Terrible non-professional behaviour, and a terrible non-professional approach to visitors. When I came in, I immediately asked, Hows your day? How are you? In response, there was silence. The work was finished in 30 minutes. Not evenly covered, all the nails are in the bumps. She cut one my finger. Painted terribly. No respect, no professionalism. This place is amazing, The workers are extremely friendly and sweet. I got my nails done on valentines day and they are still completely perfect. They also do waxing there, Which is a really nice thing if you wanna get your nails done and then go get a wax. Definitely reccomend this place

Very professional,always polite and friendly,taking time...Usually I have Nicky and Villie Who needs to cut a lots of cuticles,come and try. They are really the best!!!!Salon is clean,which is very important too... Thank you very much for doing such a great job!!!!

I liked the service as I gave a try for the first time seeing the reviews online! Nails are done good but at the end during the Payment I was asked if I want to give a tip. I clearly said not this time then she told I can give tip by cash too. I said no I don’t have cash now, may be next time. Then she again asked me it’s good if I pay tip. I asked in reply is it mandatory to give a tip!!! She said no but it is good if you pay as she gave a good service !!! It was so embarrassing for me in-front of other customers and employees to deny repeatedly. I got the service and I am already paying for it. So what if I don’t feel like giving it in this visit !!! And the person who did my manicure didn’t respond when I say Bye because I didn’t give the tip :)

I am new to Buffalo Grove and this is the closest salon to me so I gave it a try. This place is just okay. I got a no-chip manicure yesterday and not only was it painted on my skin but one nail chipped already. The color I originally wanted mustve been old bc it turned out a totally different color so I had to use something else similar to try and match my pedicure. It doesnt seem very clean either.

Jenny is so awesome, very nice and great at her job! Jenny is very polite and helpful. Villie is awful. She put the towel on right after coming out of the heater, it was steaming hot. Very passive aggressive when I asked to get my acrylic removed, and therefore did not remove it and did a sloppy job on the rest of my nails. Everyone is nice and friendly except for Villie!!
