I lived here July 2020-June 2021. Horrible experience since day one. Internet wasn’t working and took them a week to fix it, valet trash didn’t take my trash multiple times for multiple days. The gates never work, maintenance issues were never really resolved. After I moved out I got a collections letter after I received a refund, obviously nothing was owed. The assistant manger told me it was taken care of when I reached out to them. Weeks later I get a notification from my bank that I have a derogatory account. The assistant manger never took care of it! I’m still having issues with this apartment complex even after 3 months of moving out.

Me and my girlfriend lived here for 7 months. We paid a premium because we did a short term lease. My stay here was ultimately bad. During our first month (August) our a/c wasn’t working 100%. We told management, a couple days later a guy came out and said that it was fixed. It was not, we put in another request and it took awhile (don’t remember exactly how long for them to fix it). Ultimately they got it fixed after spending 3ish weeks in an apartment in the middle of summer with our average interior at around 85-90 degrees. Our electric bill that month was $300. So we were paying for the a/c to be running nonstop trying to keep the apartment cool but it wasn’t actually working. Fast forward a couple months and my downstairs neighbor asked me if I wanted to buy any drugs from him or knew anybody that would. And fast forward to February when we moved out and I specifically asked the property manager Kristen Parsons what all we needed to clean so I could get my deposit back and she said verbatim, “As long as the carpets are professionally cleaned that’s all we really care about.” This is exactly what she said to me. We had the carpets professionally cleaned and we also proceeded to clean the rest of the house top to bottom. The only things we didn’t clean were the stove, the fans, the microwave, the pantry, and the guest bathroom and the only reason why we didn’t clean the guest bathroom was because there was 2 feet of standing water in it from a busted pipe so it was impossible. They valued the above things at a $190 cleaning fee so I got back $64.40 out of my $250 deposit. We moved out February 28th, I just got the check today, June 7. This really ticked me off. Sam and Cheyenne were always really helpful but Kristen Parsons will just go after your money. Wouldn’t recommend because of my experience but also parking is virtually non-existent for yourself and your guests unless you have a garage or carport.

My boyfriend and I moved in in July 2020 and have had nothing but a great experience. Sam and Cheyenne have been nothing short of amazing. Every obstacle to come our way, they always go above and beyond to fix what they can! If we didn’t get jobs in another state, we would be resigning our lease!

When I was living there about a year and a half ago the management was not very good. We had some apartment problems that never really got solved until we moved out. The old management promised they would send us a check for the problems we had, but fell short and the money never came to us, so we eventually gave up. About a month ago, I get this email saying roughly along the lines of they had a new management that wanted to make things right. I was very shock and delighted that they went through that much trouble and effort. I am thankful for this new team! They are great!

These apartments are pretty new, extremely safe, nice and quiet, and have incredible folks working the front office. The management is not only organized, but they are polite and treat us tenants like we are human rather than simply a source of income. Everything I have needed they took care of with a smile and have gone above and beyond to ensure my comfort and happiness here. The pool is really nice and the grounds are clean. The maintenance guys are quick, efficient, cheerful, and dependable. The parking is great, the location is awesome! The train comes by, but we are in what is called a silent zone and our walls are thick so we NEVER hear it! Within 2 minutes I can get to the HEB, Walmart, Starbucks, Walgreens, church, school, work, all of it. Not to mention, downtown Bryan is only a 4 minute drive down the street this place is on. Definitely check it out.

Horrible experience moving in. I resigned my lease because I loved living here but I’m regretting it. I signed my lease back in March. Come move in week I got a call that my apartment wasn’t ready. I was supposed to move in July grant it I signed my lease in March so I didn’t understand why it wasn’t ready but I moved things around and changed my move in date. When I finally got my keys I walked into trash everywhere in my apartment and the light switches not having covers. Not only that but the paint was chipped through out the entire apartment, the molding on the flooring looked damaged, the apartment looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, the washing machine wasn’t clean and many more things wrong. The apartment did not look move in ready. I have never had such a bad experience moving into an apartment ever. I won’t be resigning my lease next year.

