We have had nothing but positive experiences at Foshay Brunswick. Todd and Joe are continuing the tradition of professional, skilled service. Recently, they worked to squeeze our son’s car into their schedule as he was about to drive a long distance. If they are unable to assist for any reason, they always send us in the right direction. We feel fortunate to be able to rely on them for honest advice as well as technical skill.

Awesome service from start to finish! Called and got a quote then went to schedule an appointment later that day, and there was a price discrepancy from my quote early that morning. Alan agreed to charge the lower quoted price with no questions, and even though they were scheduled out a few weeks was able to put on my new tires the next day, fitting me in between appointments. After being told by Lee’s Tires in Topsham that I needed four new tires and rear brakes before my vehicle would pass inspection...I went to Don Foshay’s. Alan and the crew took great care of me...after being happily told I have a good 6,000 miles left on my brakes before replacing them. No need to have them done to pass inspection!Shame on Lee’s but now I know where I will be going EVERY time!

I purchased 4 new tires approximately 3 months ago. After getting my new tires I found that I had to put air in one of them on a weekly basis. It took me several weeks after the purchase before I had time to go in to have it looked at. They brought the car in immediately and found one of the seals around the tire pressure sensor was leaking. The seal was promptly replaced at no charge, no questions asked. While I payed a premium for my Cooper tires, I now know the reason. Foshays service is top notch!

Being new to the Maine area, I wasnt sure where to have my vehicle serviced. I decided to try Don Foshays based on reviews I had read. I havent been disappointed. Nice staff and excellent service. They are my new go to. I fully trust them.

Nothing but good things to say about Don Foshays in Brunswick! Alan is a great guy, as are the rest of the staff. Theyre always friendly and happy to help you. Service is top-notch and pricing is fair and honest. It isnt the cheapest place in town, but for a good reason; because its quality service! Ive lived in Brunswick for over a decade, and I personally dont care for any of the other shops on the Cooks Corner side of town.Especially with the virus, I have come to appreciate Don Foshays efforts. They use disposable plastic covers for the steering wheel, seat, and floor in your vehicle, and they sanitize any non-covered surfaces they touch. The lobby has spaced apart seating and some chairs outside, and the counter has plexiglas shields. They even have two separate jars for sanitized and used pens! All the staff were wearing masks, which was also nice to see. I wont name names, but another shop in Cooks Corner I recently tried to use was NOT being safe, as none of their staff had masks or gloves, and no effort was made to practice social distancing.From now on, I am always going to Don Foshays for my car repair needs!

That said, I couldnt be happier with my experiences at the Brunswick branch of Don Foshays. Alan and Todd run a tight ship, and it shows. Everyone Ive met here has been accommodating and educational anytime I have questions, the work is efficient and accomplished at a high standard, and the prices are as good as Ive ever seen. These folks wont suggest parts or service you dont need, and they dont dawdle to take advantage of your time or wallet. Ive never found another shop (dealership or otherwise) where the team so clearly cares about their customers.I recommend them to everyone, from fellow car-lovers to people who know nothing about cars. I brought my car in to Don Foshay’s as a second opinion after the dealer said they could not adjust my rear alignment screws. The dealer said that it would cost $975 to repair the adjustment screws. Don Fashay’s able to align the car and adjust the screws properly. For the price of an alignment $80. That is why I will always check with Don Foshay’s

Weve been taking our vehicles to discount tire for years. Today I was on the highway when the tire pressure light came on, 3rd time in 3weeks, the first 2times for the rear drivers side tire. Same for today, they were able to get me in quickly and they found a small piece of metal in my tire. The repaired it quickly and inexpensively. Thank you so much!

I took my car to Foshays Brunswick after another local tire installer said they could not align my car, as the rear suspension was frozen. They listened to my concerns & said theyd gladly take a look at it. The technician spent well over an hour on the car, and brought the car right back into factory alignment specs ... both front AND REAR. Very attentive, and I especially liked the 3-way communication between myself, the service writer, and the alignment technician. Highly recommend Foshays Brunswick.

We were visiting the area from out of town and noticed excessive wear on our vans front tires. We found this store via Google on our smart phone, noticed the good reviews and gave them a call. The shop was able to see us right away and replaced our two front tires. Amazing, fast and friendly service from these guys and we didnt have to skip a beat in our vacation plans. DO NOT GO HERE. I originally had high hopes for this place after reading the great reviews. I brought my Subaru in for a 4-wheel alignment at the Brunswick location 2 weeks ago. From the moment I pulled out of the shop, my clutch started slipping awfully. I went back and inquired if the guy test driving had noticed, and was told he never mentioned it. I asked to speak with him, and he wouldnt come out front. The guys at the counter claimed he noticed something, but also told me I left aggressively(this was the clutch not grabbing) and insinuated the way I drive was contributing to it. I have driven this vehicle daily for over a year and a half now with no signs of slippage. They told me it was impossible for the mechanic test driving it to have ruined it in the 1/2 mile drive, yet offered no real answers as to why I wasnt initially told about the burning clutch or how it was possible for it to give out on me in their parking lot. Between getting multiple stories and having to send multiple emails just to get some honesty, I can say these guys are highly unprofessional, untruthful, and not worth anyones time. After waiting 2 hours for my alignment, I left driving a car that barely made the 10 minute drive home. This whole situation was sketchy. The only thing they were good at was avoiding answering my questions by telling me personal stories. They earned this awful review.

I was charged $126.00 for 2 bolts plus the labor. I went to Town Fair Tire for an alignment, but they couldnt align the rear tires because they needed 2 toe bolts. They dont do mechanical work, so I looked everywhere for them and couldnt find them, so I went to Don Foshays figuring that it wouldnt cost too much to have a couple of bolts put on. Wrong, it cost over $200. I couldnt believe it. Update: I got a call from Charlie, who said that they made a mistake with the pricing and reimbursed me $36.00 . Thanks to everyone at Don Foshays. Most companies wouldnt have done anything.
