I strongly agree. This place is bad...tho I may have gotten 2 or 3 jobs by them...each time after a week or so they would pull me off in the middle of a shift claiming they dont need me anymore. On some occasion...they would call back with a job offer that seemed a bit below the waist such as something janitorial for example. Or a job offering thats super far away. So yeah, dont feel too bad if they call or not. You can be damned if they do or damned if they dont. With exactly the impression they left me.

With how rude the staff are I was shocked to find out this was an employment agency. Currently there is construction going on in the lot they are located at. This means that the businesses around it lost their parking spaces. Since their spots were one of the businesses not affected by the construction I had to park there for my less then five min appointment. I would not have parked there if there was any other parking and if they didn’t have multiple spots open. As soon as I got out of the car the person came out screaming saying how no one can park there. I explained the situation and how it would be less then five minutes and the employee was the rudest woman I’ve ever interacted with saying that’s “the other businesses problems”.Now keep in mind they have multiple spots open, and the construction was something the other businesses had no control over. If the employees who work there first reaction is to just start screaming and have zero flexibility and awareness imagine them trying to find you a job?If the person came out and just said “hey, I recognize there is construction but I have four clients all coming in the next few minutes so you can’t park there” that would have been fine. I would have left, no big deal. But to come out screaming and to say that other businesses should suffer and lose money for construction out of their control is beyond rude and unprofessional.Usually, I let small things like this go but after discussing the incident with another business near by they said the same thing happened with the previous customer except that customer came in crying with how rude they were to them. That’s just unacceptable.So to the owners, yes you have the right to reserve the spaces. Yes, you have the right to tell people to not park there. But maybe next time just assess the situation before you start yelling. It could have easily of been your parking spots that needed construction and would you want your customers to be yelled at?

Horrible agency...they will tell you that they take 25 cents/hour but in reality they will take 1/3 of you check after taxes...they set you up with the worst jobs around because they like to just throw you into your job and take your cash..in all honesty try to find a job on your own if you’re looking for a real check....40 hrs both weeks and i got $236 and $306 .... i used to make more mowing lawns when i was 12

What a joke of an agency...Melissa is unprofessional and very rude just because she feels like it. Somehow she is always in an interview...but literally too busy texting at her desk. Also, she never returns voicemails or calls you back if you need to speak with her, you know...like how temp agencies are supposed to interact with you. Just a load of BS. Go anywhere else...I had so many problems with my job and tried reaching out via email and phone to Melissa and all she did was have a rude excuse and never got back to me and I can see im not the only one

Melissa was incredibly rude and condescending. I dont appreciate being spoken to like a child. We are supposed to be all adults here. First I couldnt reach anyone during office hours, none of my voicemails received a callback. When I finally got an hold of someone, Melissa sealed the deal for me. Hard pass!

This place was on Walden when I dealt with them. Applied to basic data entry job with bank in Getzville. In short, no hire despite passing testing on site with Adecco. These staffing agencies mirror employers in terms of hiring nowadays, too overcritical, scrutinizing, artificial or arbitrary hiring standards that do not indicate whether someone can perform a job. Although the blame ultimately lies with the employer for these situations, the staffing agency who does their bidding does not mind going along with the unfairness.

I also had a rude response from Melissa. I was sent to a company in East Aurora and was told I would be training for 2 weeks. The person training me chose not to train me properly. When I called her to inform her of the situation she was Very condescending. It does nothing but make Adecco look bad as a staffing agency.

They’re Very rude, everytime I called the person that’s supposed to help me find a job is on a “conference call” and they said she will reach out when she’s free but never did. They just wasted my time and energy

Promised one thing and then told by another from company set up with. Its a 1st shift job and get to job after 3 months cause of a Union facility, you would be working 3rd shift. Melissa courteous, but other lady was very rude and malicious. Not proper job practices in my opinion, they were totally out of line and i was given the compete wrong infomation by them.

They suck so bad, they even recommend you to other temporary agencies! Shut them down, ASAP

Not happy. Pay card was never put in their system . couldnt activate it . my pay is late. Now im waiting for a paper check,Wont mention names but lady on phone acted like Im not supposed to be mad when my pay is late .

Very terrible experience. They treat people extremely poorly give you the run around and are very rude. I would never recommend anyone ever apply here. I wish I could give 0 stars.

They are incredibly rude and unprofessional they don’t communicate properly and when you call with questions they are extremely rude and condescending once you get a job you will never hear from them again