New management ruined a good apartment. Apartments are in decent condition. Certainly not the greatest but outside looks nice and relatively nice. Certainly high crime though around. I was there during the murder at the next apartment over.Candidly, the leasing staff are all good but, the regional manager micromanages the property and gives no power to do anything to the staff at the property. I think if they were given more power to the property manager, she has the personality to turn it around. (Hopefully)

I love this apartment! It is much cheaper than most places in College Station and has great access to West Campus. I have had a few problems with the older appliances, but I submitted a work order online and the maintenance people were here the next day. The apartment has a nice, homey feel to it. I appreciate the dog stations, there are quite a few of them. Parking is hard to find sometimes, so I ended up getting my own covered spot and that is working out great. My water heats up quickly and usually stays hot for awhile. I dont know if I will be staying here throughout my college experience, but if I end up moving, it will be because of personal reasons. I would be happy to live at this apartment for years.

Pros:- There is no traffic towards Presidio. You can drive to Texas A&M in 5-7 min.Cons:-The place is located just next to the rail road. So, get ready to be shaken out of your bed and awaken in the middle of the night.- Electrical lines are too weak and cheap. You cannot use a computer and vacuum cleaner together in the same room.- AC is not very reliable. It broke down at least 3-4 times when I was living there. They are not very responsive to fix it.- The neighborhood is horrible. You are living in a luxurious prison in the slums.- It is a gated community. But the gates are always open and does not work most of the time.- The staff is horrible. They are so rude and unprofessional. They tend to threaten you about your lease.- There are no restaurants and shops nearby.Overall, the place may ostensibly look nice on the outside. But, it is horrible place when you actually live there. I do not suggest this place to anyone.

I lived here for 3 years. Overall, I enjoyed my stay. Randy, the maintenance guy, was very good and always handled requests quickly and efficiently. His dogs are super cute too. Our neighbors were friendly and mostly students in professional programs at A&M making it a more peaceful environment. All the negative reviews come from a handful of individuals who might be justifiably upset in isolated situations, but I did not have those experiences. Any apartment living will have pros and cons but having lived in over 4 different B/CS apartments during my 8 years here, Presidio was the best. The complementary coffee machine was a life-saver. The pool was nice, the landscaping was well-maintained and the complex is pet-friendly.

Workers at the presidio are very friendly and kind. But there is not enough parking and you will find many times you have to park in the street at the risk of being towed. And although staff is good now. I had three staff changes throughout the year I lived hereEdit:Parking is no longer a major issue and staff is great and super friendly. Had issues at first but I would continue to live here. Management and staff genuinely care about residents. A lot of people are saying the staff is rude but ever since the staff change I have only been treated kindly and fairly. For that I am changing from two stars to four

