Stopped in to inquire about upgrading our phones. We were met by the store manager who took his time explaining the pricing for purchasing new phones. Once we decided, Dylan took over and set up our phones in a very professional and friendly manner. Dylan offered us GREAT customer service. We also worked with Bo as well, and both reps were very nice, professional and offered great customer service. We are blessed to live near by because if we need help, we know we are in good hands with the staff and manager at this location. Great job guys!

Dylan was a huge help! He helped me get a bran new phone with some accessories for a very reasonable price as well as a watch. He explained all the details to me set by step. He was Really nice and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting into. Can’t wait until my watch comes in!

Stopped by today to upgrade my phone and watch. I was helped by Evan and Dylan and they were fantastic. They did have a difficult customer as I was arriving and they both handled it very professionally. It was a bit slow to switch over my phone, but that is to be expected with a data transfer. Overall, great customer service from the gentlemen working. Ill definitely be recommending this store for people in buckeye wanting excellent customer service.

Highly recommend for those that have t mobile issues with their phone lines. We came in from having no signal anywhere we went, to finally not having drop calls no more. Aramis displays great customer service and excels at what he does. He answered every question we had and made our switch from t mobile to Verizon super easy. Went in because my daughters sim card wasnt working. Aramis was able to fix the problem and also talk to me about new products and upgrades. He was great. Didnt put 5 stars only because of the wait. Only 1 employee and several customers.

Jarvis spent a good bit of time helping me with a charging cable issue. He could not have been more courteous and helpful, when it would have very easy to just send me on our let me tackle it myself. Excellent service!

My son and I arrived at 6:00pm and were never greeted or acknowledged by the rep. He spent all his time with one customer. We waited over 45 minutes just standing and finally just left. If he had taken a few minutes just to greet us it would have made a difference. The worse experience ever and this is my cell phone network of choice.

I had.a wonderful experience purchasing and upgrading my phone with Jarvis. He was extremely helpful and took the time to explain things to me. I would definitely recommend him.

The young man helping us was very cordial, however, we waited a literal 6 hours to change carriers. We arrived at 2, and were still here at 8 after close. Please either hire more managers, or have more staff on. 6 hours is a ridiculous wait for anything.

Today I returned to the Verizon store in Verrado in Buckeye to have them install a liquid glass screen protector for my new Samsung Galaxy S20+5G. I had them do the same for my previous phone as well and it protected my screen perfectly.Their sales associate was very courteous, friendly and knowledgeable.I would recommend them for you future cell phone needs.

I went to the store and Lindsay was helping a customer but told me she would be with me as soon as she could. When she did get to me she was extremely helpful and was not by any means rushing me out the door, or pressuring me to hurry up as the store had already closed. She was very professional and knowledgeable. I will go back here instead of an actual Verizon store as there was no hassle with Lindsay, it was quick and fast and I will be not only going back myself but will let family and friends know to go here. Jaylen was prepared for our 5:00 appointment. Very knowledgeable about the service he was providing and courteous to work with. He made our visit pleasant. Right now it’s very hard to get good customer service, but he knocked it out of the ballpark and you could tell it was his true nature. Very nice people, understaffed and super slow. I was here for 45 minutes, wasn’t assisted, so I left and came back an hour later. The family that was next in line when I left the first time was still being assisted when I came back. Have now been here for a total of 90 minutes and haven’t been assisted. Just wanted to buy a screen protector. Update: have been helped. Higher ups need to put more than one employee in a store on a Saturday. Still, great people.

Dont check in on line I checked in online waited nearly 2 hours in the parking lot called in to see how much longer the wait was and was told they were doing walk in now that I could walk in when I was ready. I may add stars if the experience gets better Im waiting inside going on 2 hours and 30 minOnce I was in the service was good and very helpful

My moms phone was horrible and she was on an extremely tight budget, but Blake was a big help in the process of my mom getting her new phone. We ended up leaving with a brand new phone that my mom loves thanks to Blake.

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! If I could give 0 stars I would. We traded in our phone on September 23rd with Jordan and a week later Verizon corporate contacted us telling us they hadnt recieved our device. We went back to the store to speak with someone and they acted like they didnt know what we were talking about. They couldnt provide us with a tracking number for the device we turned in. It is now a month later Verizon still hasnt recieved the device we turned into them and were being billed $400 for a device we turned in to them for a new phone. Colby assured us the day we went in he would call us the next day to follow up and he never did. Now we are stuck with a bill for $400 that we are trying to resolve. These guys are doing something shady.... be aware!!! NO TRACKING NUMBER!!!
