A big NO!! Progressive recommended them to do the repairs on my vehicle. My first choice was a month out so I trusted Progressive and went with these people. Bad decision. After having my vehicle for one day they called to tell me it was done. I thought Wow that was fast. I asked to have someone walk around the vehicle with me. She was just as shocked as I was with the horrible job they did. She took a marker and circled all the spots they either missed or left dirt/dust in the paint. Needless to say my vehicle had to stay to have all the mistakes fixed. Im shocked that not one person inspects cars after they are done . Not a company I would ever use again or recommend to anyone.

Ive used CARSTAR a couple time before. Love their work, I think their prices are fair, and their people are kind and very helpful. Dropped my car off and picked up a rental Friday. Will be able to just drop it there too. ❤ Carstar.

I think they did a good job with the body repair but the job they did Mechanically left a lot to be desired. The car still pulls to the right and it feels like the wheels need balanced. This car always tracked well. Im not satisfied and wont go back.

Wonderful place and would recommend them to anyone. Got parts in amd then I dropped off my vehicle. Said would take 3 days to complete and finished it in 1.5 days. AMAZING-!!

They did a great job repairing my suv after it was hit. They handled all the details directly with the person’s insurance, and it was a hassle free experience. They even finished a day earlier than they estimated! I highly recommend them.

Front desk staff lost some of my pictures ..had to email them some more ,poor communication ,was told I had to talk to ashleigh ...who wasn’t in and no one else could help me ..then called to ask a question a week later again and ashleigh wasn’t there :.but the autobody tech that answered was willing to look up my case and was very honest upfront and said he had 40 cars ahead of mine and would be 2 more weeks before he could even start on the car ...very poor front desk communication ,they should let you know this ..can’t speak for the work itself ,as I had the car taken to caliber collision in Medina who did awesome work and had the car done in 3 days of me taking it there!..great communication ,professional service there ..communication and letting customers know what to expect is key !!..

Very friendly staff, efficient. Completed vehicle much earlier then estimated. Job was done well, cant even tell the front fender was replaced. They dropped me off and picked me up from home. Would use them again.

They told me it would originally take 5 days. They also said that they would call if there were any delays. They did neither. The work is great. Just need to get better with communication.

Progressive insurance co sent me there after a rear end collision by a uninsured driver. No adjuster/estimator was there to meet me. I met with a secretary who took notes.Did not even ask what happened. I showed her 4 damages. later that day i received the estimate.It had on it to replace the bumper and refinish Right side behind wheel. Right side behind the wheel scratch was from road debris and was not part of the collision.When i called the claim rep he stated the repair shop told him the car was hit in the right rear corner and the other 3 repairs were pre existing damage. There is no way a car could hit the right rear corner as i was at a stop light , in traffic with cars around me. 3 lanes.Since i complained to progressive they raised my premiums. im stuck with the dent above the bumper damage.All this trouble so Carstar remains preferred repair shop for Progressive and to drive business to Carstar.Lesson Learned: take your vehicle to the manufactures authorized repair shop. They have incentive to cheat you or the insurance co.P.S. I have after accident pictures for proof.

Picked my car up on Saturday. It was as if I were driving it off the dealers lot for the first time. It was beautiful and spotless inside and out! I had a lot of damage to the passengers side of the car but no one could ever guess that now. Im beyond thrilled with their work! I had the option of taking my car anywhere, including back to the dealership for repairs. My insurance company recommended CARSTAR. So glad I listened to them!!!

I used CarStar Brunswick, as my Geico insurance recommended. My car was stolen and had multiple damages that had to be fixed; a bumper, side mirror, and sun sensor & rear view mirror replacement which caused multiple electrical/dash issues. A week after receiving the estimate, we were told to bring the car in. About 4 days later, they mentioned they had to order a part for the rear view mirror therefore, at that time only had fixed the bumper & side mirror. That was not a problem, we picked the car up & I was able to drive it until the part came in the following week. So after that week of waiting for the part to arrive, they told us to bring the car back in (Tuesday) & we were told, once they got to my car, it would only take a day to fix. Two days after we dropped the car off (Thursday), we received a call that they ordered the incorrect part (which they stated was not their fault, so not to be mad at them) so they would have to reorder & wait another 2 days. We mentioned we already started the process of trading this car in & needed it fixed ASAP. They stated the new part would arrive in 2-5 days. Unfortunately, it did take the full five business days, which I understand is not their fault how long it takes for the part to arrives. They had it installed the following Friday and was finally ready to pick up. My husband and I arrived this past Saturday to pick up the car, I get in and noticed they didn’t fix the sun sensor (which we left in the cup holder for them, they stated they saw it there Thursday, but they misplaced it) nor did they fix the dash issues. So AGAIN, we had to leave the car for them to reorder another sun sensor & fix the dash/electrical issues. Finally yesterday (Tuesday) the car was 100% fixed, however it only took four attempts. We called Geico and informed them of the issues.**Edited to add, while yes, while they did communicate all of this with us, most times, it did take US to call them to get updates, instead of them calling us. Also, although I nor my husband are car experts, it should not take four separate attempts to completely fix a car. After the second time having my car, I would think that they would completely ensure all parts have been ordered, and ordered correctly as well as receiving all the correct and needed parts. It is absolutely ridiculous to have a repair center need 4 separate attempts to fix a car completely. They also attempted to return my car to me after seeing the sun sensor in my cupholder and misplacing it, along with my mileage blinking on my dash & no direction calibrated. Those two things are completely noticeable when you turn the car on, and they decided to attempt to return my car to me without even stating anything at all about that or the sun sensor. You completely dropped the ball in this repair and the sheer fact that youre attempting to state your records show different is baffling. You ordered parts incorrectly, did not check that when you did receive the correct piece that ALL components were received, then you attempted to return my car uncompleted without any notice. And when we brought up the sun sensor not being replaced, you briefly mentioned you saw it Thursday but you have no idea where it went...why didnt that cross your mind to order a new one and install it before we came out to get the car? Completely unprofessional and lacking responsibility.

Extremely friendly and helpful!! I took my jeep in for a written estimate for a scratch received in an accident and they buffed it out on the spot saving time and hassle of dealing with insurance!!! Exceptional!!! Will definitely go back if I need wirk done in the future!!!

This was a great experience. I was there for work that would be paid for by insurance, but right away, I knew i could trust the staff here. I asked them if they could quote me for some additional work that needed to be done. They worked with me to get my expected costs under budget, but I was surprised when the final cost was only half of the estimate. They worked hard to make sure that they could over deliver and exceed my expectations. I will definitely go back to them for any future repairs.

My boyfriend and I got into an accident and the car was taken to carstar for work. They’ve had the car for over a month because they “used old parts and it failed the alignment test”. Daily we call to check on the progress and are told it will be ready for pickup. Minutes until closing time they call to let us know it’s still not finished- leaving us with no way to pick up the car. If I could drive it out of the place broken I would do so in a heartbeat. Absolutely terrible.