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Presidio.Management: I never had any trouble with the management. Everyone was kind, attentive, and knew me personally. Im pretty sure most of the reviews complaining about management are caused by people not following clear directions and then getting mad at the management for being punished for it. You will even notice that most of the complaints start off with someone admitting they didnt follow a rule. And they rules are pretty standard / not a big deal. I even had an issue when I moved out that was easily resolved (I was wrongfully charged for leaving a large package outside my door - the next tenant had already mailed himself some furniture. The individual who helped me was super nice and understanding)Maintenance: I only had to call for maintenance once during my stay and they were quick, kind, and fixed the problem easily.Apartment / Complex Quality: The apartments look great on the outside and still holds up fairly well on the inside. I do think they should start thinking about updating counters and some appliances to stay competitive with other apartments out there. My AC definitely suffered since it was an older system (an analog control device) and would take a very long time to cool down. I dealt with small roach problems every now and then (even finding some German Roach eggs that were being laid) but I suspect that they were because of upstairs neighbors. No real problems with thin walls. I would only hear the upstairs neighbors dog running back and forth in their room when it got crazy. Presidio unfortunately suffers from a huge trash problem. There is basically only one dumpster and it was CONSTANTLY overflowing. It was always sad to see all the stuff people would just throw away during move out days. So much stuff that could have been donated to other people was just thrown away without a second thought.Rent: I think the rent is honestly a little too high for the quality and size. Most of that rent probably goes toward the amenities (which are good, but I hardly ever used / benefited from them. The only thing I truly enjoyed the most was the great Starbucks machine in the lobby). I felt a little frustrated that my rent was around $875 but basically ended up paying $900 a month because of all these random hidden fees that didnt really make sense (like water drainage. what?).Complex Security / Safety / Location: The safety of the place is obviously a slight concern. A month into moving-in several individuals were robbed at gunpoint and a poor guy (not sure if a resident or not) was even shot while he was walking outside the complex about a block away (these occurrences were on the same night). That was probably the biggest thing that ever happened during my stay. But it definitely affected how I felt walking around outside at night (basically tried to never be outside). There were a couple nights that I heard potential gunshots nearby and saw a cop driving around inside the gates shortly after.Community: I definitely didnt enjoy the presence of the rest of the individuals living here. Typical loud and obnoxious college kids doing stupid stuff every now and then. There were a couple individuals that would rev their car engines for like 5 minutes, as loud as possible and at any time of day without any consideration of others. I lived close to one of the gates and sometimes someone would just sit right at the gate revving their engines for an eternity, leave, come back 1 minute later, and do it again. It was pretty ridiculous.Parking: Thankfully, I only ever had to park far away 3 or 4 times. Normally I would get a spot right outside my apartment. I can definitely say that the parking can still be an issue for others because I CONSTANTLY saw people not following the rules and parking without a sticker. I dont see why people who live here should have to buy stickers (they should just receive them with their rent) but I was fine with it. It wasnt that much if I remember correctly. There would be enough parking if people just followed the rules.

Parking here is awful. Let me break it down for you. Between 8am to 9pm you can find parking, maybe not in front of your apartment but there is parking. Between 9pm and 12am youre lucky to find a spot anywhere. After midnight your gonna have to park somewhere at risk of being towed. Residents are not guaranteed parking so the 10 people without stickers parked in front of your apartment complex? Theyre gonna get to stay while you find somewhere else to park not even remotely close to your building. Towing is not even close to being enforced and some @$$ has a trailer in visitor parking all the time! They supposedly made them pay for a visitor spot! Why not just give them a paid spot!!??

The apartments are beautiful, have great amenities, and are regularly maintained. Visually these are one of the best looking apartments in town, but you shouldnt rent an apartment based solely on appearance.Overall my experience at Presidio has been a pleasent one, but there are a few things that are major problems with these apartments. The first being parking. Resident are given parking tags but this is of little use as I would guess around 40% of spaces are paid parking. It looks like for every covered AND garage space there is two or three parking spots for residents. The covered parking spots rarely have any cars in them so every night around 9 or 10 all the parking including visitor is full. I would NOT recommend living here if you have more than one car.The second issue is while the general aesthetic of the apartments is nice there are problems with noise. I can hear people downstairs and upstairs and across the hall and in the parking lot. If Im in my room I can hear the people talking at normal volume somewhat easily. If you get an apartment next to the train tracks there WILL be noise at random hours. There is also an airport where planes will fly low and make a lot of noise during the day. The trains and airplanes are not terrible nuisances but they are an issue. The last issue is something that is probably out of the owners control but the pool is the coldest Ive ever swam in. Ive been there on scorching days, cold days, medium days whatever and the pool is ice cold. Ive never seen anyone swim in it because its too damn cold!Overall the staff and apartments are very nice. There is a new staff now as of 2016 who are more accommodating than the previous ones so that should take a lot of issues old posters have away. But if you dont like noise, enjoy parking within reasonable distance of your apartment, and want a good pool the Presidio might not be right for you.

