I called needing help finding a part for my RV and Jessica was amazing. She called around and found out the information I needed and got back with me within an hour. Even though I didn’t have work done there, I can imagine they are excellent with that kind of service over the phone.

They did great the hydraulic cylinder I had repaired works great and their prices very fair and honest

The place is very distasteful. The woman that answers the phone is very rude, and the mechanics are no better. I will never go here again. 0/10 do not recommend it

Southern Hospitality is rare these days, but everytime i have pulled up at Medlocks Mobile I have received nothing but the most upmost respect and good ol southern hospitality.. they are very professional, and knowledgeable of automobiles and larger/smaller vehicles.... I waited two days for mobile services from this company. They came 6 days later, stayed a half hour and were not able to help me. I was billed for a service call and an hour of labor. DONT USE THESE HIGHWAY ROBBERS.

Helped us out with a last minute repair for our RV. Replaced our main air line from the compressor to the dryer.. Did a great job. They used a local hose shop to build a new Stainless Steel braided Teflon line. Good as new. Would recommend this shop if youre in need of service or repair. Was back on the road in 90 minutes.

The starter went out in my truck, after two mechanics from a large chain tried and failed to get the bolts out, I was told that “no one is gonna be able to get those out. You’re going to have to take it to a dealer. “ I didn’t listen, I called Medlock Mobile and they agreed to come out. Jason, the first mechanic that showed up didn’t have to tools he needed, not through lack of preparation, he just happened to already be in the area and was going to give it a shot. He left, saying he was going to talk to someone who was more familiar with my engine and get the proper tools.Then Michael showed up, and he was awesome. He fought for 4 hours to get the seized bolts out of my starter, and got the job done. These guys definitely earned my business for a long time. Their labor and road call rates are far more reasonable than most places and after spending basically a whole day with them, I feel confident in saying they definitely know their stuff. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them again or bring my truck to their shop for pretty much any repair or maintenance I needed.

Our Winnebago View Motor Home’s alternator went out. It was Father’s Day weekend and Michael tried his best to get a replacement but it happened to late. Alternator came in Monday Morning and and they had us out by 12:30pm Great service reasonable prices. Only charge $100 for mobile repair to Jekyll Island, although we ended up driving to the shop. Jessica was very knowledgeable at the office and Nick did an excellent job of the repair and pointing out a problem with the turbo - that actually failed 200 miles later. It is a great family owed business.

Awesome company!!Broke down on a Sat morning with Diesel pusher. Engine would not start. They answered the phone on my second call. Was not able to leave message on first call due to voice mail box being full. BUT! They called my number back and texted me updates. Mechanic John came out within 2 hours. After trying everything he summarized it was most likely a relay switch. He went to 2 places looking—could not find. BUT! He made me a push button (hot wire) starter thingy!! Got me going again!Rat of story: Ordered new relays off of amazon and now problem solved. Highly recommend their services.

My family and I were traveling back from Florida to NC and we broke down in Brunswick Georgia on a Su day afternoon on the side of I95 N.We called several businesses and most of them were closed and the rest did not want to help us.Luckily somebody gave us the phone number from this guys and as soon we called them John (the owner) was very Nice and understandable with our terrible situation. He called a towing truck and called his employee very nice guy as well on a Sunday pm and helped us fix our car to get back on the road. We ended up leaving by midnight on a Sunday and that’s not all. 1 of my credit cards was decline and the owner was willing to let us go to get to our final destination and get settle and pay him whenever. I mean who does that anymore? good people still exist (GOD BLESS JOHN OWNER AND JOHN EMPLOYEE’s FAMILY AND BUSINESS)I really recommend this place to everyone. He cut us a great deal too.

Very professional group!! I didnt know about Medlocks at first so I took my motorhome to another shop in Brunswick, Ga. on January 25th - WOW, what a joke. They gave me hundreds of excuses as to why they couldnt repair my motorhome. They caused my wife and I to cancel a camping trip on April 5th.....YES, April 5th. So I went and got my motorhome from them and took it straight to Medlocks. It took them only two weeks to diagnose, order parts, and repair my motorhome. Everyone there seemed eager to please their customers. Again, a very professional group. They are closed on Saturdays but still met me at the shop so I could pick up the motorhome. They deserve every bit of five stars!! Thanks very much. We are very pleased with them. If you need big truck or motorhome repairs you really need to go to them, I definitely will!!

We called needing help on our semi that had broken down on the side of the highway. The woman dispatcher sent out a mechanic who was unsure of the exact problem as he quoted and he suggested for us too get a tow first thing in the morning and come too the shop for him too have a mechanic look at us to find the exact problem & he drove off. So the next day we woke up looking for other companies just too see what other options we had since all business aren’t 24 hours...We went too Tynsley’s Mobile repair instead and he offered too help us at his shop after two days of sitting in the lot the mechanic failed too have any work completed once we took matters in our own hand Tynsley’s soon started too act out of character and became very disrespectful....long story short 3 days later Medlock called us and immediately began the conversation in defense asking are we going too run off with their money and we were asking questions in reference to when did anyone even tell us there was a service charge for the guy too come out and not perform any service...then another man in the background began too curse and disrespect us and “said that’s why I don’t deal with your kind” and at that point we were just totally in shock... the dispatcher never alarmed us that if her guys were too come out and just tell us what he thought the problem was we would have too pay for their thoughts...but days later we realized that Tynsley’s Mobile Repair works with Medlock and both companies are unprofessional, dishonest, and something is fishy with both companies.

THE BEST FAMILY RUN BUSINESS I HAVE EVER WORKED WITH. EVER!!!My project manager decided to fill a diesel fuel tank with gasoline. I am blessed to have reached Jessica at the office. Not only did they jump when I asked for help, they also were willing to drive further than they would normally do, came in a hurry and saved the day. Both Rob and Terry were super nice and knew exactly what was needed to get us back on the road. Charges were more than fair and I can’t say enough. I will keep their number for ever. Our family was Evacuating from hurricane Irma when God allowed our truck to brake down at the same exit as Medlocks mobile truck repair. They were closed for the evening and trying to evacuate from the storm; however, they decided to swing by and see what they could do. My truck gave their computer a generic code....multiple cylinder misfires... they started to manually troubleshoot the problem and within a few minutes, a diagnosis. it is now about 9 pm. they called mechanics to meet them at the shop. opened their shop....moved vehicles out of the way and fixed my truck and had our family back on the road within the hour!
