Two weeks ago I purchased a car from this dealership. And for those two weeks that car has continued to give me issues. I’ll write a list since it will be easier to see just how much has gone wrong :The night I drove it home (after the shop had put a brand new inspection sticker on it) I noticed the headlight on the drivers side was out. Annoying, but not a big deal. I called the dealership and after a couple phone calls I was able to get permission to come get that fixed. But that didn’t exactly happen.While I was using the car to get to school and back, and before I had a chance to take it in (we’re talking just a day or two later) it has an electrical problem which is triggering the check engine light. It’s a Volkswagen to it’s the EPC light that comes on, saying there’s an issue with the throttle, brakes, cruise control, or some other part of the electrical system. Obviously that scared me.I sat panicked in a parking lot with this light on and called the dealership to see what was wrong since I’ve never owned a Volkswagen before. But nobody answered the phone. It was 4:00 on a Monday and apparently nobody was in their office because I got 3 different answering machines and absolutely zero help from the people who sold me a P.O.S. car. I ended up calling a local dealership to get help and they were great.I finally got hold of the Bill Dodge people when I drove to their shop and stood right in front of them and demanded help. They fixed my headlight (sort of. Now a different one is messed up), and told me they would make an appointment with a shop that can handle a foreign car and call me back so we can get it fixed.It has now been two weeks since that day and I have not received a call. I fully expect another answering machine when I call them today. Don’t buy from these people.

Very dissatisfied with bill dodge, especially this one. I had called to set up a time to test drive one of their vehicles and they said it was in the shop but they’d call me at the end of the week when it was ready to test drive. A week went by and I hadn’t heard from them so I called and asked if it was ready to test drive and they told me it had been sold. Would have been nice if they could have at least contacted me and said the car was sold. Wont catch me buying from here ever and I will be sure to spread the word about the bad customer service😊

The majority of people working here have no experience and dont know what they are doing. If you want to waste a lot of time its a great place to go. Otherwise, its a much better idea to drive South to a dealership where people know how to sell cars.

Very happy with the service department even though I didnt visit them! I called today because my fan was making a weird noise when on and the guy I spoke with (Tyler) told me it could be caused by mice nesting around my cabin air filter. He quickly gave me some helpful advice for how to access the cabin air filter and where to check for debris that could be causing the noise. Low and behold ten minutes later I had cleared a leaf from inside the blower (no mouse nest thankfully) and the sound completely went away. I am extremely grateful for the advice provided and I have a lot of trust for any company that would freely tell me how to fix something myself instead of coming in and paying for service. Good to know there are still people like this out there.

Went in to trade my car in cause it was giving me issues. Turns out the transmission was just about to go so unfortunately my trade in was not worth how much left I had to pay on it. I really didnt have a clue what I should really do as the first time I got a car my father was with me. They were very helpful answering all my questions and I never once felt pressured to buy something I didnt want and they absolutely went above and beyond to get me a monthly payment that I could afford. Even though its a 30 minute drive Ill be taking my car there for any service on my vehicle cause I know they wont %#$% me over like ford. thanks again Troy Burr and Dillon (could be wrong on the second name, was a long day) but ask for them and they will take care of you!

5 stars across the board, and grinning from ear to ear!After an exhaustive online search across the entire Northeast for a very specific used car, I finally found THE ONE 3 states away at Bill Dodge. After a brief conversation with the fantastic Troy Burr my offer was accepted, paperwork was expedited by the finance manager Dylan, and within 3 days I was the proud new owner of a BEAUTIFUL Mercedes Benz! After arranging transport from ME to NY, all I had to do was sit back and wait for my car to arrive. When the car arrived it was even nicer than I could have imagined! Long wait time to see the Finance dept. However, they were very apologetic. Overall, the process went smoothly without any hiccups along the way. Tanner Chase did a great job at informing me and physically showing me the features of the Tucson. Being allowed to take the car home for a few nights, allowed me to get a true feel for the vehicle and made the test driving experience easier.

I had been doing a bunch of car shopping for weeks. I went from dealership to dealership sitting for hours and wasting my time because no dealership was willing to come close to what I needed on trade for my old car in order to get a new car. I had just about decided to give up and pay down my current loan and then try again in a few months. Then I saw the EXACT car I was looking for, but for 2k less than msrp and it was a 2 hour drive. So after work, I drove the 2 hours to go check out the car. Tanner was waiting for me when I got there and already had the car pulled up. He instantly listened to all my wants, needs, and concerns with buying a new car. I told him exactly what I would want on trade for my current car and what payment id want to even purchase fromhim. Tanner was super respectful of my time and quickly got to work with Spencer on auditing my current cars trade value while simultaneously figuring out ways to get me what I wanted.Not only did Spencer and Tanner offer me an incredible amount on my trade without wasting my time going back and forth, but when they realized they couldnt get me into the car I wanted - they didnt stop searching and calling anyone and everyone they could to get me the payment I needed.The whole team was absolutely incredible to work with, they all stayed 3 hours past closing time just to make sure I knew all the bells and whistles of my new car and to make sure I was satisfied and well taken car of. They never once made me feel like just another customer or like my wants and needs were too far out of reach or didnt matter. I went home with a BRAND NEW car, a perfect car payment, and more on my trade than I was offered at any other dealership I visited prior, and I told all my family and friends about how incredible their customer service was.I actually sobbed the whole way home because of how happy I was.Do not shop ANYWHERE else for your next vehicle except for Bill Dodge. Eliza and Dylan were both fantastic from my walking in the door to my drive off the lot with my new car. Eliza knew all about the car I was interested in. She asked questions to get to know me and what I was looking for, and remembered the little things from my answers when I came back in the evening to pick up my car. Dylan was very knowledgeable about the financing, and explained everything about the mountains of paperwork I had to sign. The entire process took about 5 hours and I drive away in a car I love at a price that was better than I expected when walking in the door. Excellent experience!!

I thought the car I was looking at was in Brunswick (closer to me) It was actually in Saco. James went above, and beyond to get the car to me in the time frame we discussed. They overcharge and overprice every repair. They started taking apart my car and doing repairs on stuff i never asked for. Then they tried to charge me for it. Also they wouldnt properly diagnose my cars problems without me paying 100$ more to have a battery replaced all because of their laziness. So in the end i got shafted, I will not be going back.

Had an appointment to get my car inspected, replace the rear wiper blade, equalize pressure in tires (imbalance dash display on) and check into reason brake light is on even though brake is off. When I arrived at the dealership I quickly noted that none of the employees were wearing masks and none of the customers in the waiting room were wearing masks either so I chose to sit outside. After 45 minutes or so the service manager gave me my keys and said the brake light was the result of a part (not in stock) that needed replacing. He said the part would be in within a few days. Assuming everything else had been done I went home. As soon as I started driving the tire pressure display came on again and showed the same imbalance as when I brought it in. I immediately called the dealership to report this but was only able to leave a message. When I got home I noticed that the wiper hadnt been replaced and the car hadnt been inspected.So in 45 minutes of my time, absolutely nothing had been done. For 19 years I had gone to Rowes Hyundai for service and never once did I come home with the same problem I had to begin with. Because I live in Freeport, I wanted a closer dealership which is why I started going to Dodge. Now I see the drive to Auburn or Westbrook is worth it. I always know that the job will be done correctly and in a timely manner. Will never return to the Dodge dealership again. I can only hope that such disregard for customers was an anomaly but somehow I doubt it.
