Lance is very professional but personable. If I have a question in regards to my insurance he is easy to talk to and will meet with me to discuss any questions or concerns I may have. Another great thing is the individuals in his office are super knowledgeable and quick to respond to emails if a question or issue arises. Lastly, they will help with quotes and see how they can get you quality insurance but financially reasonable.

Extremely helpful and have never had a hard time getting ahold of my agent (Lance) even after hours. I dont ever feel compelled enough to write reviews but this agent deserves it. I am currently looking for quotes from other companys in order to lower one of my monthly bills, and while I am not going with Lance Snider his exceptional customer service is why he is getting 5 stars. I called him for a quote and we were working together to see what he could offer, he got my quote and himself said that he isnt comfortable with how much it is trying to charge me and reached out to other agents he knew that could help me get a lower rate than what I currently have. I appreciate that he isnt like these other insurance companies/agents who ignore what my goal was just to get money because I have experienced that numerous times before. We have had auto & life insurance with Lance for over 6 years. He is clearly passionate about serving his clients and giving them the appropriate coverage for their needs. Recently I had a car accident, and both the claims department and Lance were extremely helpful. It was a total loss, and the pay out was more than fair, I thought. I had a new car within a week! When I had some miscommunication with one of the claims department reps, Lance was super responsive and called them directly to help get things sorted out. Despite the wreck happening right before Christmas, we felt like a priority for Lance & State Farm, and are so thankful!

He is an amazing agent. He is never too busy to talk to clients personally and always calls to help with insurance ideas that always seems to save me money. If you haven’t tried State Farm or thought personal service was dead you have to visit Lance and let him quote you on your current policies. I had State Farm years ago (not with Lance Snider) but switched to Progressive. A few years later I called Amanda Yates when I found out she was working at Lance Snider State Farm to see if she could give me a quote, because I like to shop around frequently to make sure Im getting a good deal. She was amazing and gave me a quote in minutes! She was able to offer me better coverage than I had at Progressive and cheaper!! I even got renters insurance for less than $20 a month. Everywhere else was quoting me in the hundreds JUST for renters!!! Crazy!! Anytime Ive had to call up there the staff has been very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend giving them a call! First I would like to say we love Lance Snider. We do not have insurance with State Farm but we have refinanced our vehicles with State Farm and lowered our payments by over $2500.00 a year. If you have a high interest rate you should consider calling Lance. He was very helpful and did things on our time. We also signed up for life insurance through him. We had nothing but a wonderful experience with him and I would recommend him to my friends and my enemies .

Hes been quite helpful in modifying my coverage, making me aware of Texas-specific rules, and coordinates face-to-face visits at least yearly - but as often as youd like. Helps with a lot of service questions when you can sit with him directly. Glad I went with this choice since there were a number in college station I could have picked. Friendly office and staff.

Love this place! I met my agent, Angela, six months ago and SHE CHANGED MY LIFE! Seriously, she was able to save me $840!! First of all, I do not understand how Lance and his group does not have a solid rating of 5 stars!!I am so appreciative of the caring service I have received from Lance and his group (Steven in particular). We had been with Farmers Insurance and a local agent since 1993 and our rates jumped from $300 per month to over $1000 within 9 months with clean records and no explanation, even after asking multiple times. Lance and Steven sat down with us and went over every scenario possible to see why. Even if they had come up with an answer, I was already sold on them!As unbelievable as it may sound, in the long-run, I ended up with BETTER coverage than with Farmers at a LOWER price and I can call when my children lock the keys in the car at a national park in another state and get guidance immediately. Does your insurance agent do that? Mine does!

If I could give this guy 1 star, I would. In the three years I was a client, I literally never spoke to Lance. And then when I moved, he refused to transfer my paperwork to my new agent in another city. All he did was collect my checks for three years and then when I needed him to do his job, he actually refused to help. He told me and my new agent that he wouldnt transfer the policy, which seems incredibly unreasonable, highly inappropriate, and kind of illegal to me. Do not go to Lance; he will just take your money and will not help you.