Dont move in here and dont waste your money. I am not one for leaving reviews, I actually think this is my first one but I feel its necessary. The main reason I give this place one star is because of the management and the people who work at the office. As you read in most of the other reviews, the people who work in the office are extremely rude. The only one whos ever been helpful is a guy named Sam.. other than that, dont expect help from anyone else unless you want attitude or to be talked to like you are just plain stupid. The area the apartments are in isnt very good (I made an exception when I moved in because it was close to blinn.. my fault) but I am always hearing gun shots and a few incidents have happened in the parking lot as far as break ins and things like that. Probably cause the gate isnt always closed like it should be. Theres always very very little parking. If you get home even a little late, plan on walking a good ways to your apartment. So to sum it up, just dont waste your time with this place. Go somewhere else and get your moneys worth.

Mary the manager is the most unprofessional person I have dealt with. I have not lived in the apartment since last December and I get a call this August that I have not followed the move out protocol. I not only paid all 6 additional months and didnt live there but we asked if we could return the keys early by 3 weeks. They said we could so my Dad drove all the way from Houston to return the keys and make sure everything was clean (I had already moved everything out in December and cleaned it but he wanted to make sure ). My roommate did the same. Then we get called getting accused of letting someon live there when both of us HAD ALREADY RETURNED THE KEYS. They accused us of giving our keys away, and said they had no record of returning it and that we would both be held liable for the person who lives there. Mind you we both followed protocol. Not only was she rude but she basically said we are at fault. I have never had an apartment complex be so unorganized, unprofessional, and down right rude to me. Not only would I not recommend anyone to live there but I would also warn any parent or college student to stay FAR FAR FAR away from Presidio, they will try to make up whatever they can to put move out charges onto your account. By far the worst experience I have had and I have lived at 3 other apartment complexes on the college station/ Bryan area

My girlfriend is a current resident at the wonderful Presidio. I frequent her apartment and the parking is horrible. If I come over I have to come before 9 pm if it is after 9 pm I will have to park at Walmart and have her come get me. Presidio is next to low income apartments and more than once I have heard gun shots from the apartments next door. I even witnessed two males exchanging gun fire one night. Also someone attempted to kick down my girlfriends apartment door one afternoon. She went to talk to the apartment management about the incident and the apartment manager walked away sipping her tea. That to me shows me that they act as if they care about their residents but it makes you question it. If someone pays to live behind a gate then they expect a certain level of security and safety. The most recent incident that occurred on this property was someone braking into cars in the parking lot unfortunately my girlfriend and a few others residents where victims. While the police officers were finger printing my girlfriends car the property manager came over in her little cart and talked to the officers and said that my girlfriends car was car number 6 in 2 days. They failed to inform residents that break ins were occurring on the property. I do not feel safe leaving my pregnant girlfriend at home by herself. But on the other hand we do frequent some of there activities and it is fun but I could do without the activities for my girlfriend to feel safe at her house. I warn you please be aware of what you are getting into before you do it. Please research the area that you are moving to. Safety is a big thing to me and I need to never have to question if my family is safe and secure.

I am less than thrilled with the new management. They are terrible at communicating any changes theyre making, and more than once Ive had to go to the front office to ask about something going on in the complex they gave no warning for. They changed the front office hours without notice, and more than once Ive tried to go to the office about 20 minutes after theyre supposed to be open and no one is there. There is also apparently no longer a courtsey officer after hours, and if you call the number for emergency maintenence, which is just their same office number, it just rings eternally. I was locked out of my apartment for several hours after the key broke in the lock while I waited for the office to open, unable to get in touch with anyone else on staff. They also no longer bother giving any notice if packages show up. Ive had packages not be there but when I come back after confirming with the delivery company it was signed for (maybe half an hour later tops), they magically appear. The staff doesnt seem to care at all about communicating with current residents, and only on getting new people to sign leases. I am not going to be re-signing my lease this upcoming year, which is a shame after five years with Presidio.

