If you are in Bryan looking for an insurance company, def skip this place. They don’t care at all seems like they just go to work for the check. I was paying $278 monthly and would ask if they had deals I’ve been with them over a year and a half my rate never went down nor have I even got into an accident or anything. They just want your money and now I pay $105 with progressive same exact coverage! Do not waist your time! Poor customer service and they don’t even try and get you the best deal pretty much just laugh at you. It’s sad. I told my friend how much I was paying and she was like definitely look elsewhere that’s too much!!! Good riddance!

Anything that has to do with house damages you deal with professional adjusters that, Im sure, get paid by how much they can save Allstate. Local personnel only sell insurance -nothing else.

Have made multiple errors on our policy. Have called multiple times and there is no one reliable to help out with the problem. Very unreliable. Agent never in the office to help customers.

All these years paying Allstate and now when I need a roof, torn from the tornado that hit Franklin they are saying sorry, your roof was old. Run! Do not use Allstate.

Its no brainer, when someone cares about your business, you should give it too them in spades
