Went in in an attempt to sign up for new service. We got to the part where the salesperson was going over the cost due and I was shocked at the total. It was $255. When I asked for a cost breakdown I was advised that the total included a bunch of accessories...that I never asked for nor did he tell me about. It was deceitful and felt like he was trying to sneak them in. there was also a charge of $20 per line to “set up” the 2 phones..which was the data transfer that takes literally 2 minutes and I can do myself. We ended up walking out and going to a regular Verizon store rather than this authorized retailer. There is no “set up fee” at the actual Verizon store. We were in and out in half an hour with new phones and no hidden agendas

A big thank you to Tony. My phone was 8 years old and it just quit. The keyboard wouldnt work. I couldnt use the camera, send messages. Nothing worked. Tony not only got me the right new phone, he managed to recover all of my photos, contacts, and messages. He even came out to the car and connected the new phone to the car Bluetooth. Im 72 years old and he was very helpful. Hes great and I am grateful for his help!

Worst Verizon store out there. I needed a wifi/Bluetooth only Apple Watch SE that wasn’t cellular and was told they had ordered one. Got called two weeks later and ended up picking up a cellular specific Apple Watch SE for almost $100 more than I was quoted but I had no option as I needed it for my job. I was told later that Verizon retail cannot order non-cellular apple watches in store and was sold for someone’s commission. Fraudulent business practices. Avoid this store at all costs.

I really dont like going to Verizon store. Typically you have to wait to be seen in order to spend a boatload of money. Tom still spent a boatload of money but he finished shortly after my trek to Wally World. They did not have additional accessories like screen protector and wall charger but helped me order the correct items online.

As a customer who always uses auto pay and always pays bills on time I want to tell you about my experience in hope it may save you time and money.1st things first. This is what is known as a 3ed party verison store. What that means for you as a customer are things like if verison as a company has a 15 day policy that could potentially help you they will smile and say things like there policy is actually only 14 daysFYI that will cost you money for me it has been about $1800 in less than 30 days now I have a locked phone I paid for up front cash and a service plan for this month I paid for in full as well that is also deactivated for the second time in less than 30 days.This is one of the many hidden tricks and dishonest sales tactics conducted by this location.Now let me help explainI actually used to like verison before coming to this locationAs of today 5/17/2021 from the day I walked in 4/13/2021 I paid over $200 for a upgrade forfeited my old trade phone worth $400 total loss. SET UP AUTO PAY to have my phone shut off only 13 days later after my upgrade obviously upset I wanted to cancel my service I was in formed by verison employee I was in my 15 day return policy and advised to canceled my plan.After arriving at this specific location next to Wal-Mart I was told no problem we can trade your phone in we just need you to drive home and get the box.So after about a hr drive home and returning to wait another 2 hrs while new customers were helped I was enformed that there 3ed PARTY store actually had a 14 day policy and was told there is nothing we can do for you today. Also due to technical difficulties you cant pay you phone off until tomorrow (after 15 day policy from actual verison) and told you have to leave there is nothing we can do for you. This was 14 days after spending my money with this sales rep that is what he told me. This is the type of customer service you should expect if you decide to do business here.So long story short after paying over $1400 losing my trade of $400 all for less than 30 days service having it shut off two times and now and having verzon support tell me my number I paid for is not active even though I have payed for service all the way through this month of MayIm out $1400 cash my trade phone and stuck with a phone that cant do squat and a service plan the says it does not exist. How ever my bank statements show I should have service. Isnt that funny how that worksDont worry this story doesnt end sad lucky Im some what of an educated man and have already filled a arbitrary complaint with the Fairshake organization as well filled my complaint with the FCC so one way or the other this will eventually be resolved its just unfortunate Im out over $1400 over 10 hrs of my time and still have no phone all thinks to the fabulous team hear at this location.Lucky right next door I can get better service for cheaper and not deal with shady sales reps and there obnoxiously rude customer service.Hope this helps save you time and money and have a great rest of your day.

Awful customer service! My husband and I have visited this location on various times and days, each time the sale reps are rude, unprofessional, and unwilling to help. In my most recent visits, I attempted to purchase two brand new iPhones. I waited 40 minutes before I was even greeted, during that time one of the sales representative was having a personal conversation with a family member while the other representative was finishing up with a customer. Once a representative was available they were unwilling to look for the iPhone being requested and simply advised to go to another store. Needless to say, we ended up having to go 30 minutes out of our way to the corporate store. In my last visit, I was yet again not greeted when walking through the door, after about 15 minutes a sales representative made his way and unprofessionally asked for my phone number for callback and that the wait time was 40 minutes. He did not ask what I was in there for. I asked if it was possible to schedule an appointment, all I needed was to turn a device in for store credit, he rudely said no. I ended up leaving and just called Verizon customer service to have them ship me a box and label. This 3rd party vendor is the absolute worse. We have had a better experience at the Corporate store.

Poor experience. We came here wanting to switch to Verizon. We told them exactly what we needed before we did anything.It was all smiles and no problems so we started signing up for an account. After collecting all of our information, were then told sorry we dont have Simcards. Despite having been very up front with exactly what we needed (a prepaid sim) and being told that it was no problem to get one.We then are told we can do a post-paid account (trying to upsell us into a contract), or try and get lucky by visiting a corporate location to see if they have prepaid sims.Apparently they advertise prepaid services but nobody has sim cards??We left and went to AT&T and got exactly what we needed in about 30 minutes.

