll she called me at 1030pm I do not advise nor do I recommend!
