First I would like to say I love marvys nails and everyone there is so friendly and kind and extremely talented but they need to do something about the wait times and be more organized...My appointment was at 3PM I checked in and they told me to sit that my nail tech would be with me soon so I go and sit and I WAITED 45 minutes to get my nails done I didnt get to sit at her station till almost 4pm. I was so upset but I didnt show it..she also kept getting up to do things and I didnt leave the salon till almost 5:30pm..I dont remember the name of the girl that did my nails..I was just very uncomfortable and upset and it has happened to me many times here before were I have to wait 20-30 minutes...the only reason why I kept going back is because ashley always did such an amazing job on my nails and would make me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I do encourage you to go here if youre looking for a new nail tech ashly is the only one there that i would trust to do my nails. SHES THE BEST! but speak up if youre waiting to long.

A couple friends of mine recommend me this place and I had such a great experience here! I did make an appointment and had to wait a bit but it was well worth the it! The people there are so sweet and talented and Im totally obsessed with my nails.

I can’t imagine going to another nail salon other than Marvy Nails for manicures. They deliver on any nail art and/design for which I ask. Each individual at Marvy Nails is an artist who creates mini masterpieces on nails. In addition, these mini masterpieces are durable. The nails look like new for weeks. Finally, everyone is outgoing. You will enjoy yourself at Marvy Nails and leave with a smile on your face.

Personally, my nails were done by claudia beautifully and I love them. However, I came with my friend and she asked for a design and got something completely different by another nail tech. It had bubbles in the polish, the tip for the acrylic wasn’t put on the full nail, and her nails were hurting after since the tips put on her nails were too small. In addition, she had cuts on her cuticles from the nail tech filing her nails and the nail file wasn’t new, extremely unsanitary and unprofessional overall.

They insisted I give them my credit card information over the phone, refused to service me if I did not provide them with that, ended up canceling my appointment as a first time customer. Made me uncomfortable to provide them with sensitive information while not knowing the reputation of the business. The lady on the phone had a threatening demeanor if I did not oblige to their strange “rules”. I’ve never had a nail salon insist to take my payment over the phone. Unsafe and unprofessional establishment.

What I asked for (and showed) vs. what I got. I was told by a co-worker that this place was amazing so I came in on my day off. It took me 40min to drive there.The technician doing my nails seemed new so I was going to be more understanding. But when she said youre done and I looked at them I was very upset. If you cant do a style, tell me and Ill choose a different color.I went up to the cashier and said this is not what I asked for and you can see the nail extension under the nail polish. I asked her if she would be able to fix them, she said no, that the technician I had was more experienced.What.I said I am not paying for this when I know I have to get them redone someplace else. They gave me a $10 discount....for a grand total of $50. I was so mad that I paid and left.They both knew it was a bad job and charged me $50 for it. I was so excited for this place and I wasted my time and money.And yes, that was the end result I walked out of the salon with.

Its Saturday and I came to get a pedicure. Cant get to me until 3 another hour and a half. They have 2 workers and two customers. Come on its Saturday and you should be able to help more customers. I will never come back to this place.

Havent had my nails done in almost 9 months since before I gave birth to my now 9 month old baby and i am usually super nervous to try new people and places and i moved to the area and heard great reviews so i decided to try it. I HAVE NEVER HAD SUCH AMAZING SERVICE OR SUCH AN AMAZING JOB DONE ON ME BEFORE COMING HERE!!! Ashely is AMAZING! Better than amazing. I was so in love with nails. I broke my pink nail a week later (my fault) and has to wait til it grew back. Now that it has I CANT WAIT TO GO BACK FOR FALL NAILS!! Thank you so much!
