I got into a minor accident last week with my brand new mini van. Gerber was incredibly professional, easy to work with, and great with communication!I really appreciated that they fit me in so quickly and were able to get my vehicle taken care of throughly right away!I highly recommend!

When I brought my car in first thing they asked if everyone was ok in the car accident. Was frequently updated and had my car back ahead of schedule.

My car was in an accident and the whole front end was really torn up. My insurance recommended Gerber to us. I was so impressed with everything. They were super friendly and super professional from the first phone call to pick-up. The person I spoke with and went through for everything, Nick, was great. He would call with updates and give us a timeline. GM was on strike during my repair and some of the parts they needed were not available because of the strike. They searched and found parts and had them shipped in from other states to get it done quickly. Then to top it all off, I got my car back CLEANER then when I brought it. I definitely new I needed to clean and vacuum, but it was all done when I picked it up. Super awesome people. Amazing work. I highly recommend them! Thanks Nick and the team at Gerber.

Bob from shades Auto body knows what he is doing. Very professional and the bodywork is one of the best shops in North East Ohio. Shades has a paint baker right in the paint booth which is cutting edge to cure the paint on the car. Its not the old days of leaving it in the sun to cure. They use modern practices and work very well with insurance and car rental agencies. A+++ price is fair and they do it right the first time, lifetime warranty on work and offer a free car detail after 30 days when your paint is fully dry.

I was able to stop in and get a free estimate without an appointment. The body work I needed was done in three days instead of four which was excellent and I was also able to leave my rental car at the shop instead of drop it off at the rental agency saving me an extra trip. Everyone was very kind and helpful even replacing a front headlight bulb that was flickering after all the work was done at their expense. They dont do more than body work otherwise Id use them for my other auto needs. Thank you Schades!

My boyfriend and his family recommended Schades after they did fantastic work on their Mustang, Fusion, and Wrangler. The employees were very friendly and my car looks good as new. Even got done sooner than expected! Some other shops are a little closer to my house but its worth the drive for such great results. Thanks!

My overall experience with this company has just been horrific, maybe not so much with the work, but with the friendliness of the owner. I’ve had quite a bit of work done at this shop in the last couple of years, but no more. They will not take me for my money any longer. Without going too much into detail, I had a problem (that turned out to be their fault anyway) so I brought it into them to take care of it. This stemming from a previous repair I had done at this dump, I bring it back for them to check on it and they say I need a new part, okay..... so we go on with this process and then the day comes for me to bring it in, and I do. I wait out the minor repair (an hour). Come to find out that is not the right thing needing to be done??? When a couples days ago that was for sure the issue. So after pulling my car apart and putting it back together I’m told to take it to a professional. Isn’t that what you are???? Minimum wage, minimum brains I guess. So I get back in my car and drive off while coming to find out, it all works now, just further proving their incompetence. It all works and they just tried to cover up their problem from before, the facts don’t lie, they just wanted some extra money from me is all... well, not anymore. As for the owner, all I asked was a simple question about what I’d need for the part and I get a snappy tone back as if I’m stupid if I’m his lesser, completely rude. I got news for you buddy, you blow the can up much like I do so you are not my superior.

Schades is at the top of my list. Very willing to help out with estimates, arranging rentals, and keeping you informed of the progress while they have your vehicle. None better!

Next thing to Highway robbery. $700 to just remove a few bolts and putting in the new parts which I already had.

I brought my 1992 Mazda Miata for a price to have it painted, no body work just a straight paint job....now mind you this car is the size a large go cart......they told me their jobs START at $8,000......WHAT.........come on now......now this is not an insurance claim..this is self pay.....$8,000....I just laughed all the home....Bynthe way I got a price from a custom paint shop for 2,500......