This apartment complex is ill located and not within walking distance to anywhere except a sketchy corner store. It is not on the TAMU bus routes, and dont plan on biking there, because theres no sidewalks and the bike lane only goes a less than a quarter mile each way from the apartment complex. There is a business office, but the printer never has toner - it is continuously on order for next week. Also, if theres more than two people needing to use the computers at once, dont bother because the rest dont have mice to navigate and the office staff cant be bothered to replace them. They include internet free! But it only works sometimes and the only place to get signal is in the bedroom that your router is in (you have to buy this too) because having a port in the living area is too much to ask. The train tracks are directly across the street and the walls are thin, so youll hear it rumbling and screeching all night long, as well as everything from your neighbors (sex noises and annoying dogs barking and running around all night included, dont worry - management wont bother the dog owners, its only your inconvenience). When first moving in, it rained too hard (eye roll, the property should be able to withstand a little rain) causing the windows to leak and water to get into the walls from outside. The bedroom and kitchen walls grew mold inside and the walls were warped. Both rooms had to be sealed off and the walls completely replaced. I lost use of them for that month, plus everything from those two rooms was crowded into my living room. Construction lasted a full month with contractors in and out daily, even if I wasnt there, tracking dirt and debris everywhere. There were times Id get home and there were no workers present, but my door was left completely unlocked for anyone to come in. A fine layer of dust covered every inch of my apartment from the Sheetrock replacement, which I was responsible for cleaning. Did I have to pay full rent that month? Absolutely, but I got an awesome $100 gift card, so apparently, problem solved.Other complaints, the apartment wasnt cleaned before I moved in and they didnt clean it when made aware, the carpet was bleached/stained orange and not replaced, oh, and theres been murders next door within the past few months - this doesnt affect property values or your rental rate - its just as high as more centrally located properties that have better amenities, are on a bus route, and have no nearby murders or questionable neighborhoods.Having problems and need to break you lease or sublet it? Try consulting an attorney, because the property manager, Jessica Carroll, will bully you with false claims about how the law works, instead of providing you with your actual lease terms or a true remedy to the situation.Best of luck finding somewhere else to live!

And now for my review on this place, today was my last day at the Presidio, you knowMost places ive moved out of i kinda had that sick feeling like I really dont wanna move but with this place I couldnt wait! Only reason I stayed is because I didnt want to waste $1100 bucks! Lets see.... my car was hit in the parking lot in which I received no remorse from management, they got my lady car towed due to not having a parking sticker in which we found out that they was responsible for, tried to tell her that they would go half with her to get it back and we was like are yall not aware that we didnt call the tow truck?🤔 shes a teacher she missed a whole days pay and work for that! how can she help the babies learn if the Presidio has a problem with PAYING residents parking There cars in the lot? We ended up getting her car back they finally paid for it after we mention getting our family lawyer involved. THE STAFF, under trained on social skills, very rude and misleading tell you one thing and mean another, I referred a friend due to him moving to Bryan and wanted something he could get in pretty quick and wasnt to far from work, I was suppose to receive an $250 bonus, NOPE oh since youre moving out you wont be able to get in due to the fact that we take it off your rent so now you tell me? But thats not what it says a bunch of bs If you ask me. The whole complex is damn near moving out! since we sat a couple trash bags outside the door they sent me a $25 fine talking about this is a warning, Are you serious Im moving out what do you exspect oh ya I didnt pay I mean after all they owe me $250 so take it off of that! The apartment itself is nowhere near luxury it should really be low income housing it has potential, I say get rid of the office staff including the manager, both of them, keep the guys that do the handy work and keep housekeeping and turn this place around good riddance

