First time going to this location and I will DEFINITELY go back! Staff is nice. Job wasnt completed when I got there, and they stayed an hour beyond normal closing to make sure the job was completed and properly. And the cost was reasonable as well

I had called and made an appointment for an oil change four days prior to when they were able to get me in. When I got there to drop off my car, they had NO RECORD of the call and resorted to blaming me and stating that I must have called a different Mr. Tire. Once my information was entered ONCE AGAIN, I gave my $19.99 oil change coupon. Apparently my car takes 1L more of oil than the normal ( I have NEVER been told this before in the 3 years that I have owned this vehicle) and thus, I would need to pay $39 for my oil change and he could not guarantee that my car would be done during its scheduled time. This business is a MESS. I will stick with Conrad’s- less money even WITHOUT A COUPON.

The staff here is great!I HATE dealing with cars. If my car has one thing wrong with it, I want to throw it in the trash and start over. They have fair prices, they are honest, and they dont make you feel like youve just been robbed after you walk out. They will explain whats wrong thoroughly and they do not recommend useless fixes/maintained.Geoff and Tim are phenomenal!

They worked around my busy schedule and both times while I was there they helped walk-in customers even though it was near closing. Theyve earned my (repeat) business.

I took my car there to get new tires a couple years ago. The staff was friendly & helpful. Last needed another repair & did a good job. I had to go back today because my tire was showing i need to get my pressure checked. They found a roofing nail in it. Thankful for the roadside hazard warranty!

When I was in to get a new tire put on I asked to make sure all other tire pressure were set and to make sure the TPMS sensor in the tire that was being replaced was good. Needless to say they did not check the pressure in any other tires other then the one they worked on. In my mind they can’t even spend the extra 5 minutes to check that what else can they miss that is obvious.

The location was very neat and clean. The manager greeted me the moment I opened the door and was professional and genuinely polite the entire time. I was there for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation and everything was done thoroughly and efficiently. Great customer service, fixed a mistake from the Mr Tire in Medina (which they refused to fix) I called the Brunswick Mr. Tire and they got my car in right away and no questioned asked! Fixed the issue right away! Definitely would go back! Jeff and Tim made sure the car was fixed and in good shape before I left and Tim even gave me a follow up call.

Best shop EVER! W had to get our suburban towed to a shop, due to a major flat and no spare. They were so friendly on the phone and made the whole process so easy!! Plus. When I got there they asked me about my TPS light, which I thought I didnt have sensors period. Anyways, they calibrated them and they work! Seriously. They just gained a customer for life! So impressed with them.

Great service from Jeff. Took my car in to get the wheels grinded and valve stems replaced. When that didnt fix the issue I was having, I took it back and Jeff put a new wheel/tire on for me at no charge. They truly value their customers and treat you right. Highly recommend going here!

The customer service and hospitality was beyond anything Ive ever experienced. I went there to get new tires. For my first stop, they were able to give me 4 quotes for options in about 10 minutes; also offering to change my tires that day (if I chose the kind they had). Upon bringing my car back so he could look at my tires, he told me despite the tires I chose, that he would do them that day because he couldnt let me drive my tires anymore due to safety. Safety and customer service were two priorities I could tell they had. I felt that they were knowledgeable and cared about their customers. Geoff helped me and was completely amazing!

Still love coming here. They seemed to change managers here, but Im always treated well. Dont plan on changing service centers anytime soon.

This place wil be for my and my wifes vehicle needs .It was very clean and had a TV , complimentary coffee in a large spacious room.

The manager was polite, pleasant and courteous; he was awesome and made my experience there enjoyable. The men working on my car were competent, pay attention to detail, diligent, and dependable.These guys do great work. They ensured nothing else got mangled while fixing what needed to be fixed, they made sure all the parts taken off were replaced, and i got may car back clean.

100% recommend that you use Mr. Tire in Brunswick. They saved me hundreds of dollars so far. I used to shop around for the best price, but I dont even have to any more. I just come here and know they will be honest about repairs needed and that they will save me money. They ALWAYS beat everyones prices without having to haggle.

My appointment was at 10. I was getting 4 new tires. I arrived at 9:45. I told the man I wanted Goodyear tires. I was then told they had a slim inventory of them. Then he suggested for me to buy Yokahama tires instead. For the second time he answered the phone. He didn’t put them on hold. He left me standing there and took the phone calls. I google the tires he suggested. Poor reviews. Second review down was from a Mr.Tire customers. Who said the tires fell apart on him. He also said those were the tires they recommended. So the guy gets off the phone. I tell him I want the Goodyear. He answers the phone again. Leaves me standing there. By this time it has been 4 or 5 phone calls. With me just standing there while he talks. By the times her deals with all his phone calls it’s 10:12. Then he proceeds to tell me they are out of that Goodyear brand. I can either get the Yokahama or come back for the Goodyear. I basically stood there for 30 minutes. While he played receptionist. So I tell him he wasted my time, tried pushing a tire on me that I didn’t want, and how rude it was to answer all the phone calls with me just standing there. He said..well I’m the only one here. I said ..not my problem. Went down the street to another place. I got the Goodyear tires I wanted. The price was $250 dollars cheaper then at Mr.Tire! Don’t go here rude staff and overpriced!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation, which Ive done many times here. My representative was Timothy who was not friendly by any means. The waiting area was clean but had no coffee, tea, water or anything while you waited. Once my truck was completed, I did a once over before I got in as a I always do. I realized my tires werent rotated because I mark them. I went back in and spoke with Timothy. I was told they decided not to do it because he didnt feel it was needed! I was floored! I asked why wasnt I told the service I requested and paid for wasnt done? No answer. No refund. No apology. Just a blank stare. Now I wonder how many other individuals has this been done to who were unaware. Extremely deceitful! I did record the incident, so as not to be denied. Regards

