Marina did an AMAZING job with my hair!!! I need a lot of maintenance (I’m naturally a dark brunette and I like my hair to be platinum blonde) and she does everything and anything to make me happy. She made me a gorgeous blonde, and that’s not so easy to do! And she always leaves my hair super cute and styled and healthy!

I had an appointment with Fatima for brazilian waxing. Let me tell you this: Im brazilian myself, and Ive been getting brazilian waxing in top places there for 10y, then in very nice salons in NY for 5y. When I moved from NY to the suburbs of Chicago I was worried I wouldnt find a nice place to get it done as well as Im used to. I decided to give this place a try. Fatima is by far the best! She knows exactly what she is doing, she is extremely professional and as a result of this the process is quicker, roughly painless and smooth. I couldnt be happier! Dont get fooled for this small place, her service quality is immeasurable. Not only shes professional, but she is a sweetheart! If you need an experienced and knowledgeable person for your high standard brazilian waxing, shes your person! Thanks, Fatima, you are the best!

This salon is wonderful. Katya is the consummate nail technician. Michelle is also a wonderful technician and artist. Artur, the owner, runs this salon beautifully. Everyone there always makes sure all the clients are happy.

I go to Katya for no chip and she does a beautiful job. My daughter goes to Galina and loves her work. We also get haircuts done there and highly recommend them.

Cleanest place Ive been and perfect EVERY time!!!

When I learned Katya joined the team at Glamour Salon, I followed her for all my nail needs. The space is very appealing and spacious. Arthur, the owner, and his staff are super nice and welcoming. And Katya is a true nail technician. Not only does she do a superior job with my manicures and somewhat-challenging pedicures, but shes also soooooo friendly and funny. I live within minutes of nail spas, but I prefer to drive over 40 minutes to Glamour -- worth it!

I highly recommend this salon! If you are looking for a salon that is not only professional and friendly, but also has talented stylists this is the place.

Worst place for haircut. Showed them the picture multiple times of the haircut I wanted, they messed it up real bad. I wanted a shoulder length haircut and now it’s not even touching my neckline. I had long hair and now this haircut makes me look so weird. Can’t even tie a ponytail anymore. Lena/Lina didn’t even know English. She had to use a translator throughout. Not sure if she was just a trainee. DO NOT ever visit this salon for a haircut. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

I have tried so many nail salon places around Buffalo Grove and Glamor Salon and Katua are absolutely unbeatable! Not only quality of the work is amazing, but the friendly atmosphere is very welcoming. You do need to schedule an appointment, since technicians are really great and are always busy , but they go above and beyond to accommodate every customer in a timely manner.

I always go to this salon! Katya has been doing my manicure and pedicure for a while now. She does the best job, I am always satisfied.

I would recommend to anyone. Quick, friendly, and very professional. Love it. I will come back if Im ever in the area again!

Tatyana Zentalis is the best! She has been doing my nails every 2 weeks for many years now. She is a true professional with unbelievable attention to detail and pride in her work. She always has the latest techniques and polishes, and she genuinely wants you to be thrilled with her work. I highly recommend her and couldnt be happier with my gel manicures and pedicures.

I get monthly my Brazilian wax at this place. Its very clean and the lady who does it is an amazing person with a such positive personality and SOFT HANDS. ;) what means a lot for me as you have to feel comfortable getting this type of work done. I really recommend.

I just sat here for over 45 minutes being completely ignored! No one even bothered to ask if i needed help. I finally had to get someones attention just to find out they are appointment only! Honestly i dont care if they are good or not, ill never come back. Thats terrible customer service

Tatyana Zentalis is amazing I’ve been coming to her for ten years!! I travel an hour just for my pedicures and gel nails every two to three weeks. Her work is top notch with the best products that are safe for your nails and affordable!!! Her attention to detail in her work is unbelievable; my nails never chip between visits...even during my beach vacations!!! I travel for work and people stop me everywhere to comment on my beautiful nails. Tanya is always bring in new technics like chrome & cat eye, plus new colors!!! She is the most honest and humble person you will ever meet, very accommodating. I promise she won’t disappoint!!!

I was recently recommended to Glamour beauty salon by a friend and long term client and decided to take her up on the great feedback and visit it myself. I was very skeptical at first because it is so difficult to get a quality haircut you genuinely like, and I unfortunately have been on the roller coaster of bad and good hair days for what seems like my whole life. I can assure you, the first time I entered your salon will definitely not be my last.Right off the bat I was welcomed with an extremely comfortable environment. The salon was clean and well furnished, it had a great vibe. I hadn’t made an appointment ahead of time and was afraid the wait would be too long as a walk in client but that wasn’t the case. I was almost immediately sent to a wonderfulhairdresser Lala. I told her exactly how I wanted my hair cut and was pleasantly surprised to end up with just that. Lala seemed very well informed about her job and gave me great advice to take better care of my hair. She took her time and did a great job; I will definitely be going to her in the future.I decided to take advantage of more services at the salon and was happy to know Ekaterina, one of many nail technicians, was able to squeeze me in for a manicure. This almost never happens in more high end salons. I got a simple French manicure and even gained a friend throughout the process. Ekaterina, just like Lala, was also very kind and easy to talk to. I fell in love with my nails. When I later went to pay, I found out all first clients get a generous discount. That was the cherry on top of a wonderful day.All in all, I would like to thank Glamour for its fantastic and generous services to me. I will be notifying all of my friends and family to go there from now on as I know they will be very pleased. The environment speaks for itself; it’s very comforting and clean. The employees were all very nice and I’m all around glad I listened to my friend and stopped by.

I am visiting from out of town and wanted to treat myself and my daughter and niece to pedicures. I called Glamour around 2pm and made my request. They kindly explained that they could accommodate me, but that they only had one nail technician so they would have to take us in order, rather than all at once. They said that we could sit together and that they had coffee and other beverages. I made appointments for the two girls, but decided not to get an appt for myself, so the girls wouldnt have to wait as long.First, the salon has good signage and is easily located, with ample parking. We were greeted kindly at the reception desk, and welcomed by our manicurist, Tanya. She appeared delighted to work on the girls and a few other people in the salon commented on how lovely they were. (In my experience, salons are not always as welcoming to young customers, so this was particularly nice.)She offered the girls and me beverages (we had hot cocoa and mochas) and had them seated next to each other in the big comfy pedicure chairs. She directed me to a nearby seat with a table for me to set up my laptop and work. A gentleman stopped by after a few minutes and offered me the wifi password, which I gratefully accepted.I worked comfortably for almost two hours while the girls got their toes done. At the end, Tanya fitted the girls with the thin foam flip flops and I paid, took their shoes and pulled up the car.The price for a pedicure was very reasonable, and Tanya worked hard to scrub the girls feet and massage their legs. The salon was clean and warm on a chilly day, and everyone I encountered was very friendly. I cant say enough good things!

Very poor quality interior. They take a lot, but the work is not worth it at all. Owner is very arrogant and constantly trying to get the highest price. I came to them to make ordinary curls and I know that it costs approximately in the region from $ 15 to $ 25. Owner asked me to pay $ 40. $ 40 for the most ordinary curls, curling iron is cheaper.
