DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!!! They are SOOOOO unprofessional! They are EXTREMELY misleading and incompetent. I was told that I couldnt cancel my policy and there was no reimbursements AND id have to pay a cancellation. An ENTIRE MONTH goes by and they tell me there is no cancellation fee and I was eligible for a reimbursement AFTER the time required had already passed. Steer FAR FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

If I could give fred loya 0 stars I would. They are really unprofessional. They do not fully explain everything ,they have wired hours and I now have to figure out why they told me my policy was canceled and made me come in and sign a paper to do it but then renewed it and took the money out anyways. DO NOT CHOOSE THEM AS YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY.

$311.00 due to hail damage and THEY DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AT ALL AND I WAS TOLD THEY WOULD NOT REIMBURSE ME ANYTHING. After dealing with these guys 3-4 years Im done. I am a very dissatisfied customer and will definitely be switching companies. -NO THANKS

I filed an insurance claim. I was left on foot due to the policies the rental car that I wasnt aware of, they had my vehicle for over week and couldnt get me an estimate to get it fixed, the place where my vehicle was kept stole my belongings out of my truck the adjuster never kept in contact with me and at the end I fixed my truck on my own and they did not take responsibility for anything....worst experience Ive ever had ! After I was a customer for 2 years...

Yall needa hire some people quick before i snap on these little girls and for yall who sittin in the back knowing its taking this girl take 2 hours just to process a claim while im sitting here just need to cancel come on guys thats poor business