Not worthy of one star. But I had to give it in order to leave a review.I URGE YOU TO PLEASE DO NOTLIVE HERE!!!!By far the worst apartment/housing in the city of Bryan TX and college station. The only good thing is it is 5 minutes from blinn. My sister and myself have had multiple problems with the manager Mary. I was once caught with a dog and was given a two day notice to remove the animal (and of course I did). Not but a few months later my sisters cat got out and the apartments tried to fine her right off the bat. No two day notice given like I had. Unfair treatment, no? The manager is very careless unless it involves putting money into her pocket. And heaven forbid if you asking for the contact information of her boss. The location is very poor as well. A luxurious place square in the middle of the ghetto. Gun shots have been heard plenty of times. There is not one night of the week where a cop doesnt show up next door.I had a man walk up to me at 3 am, who may or may not have actually been deaf, asking me for money. Me being nice and wanting him to leave me alone I gave him some. If a gated community is supposed to keep people out then the apartment is not doing a good job at all.The pool is gross as well as the jacuzzi. The only fun thing that anyone can actually enjoy is the movie night and the volley ball court. The fridge ended up breaking while I was away and leaked down to the floor below me.The water for baths/showers does not stay warm long enough to bathe.Parking is atrocious during the school year, even when you paid for a covered spot. The apartment tried to fine me for leaving dishes in MY sink and for taking out the trash too early. I took it out the night before. Seriously? This is just a poorly placed apartment complex that is ran by careless greedy people. New management and location should be ideal if they would care to carry out their business. When you visit these apartments to see if youd like it, it may seem all rainbows and sunshine but in reality its all a horrible nightmare.I couldnt wait for my lease to be over with.

This was only the second place I looked at, but after my call with her, I knew where I was going to live and I discontinued my search.I ran into some problems with the Motel 6 in Bryan where I was staying while my apartment was being prepared (review within a review: Dont go there) and they really went above and beyond working around it and getting me in a day early. Thats when I first talked to the other front office employee, Jordan, and realized Catelyn wasnt a one-off. Clearly whoever does the hiring at Presidio has an eye for talent.Jordan also worked with my wife quite a bit over the phone while I was working during the day to facilitate and expedite my process. She later told me, Those are probably the nicest people Ive ever dealt with. I love them! The manager(?) Ive dealt with less, but in my limited dealings with her she seems like she could be as equally amicable as Catelyn and Jordan. The apartment itself, Im going to start with the cons (none serious enough to affect the perfect review, yet) because I want to conclude this on a positive note:There was a clogged drain, broken in-freezer ice maker, and non functioning garbage disposal upon my move in. Bear in mind, I moved my lease date up a few days last minute. The maintenance guy came while I was out (my wife was visiting) went to the ice maker (the least of my three concerns), tinkered around for awhile, said, Its fixed, and left. It wasnt. Now I have to start the work order process over. Que Sera Sera. The location isnt ideal as far as the surrounding neighborhoods. Exiting to the left, the gas station attendant is in a cage, but to the right there is a small industrial park and on the other side of that the commercial district to the campus. In any event, Ive yet to feel unsafe and like its proximity to major strips and freeways. There are a lot of BS fees tacked onto their quoted rent price (If I understood cleary, Im paying twenty five extra since Im electing NOT to have a roomate). I had to pay 75.00 extra for amending my lease date. But bear in mind, this is a corporation, and not unusual. Furthermore, none of these fees were hidden, Catelyn and Jordan both clearly outlined all costs associated with the apartment before I signed anything. If youre a student, you can definitely find a better deal, but Im not sure youll find a better value. Heres why;The office really makes you feel like youre getting the white glove treatment all the time.Maintenance is well staffed and timely.Deposit is super low. They have a roommate matching program. Thats not something Im interested in but still pretty cool, nonetheless. There is a pretty decent sand volleyball court. The already nice pool area is about to be remodeled and become nicer. The pool is kept pristinely clean, as is the hot tub. They have a drive in movie night at which they inflate a giant screen and invite the tenants to a very cool seating area in a courtyard to watch it.There is unlimited Starbucks Hot Coffee and Hot Chocolate for your enjoyment during office hours. Theyre even pretty chill about it if your five year drops a full hot chocolate in a hallway that explodes all over the walls while theyre trying to give prospective tenants a tour. (Sorry.)24 hour gym with a full dumbell set.A stand up community tanning bed (seriously).A 24 hour business center with complimentary printing.Short term lease options available! At an added cost, but this is a life saver for me.But what really matters at your home, is the people. In this, the staff excels. Ive no doubt, Im in good hands.