They did a brake inspection and everything passed the test. What surprised me is any other shop would have made up a reason for my issue, and would have attempted to sell me something I didnt need. This team is honest and trustworthy. A rarity in the car repair industry.A quick tire rotation and removal of a screw for my tire and my issue is resolved. I called Mr. Tire at 7:50 in the morning. I advised them what was going on and I was told please bring your car up and well take care of you. When I received my phone call after inspection they advised me what they found and recommendations. They fixed the immediate problem and I advised them I appreciated the recommendation, but I can wait on that until winter. When I went to pick up my vehicle we spoke again about the findings and recommendation. It was so nice to hear what they found (previous work by another company done wrong) and what I need to do to get ready for winter.There was no push, there was no falsification on unnecessary work. I paid less than $30 to fix my tire. I valued the service I received in the office and conversation even though I wasnt spending a lot of money.Thank you Mr. Tire Brunswick location!

I went to the Mr. Tire in Avon to get three new tires put on my truck on Monday. The tires were put on and a wheel alignment. Today my tires were under inflated. I took my truck to Mr. Tire in Brunswick. They found out that the valve stems werent replaced so they replaced them and that the wheel alignment that was done in Avon wasnt done properly. They care about their customers. Brunswick guys thank you for making it safe for me to drive to work.

Helpful and friendly staff provides speedy service. I had new tires on my vehicle in under 24 hours from when I walked in looking for some pricing and options to compare. They provided more options than the dealer and at better prices. Showroom is clean with a TV and sitting area if you need to wait.

I was driving down the street and happened to be in front of Mr. Tire in Brunswick when suddenly the tire fell off and rolled right into the shop. A very nice brown man discovered there was a giant nail sticking out of my tire, fixed it for me and set me on my way. Very helpful and professional, would highly recommend!

You guys.I got a flat tire on 71 N. And pulled off at the Brunswick exit at about 5 pm. I was IN the parking lot of Hyundai Car dealership and they couldn’t help me because the car fixing part of the dealership was “closed”. I called triple A and they were 45 mins out. By the time I called all around for tire places to actually fix my tire, it was after 5:30. I called Mr.Tire and the guy on the phone said “bring it in when Triple A is done and we will fix it for you.” But they closed at 6 pm. He (didnt catch his name)said “dont worry we will stay open and wait for you so we can fix it”. I got there at 5:48 pm. And they did—stay open and fix my tire. Jeff the store manager was the FRIENDLIEST an nicest guy, truly. We talked and chatted while his guy found a nail in my tire and fixed it for under $30 and was done at 6:20.They were SO kind and awesome. And in my opinion went ABOVE and beyond to make sure I was driving on a safe tire. Thank you times a million Mr. Tire, Jeff and worker!!!! I was so thankful!!!

Every time I visit this location I know that I am going to leave with a satisfying experience. I am always greeted with a smile and know that there will be a hot cup of coffee waiting for me in the lobby. Those are fantastic perks but above all else I know that I am going to get what I pay for. I get honest and real information about the repairs and issues with my vehicle and Timely price quotes. Even in an emergency situation, the shop was able to assist me. This type of treatment in the Auto industry is rare in my experience. It is because of this that I pass up many other mr. Tire locations to visit this specific one and I go out of my way. I would absolutely recommend to everyone

Was leaving town on vacation when I noticed a bad tire. I had everyone and everything loaded. This place was on the way so we pulled in. The manager was great and really understanding. In no time and all they had our van ready to go and back on the road. Im sure they cant drop everything for every single person who walks in the door, But its nice to know these guys try. By the way, did i mention they also beat the best price I (sorry, my wife) found online....The staff also brought to my attention other problems to keep an eye on with my van without pushing the sale. Everytime I take my vehicle there, they always seem to work it in, and I get my vehicle back the same day (even when I show up with zero notice).The customer service is always outstanding, and the work done always done well. Adam and his crew know what they are doing and can be trusted to do a professional job when you need help for your car. Have had a number of vehicles that they regularly service and I can count on them for fair prices and honest work. They put a set of Goodyear Assurance Comfortreds on my 2014 Sonata and with 15K on them, they are terrific for Cleveland weather, including snow. Hardly any wear and they grip the road like steel claws. Never thought I would rave about a Goodyear product, but these are fantastic. Great place to get trusted service..
