The worst cellphone store I have ever visited! Employee there has no motivation to get your business! Poor selection of phones and on top of it all, its the only AT&T Store in town! Worth the drive to Goodyear or Phoenix! Get rid of that guy and find a motivated salesman!!!

What can I say I just recently moved to Buckeye and I needed help with something. Not only did I get help but the gentleman that helped me James went above and beyond. he took the time to explain how my plan works and showed me how to use it to max efficiency he also was courteous and respectful and patient. Vanessa solved my problem with an easy and inexpensive solution in ten minutes that had been trying to resolve online and on the phone with AT&T for over two hours earlier today. Once she understand what I was looking to do she quickly suggested an inexpensive upgrade that was only $10 a month added to my account to double my previous tethering data allowance and had me up and running in a few minutes. Stellar service and easily worth the visit. I wish I had started with her and I would have saved myself a lot of time and been back in business hours ago and she did it for so little added to my bill. I’m so glad that I got her and she deserves ten stars in my book.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Chris was so helpful and answered all my questions and fixed my phone. It was frozen and I couldn’t do anything on it. He was able to reset it and have it working within minutes of arriving. Also moved me onto a better plan 👌🏻

I have been a Verizon customer for nearly 18 years. About 6 months ago I had cause to purchase an AT&T prepaid phone. It was an emergency and I needed a phone immediately. While I am not a fan of the AT&T customer service line because they dont seem to understand what I am saying, this AT&T store is staffed by some of the most helpful, most professional and patient people I have encountered. No matter what I am coming in for, they always are willing to listen and ask appropriate questions in order to figure out how to best assist me and to make sure I pay the least amount of money I have to. I have even come in there crying because my husband and I had literally had a fight not 3 minutes before I walked in their door and they showed such kindness, such compassion I couldnt believe I was actually in a retail establishment and not at a friends house. Haley is truly a special person who is vastly underappreciated and without her kindness and concern my day may have become far worse.They always take the time needed to ensure I understand everything whether it is regarding the functionality of my phone or the nuances of my bill. They are just simply put: awesome.

My wife went to this location to payoff her phone and get a new one. She went there Chris was trying to get her to get the phone with a case and screen protector after she told him repeatedly that she only wanted the phone. So they tell her she can get the Iphone 11 and bring her phone back to pay half price. So Chris changes the sim cards and supposedly turns the new phone on (manually) my wife brings the phone home, never takes it out the box. When she goes to return her phone, the new phone doesnt come on. They wouldnt refund her or giver her a new phone unless she pays $55. This is totally unacceptable because if the phone doesnt come on and its within the 14 days they should give her a new phone. Its never been used by her. I will never spend another dime with this location.

***WARNING*** They will add fraudulent charges to your bill.I guarantee everyone that has given the AT&T store on Watson Road a positive review is ignorant to charges added to their bill. I had about as easy of a request going into the store as any customer. I wanted no changes to my cell phone plan and was simply purchasing a new iPhone. I specifically told the rep (Chris) that I only wanted the phone and did not want any kind of protection plan. Turns out, he tried to sneak it onto my bill 90 days in the future as a recurring monthly charge to help his commission.I didnt find out about the hidden monthly charge until the rep from Enjoy (delivered phone to my house) alerted it to me. A third party phone delivery service had to fix this unethical addition to my bill. The delivery rep highlighted that these jabrones working in the AT&T store will add recurring charges that dont take affect for up to 90 days in hopes you wont notice the change. You also have no ability to view the fees until they take affect unless you are an AT&T rep configuring the account (what they do on their store tablet typically).Do not use this AT&T store! If you have been there already, check your bill ASAP. Spread the word and dont let these unethical practices continue.

I showed up 15 mins before closing time and met Elena who was extremely patient and helpful. I just broke my phone and wasnt sure if I should do the insurance claim or upgrade, she recommended the claim and then upgrade since you cant upgrade a broken phone :( I took her advise and came back a few days later to upgrade. I was really surprise a few days later I received a follow up call to make sure everything was going well. I was impressed and ended up going back a week later and buying a Tablet. Ask for Elena - shes a expert and really cares about what best for you!

It seems i am not the only one that has had this problem with AT&T. I had decided to take advantage of there bogo deal in November 2017. And made a business account with them out of there store located in buckeye az. I purchased 2 samsung s8 actives and 2 samsung note 8 both pairs under the bogo promotion. The associate Michael Anthony Cole (which name i will say in this post due to him being arrested for defrauding at&t) explained to us that we would see the promo reflected in our bill within 2-3 bill cycles. Its been a little over 12 months and still have not seen anything. I have spoke to many associates and managers and have placed at least 3 claims. My last claim was just denied under the basis that my account no longer meets the bogo requirements. (Note that i have not made any changes on my account, nor have i cancelled any lines, or exchanged anything)I understand policys change with time but it is not the customers fault that your associates are not well informed or trained. I firmly believe that AT&T is using this as an excuse to not credit me what i am due, better said what i was promised for signing up with them. AT&T, although has good cell coverage, i would not recommend. I will be taking my business account else where. Unfortunately.

Only giving a 1 star review, because 0 stars is not an option. Edward Oakes and Edward Lopez deliberately misled my husband and I about our $10 a month IPad deal, that magically turned into $20 a month . When we called to have them correct the mistake, and find out why they chose to be dishonest, they laughed at my husband and lied again saying they had explained it before we purchased. They then told me there was nothing they are willing to do, and to call corporate. Thats exactly what we did, corporate was able to reverse all of the fraudulent charges, and formal complaints have been filed. Hopefully these pathetic con-men will shortly be out of the job.
