I can’t say enough GREAT things about Crystal & the maintenance men I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. I can tell you one thing I recently moved and the apartment I am in now may be nicer looking but the management is horrible and careless. I will miss crystal and her good heart.

I have been here a couple of months and I can say that I really like it here. I have had a time to enjoy the place being home for quarantine. I can say that the staff is nice and professional, they keep the apartments clean and neat, they are very dog friendly, and I just like the way the staff put pride into this place. The neighbors are nice for the most part. I cant find a thing to complain about.

Miss this place, all the friends I made, the staff are all great wonderful people, especially manager Crystle and the maintenance Nick. Nowhere in Bcs did I feel more at home then here.

Me and my Husband have been living here for 3years now and we honestly love it here !! I can say that the staff is professional and kind !!! A guy name Nick I believe is his name is always so kind and helpful when it comes to any maintenance issue . Great place to live !!! & Awesome Staff !!!

This is an older apartment complex built in the 80s and naturally has its fair share of problems but I cant tell you enough about the management and how attentive everyone is. Things break but get fixed reasonably quick. I also had a very pleasant experience moving out ahead of the end of my lease which was kinda unheard of in Texas, considering how terrible the rental contracts are and how much worse the managers. This is also the most reasonably priced building in Bryan. Overall it was a great first experience for me upon moving to Bryan.

Definitely very quiet and pleasant place to live they’ve had their share of bad maintenance but our work orders are pretty minor so far nothing major has happened thank goodness. I’m not too fond of the office staff too much sarcasm I don’t really have to deal with them unless it’s an issue . I pay my rent and go on about my day.

We lived there for 3 years. The cons are more than pros in this community. The community is so quiet and peaceful. Friendly people. Nice office staff. The biggest issues we had were with the maintenance. They are very incompetent. They do patching job rather than really addressing the issue and fixing it. The first day we moved in, we noticed the cabinet floor under the kitchens sink has literally deteriorated in pieces because of a leak from the sink. Shouldnt this be spotted during some inspection before a tenant move in?? maintenance didnt clean or remove a hair but, instead, they just covered the fallen apart cabinet floor with a ply-wood sheet and called it done. We had to deal with the rotten smell for few weeks and numerous visits to fix the leak that ended up in replacing the garbage disposal. The second biggest issue we had was with accordion door of the laundry area. After fixing in an issue with the dryers flex duct inside the wall, the accordion door kept falling off. It took maintenance numerous visits, couldnt install/attach the door properly, and finally a maintenance lady from a sister community came by and fixed the door from the first visit. We didnt have a single issue with this door since then! The third biggest issue we had was with indoor unit of the AC was noisy from day 1 but was sorta bearable. The rattling noise kept increasing along time that made me started complaining about constantly. The maintenance kept telling me that theres nothing wrong with the blower motor. I couldnt believe this because what was sounding like rattling, it was sounding like banging on the wall inside the bathroom so it has to be something vibrating inside the unit, common sense. The maintenance kept insisting nothing was wrong. I removed the cover for the unit and saw that maintenance wrapped some towels around AC pipes!!! probably trying to stop the vibration??? dirty wet towels because of the condensation on the AC pipes. I complained to the office of this patching job. Maintenance came and replaced the blower motor. Finally!!!! I came home that day to such a quiet unit that I really couldnt tell whether it was working or not BUT BUT the air was hot. The apartment was feeling like sauna. Maintenance came out on an emergency call to find out the compressor is busted!! go figure, a compressor outside goes bad after replacing a blower motor inside. What a coincidence! Im neither a certified HVAC tech not an electrician but I bet they messed up the wiring when replacing the blower motor. The fourth biggest issue we had is the privacy, maintenance had showed up in the apartment more than couple of times without being called and without proper advanced notice.

Rude staff.A/c maintenance guy doesnt have enough experience to perform his job correctly.I was blatantly lied to.Straight up waste of my time.Garbage complex.With dishonest people working there.Do not rent from these peopleYou would be better off living in your car. Which is probably where Ill be.Thanks to them.Negative 5 stars.Seriously why even invite me to an interview just to lie to me.Thats low.

I have lived here over a year, never had any problems with management, its quiet, and i love it.

Crystle and staff are awesome! Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Wood Trail.

Went to visit a friend that lives here. Parking was ok, place seemed clean and well maintained.

Place is pretty decent but they try to make money off of everything!
