I had come in the other night right before closing due to traffic, work, etc., and Ms. Lulu Roman was so very kind and patient. The customer before me was quite difficult, but you could tell she was trying everything she could to help. Do not go here they stole $300 from me. My insurance was cancelled because they “didn’t have pictures” when they did have the pictures because all I did was renew my insurance and they already had the pictures. They are liars and will steal your money. Keep all of your records people.

September 02 2021 10:50 am ...I am very disappointed..I show up to renew my insurance and this lady working in there didnt notice me or say anything she was on a private phone call ..not a customer...as the minutes me waiting I decide to walk away....thas very disrespectful to my person..it was like a didnt exist!!!!