I bought the lifetime warranty tempered glass screen protector, when I got my phone. Now they have changed their policy. The new policy it so not honor their lifetme warranty after 24 months! Priscilla in the buckeye store told me that it doesnt matter that I bought it before the policy change, I am still out of luck. She said that lifetime, to go wireless only means 24 months.However she said I can pay another $40. Why would they sell me a lifetime warranty instead of a 24 month warranty? Because they know you can get the glass much cheaper on Amazon, and they knew when they sold it to me that it would not be honored.I asked to see the manager about this. I wanted my money back for the glass I originally bought. I was told he would be in at 1:30. So I made another trip into the store, he wasnt there. I asked when he would be in (again) and was told in about 30 min. So I came back. Eventually she told me that he was not coming in, and he could give me a call. When he called, he basically told me NO. They REFUSED to honor the warranty or give me my money back. Saying they could not do anything due to the new policy.This store lied to me again and again. I would not recommend giving your money to a company that lies and cheats you out of your money. Thieves!This is not how you do business.

I just left the Verizon wireless store in Buckeye. Leo, was extremely helpful in helping me and my husband to obtain new tablets. We have been wanting to get tablets for a very long time now. I went to the store to activate a new jet pack and Leo made me aware of the special that was going on for the new tablets. He was very professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and precise. I had a very wonderful experience, the best that Ive ever had in going to a Verizon wireless store! I highly recommend this location for any customer. Since leaving the storm about 45 minutes ago I have let friends and family know about the great customer service I received and also about the special that you have going for the tablets.

Every time I go into this location to replace my screen protector I have to wait a long time. Even if the employees are not busy, They will ignore you. Now Im told they dont make the Samsung galaxy s8 or s9 tempered glass screen protector any longer. Sorry pal all that $$ you paid for that replacement for LIFE program is down the toilet.Came home, amazon.com has s8 and s9 tempered glass screen protectors for $8.99 for a 2 pack. Not sure if I was lied to or just plain apathy. I will not spend any more money at a Go Wireless store again....

The BEST costumer service ever! I went in to fix an issue with my trade in and the person who helped me originally could not really answer my question so he asked one of his co workers right away to find the best solution to my problem. After his coworker helped him out he stayed and used it as a learning experience for himself. The team work was awesome! After phone stopped working, I visited another one on their stores close by, was told I couldnt even buy a prepaid cell and transfer my sim to the new phone because they said the password on my Verizon account was wrong. Almost went and added a 6th line with ATT, that my wife and kids pay too much for, but stopped by the store on Watson in Buckeye and the manager, Emsi it think, was setting lt up, and getting me on my way faster than it took the other store to tell me it couldnt be done. So appreciative of competent staff and you have my business always. Hope I got her name right,. She was exactly what I expect when youre frustrated, tired and need proof their are true professional people looking out for their customers. Thanks. Stay safe.

4 months in, got an iPhone that is malfunctioning. The store can not give us a brand new phone for a phone that has not been used for 6 months yet. We have to go through a warranty process that gets your new phone replaced with a refurbished phone and still pay full price for a used phone. Customer service is hard to get a hold of.

I have always been well taken care of by the employees. This time the manager there Gloria not only took care of my transaction but answered all of the questions I had even if I was repetitive. Came into this store this afternoon (Sunday, 8-4-19) at about 5pm per the Verizon online team. Had already ported over numbers and set everything up with the people online and was told to go into the store to pick up the SIM cards. Upon entering the store, the 2 employees there were very rude and short with me. I explained to them what I was told via the sales people online, and they told me that they dont give out SIM cards, but charge $10 for them. I showed him the order that had been emailed to me and the employee laughed and said he would be willing to give me $40 in free accessories to offset the price of the cards.I told him that wasnt what I was looking for, I just needed to pick up the card and have them put into our phones (4) like the online people had directed me to. In a rude on condescending tone, the employee said maybe I should just go to another store and shrugged. The other guy that was in the store with him laughed so we decided to walk out and go to another store. Will not be returning to this location as the people we dealt with were so unprofessional.

This place will rip you off with a smile on their face. You think they are helping you buy they take advantage of you. Went in with a phone issue and was told the phone was broken. ( I sincerely doubt that now) I told them I just need something simple as I only talk, text, and go to Facebook. I left with a $650.00 phone and $200.00 of accessories! They told me that is what I needed. While I was in the store returning everything (Best Buy had the phone I really needed for $148.00 so I got that one) the sales guy told another customer that his battery was bad and he could either go to a repair shop and pay $300-$400 for a battery or buy a new iPhone 7. A new battery costs 30 bucks!!! And comes with the tools to replace it. Go check the Better Business Bureau website. 100% negative reviews!!! Wish I would have looked there before I did business with Go Wireless in Buckeye, AZ.

It was a 2 day process, not his fault, and we had our 15 month old son with us but he was extremely patient and with our time outs for parenting and us having to figure out things with our account.