I lived here in 2013 Please and I mean please do not move here.. These are the worst apartments Ive ever had to live in. When asked to fix things they never got fixed.. My self and a roommate requested that they move us into another apartment due to use finding our other roommate having sex with some random guy they allowed her to move out but told me they think I am better off by stay in that apartment. That upset my parents so they made me move out meaning I skipped out on my lease. Now today 4 years later they are still giving me hell and telling every apartment I try to move to that they evicted me but how can you evict someone if they moved out before the eviction process even start. You cant even show me any proof of the eviction process but yet you are telling everyone you evicted me isnt that defamation of character. Long story short Mary the manager is very rude calling and emailed her to many times but yet shes always in meetings , Kia is an airhead who need more training and the only person in that office that is willing to help anyone and that act like they have any sense is RJ.

WORST PLACE EVER. The people here will try to gouge you for every penny you have. First of all they upped the price per month even though we re-signed. The entire point of resigning is to keep your current rate isnt it? The amount they offered for us to resign ($150) didnt even come close to covering the amounts that the rates went up, not to mention two of our friends lived in a bigger two bedroom for less money and they moved in AFTER us! We have now been fined twice for trash violations when we literally wait until midnight the night before the trash is picked up & their people are the ones that told us to do so in the first place! When we moved in, the apartment was dirty as hell, crud in the corners of the bathrooms. The air conditioner breaks once a month and they lie and tell us theyve fixed it just to get us to stop calling. The front gates are constantly broken and multiple peoples cars have been broken into. The management is the worst part of the place. The manager actually knocked on our door and hid, then proceeded to scream at me for a trash big sitting outside my front door. What do you want us to do leave stinky trash in our apartment for three days?! I wish I could give this place zero stars. Ive lived in three other apartments in the bryan college station area and have nothing to complain about any of them. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

This place is a joke. The manager Mary only cares about herself and will lie to your face. If they tell you something that sounds to good to be true get it in writing cause all they will do is stab you in the back down the road. If youd like to live in an environment ran by high schoolers this is the place to live. They are extremely unprofessional. The manager Mary actually told me they were gonna have their legal department contact me for leaving a review on google cause Im harassing them.. 😂lol what? As an American I have the right to freedom of speech. Its been a year now and not once did I get a phone call from the corporate office. Shes all talk and wont do shi*t. Anyways please dont waste your time or money here, youll want to sublease with in the first 2 months if you do. Btw If you do sublease and they charge you a reletting fee its in the lease that if you find someone to take your lease then the reletting fee will be waived. If they charge you it then I suggest getting a lawyer or just not signing a lease at the presidio at all.

I have lived at The Presidio for the past year, and havent had any issues. When we moved in last year it was pretty crazy, but after a few adjustments the staff has been fantastic!Pros:-The private shuttle that takes me back and forth to campus is very convinent and dependable, lets just say my parents were very happy they didnt have to buy a parking permit!-The mantinence staff is on top of everything regardless if its an emergency or not. I called to have an A/C filter changed and they were there the next day. He also changed a light bulb without me even asking!-The location is very close to TAMU, and I pay Bryan Utilities-Parking is never an issueCons:-The Starbucks coffee machine isnt open 24 hours-They are strict about when you can put out your trash, but then again I wouldnt want to live in a community that had garbage bags out on every cornerI love living here, its more of a home than a place to sleep for the semester!

This company towed my car even though I am I resident. They notified residents of parking violations after office hours, and had the cars towed before they opened back up. This meant that it was impossible for me to even get a sticker and prevent being in violation before they towed me.It took them 26 days to get gate keys, preventing me from even accessing the club house, and the services I was paying for for close to a month.
