The staff was great, they gave me options for my ring, which was mangled, and they were honest and didnt try to oversell. When I picked the ring up, it looked brand new! I highly recommend these jewelers. My experience with them was 5 star.

My desire was to accommodate a local jeweler rather than a chain jeweler. I could not have picked a better place. My wife and I are celebrating an anniversary this weekend so I wanted to find something very special. However, I procrastinated and I had to visit them after hours. Not only did they allow me to visit them after hours but after a brief conversation over the phone prior with the store manager Christi, they set aside a few different options for me. I explained what I was looking for and Christi not only put aside something she had in mind based on my description but a couple of other options as well. And of course I went with a different option than what I thought I wanted. Christi was more than accommodating. I am very pleased with my selection. The visit and subsequent purchase could not have been a better experience than what it was. Count me in as a regular customer for my jewelry needs from this point forward. Thank you Christi!!

Wow! I found this place on a google search and I am blown away with how amazing everyone was that worked there. I took my ring in to get resized and was quoted over $300 at 3 other places. My partner and I had an amazing experience at Jewelfire in Broomfield!!! The ladies working there helped me pick out the perfect diamond and wedding band!! They educated me on natural diamonds and I even got to look at my diamond through the eye loops. I would recommend this jeweler to anyone and I will continue to buy jewelry from there!!!

Their customer service is absolutely amazing. Im actually looking to buy a ring from them. I took my ring in to be sized it was done very quickly which I was so happy about. I was so excited to finally be able to wear it I didnt notice how loose it was until I left. Im not sure exactly what went wrong the gentleman who helped me sized my finger. I got home and its sliding off now?? Its very loose. I ordered some spacers so I can wear it without losing it. Bummed it still doesnt fit.

I have nothing but wonderful things to say about the staff and my experience at Jewelfire Diamonds. I brought my two and half year old engagement ring in to have what appeared to be a tiny missing stone replaced in my pave setting. When I dropped my ring off, the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and informative.A couple of days after dropping my ring off, I received a call from Sue Ann. The jeweler had examined my ring and said there wasnt a stone missing after all. I agreed to have my ring cleaned instead since I had already dropped it off.After hanging up, I couldnt help but question the jewelers expert opinion (silly, I know, but Brilliant Earth had also examined my ring and said there was definitely a stone missing). Sue Ann allowed me to seek reassurance through follow-up calls and text messages verifying that the jeweler had examined my ring multiple times.I picked up my ring yesterday and it looks brand NEW! The best part is, I can clearly see that there arent any stones missing. Additionally, Sue Ann reinforced to me that I wasnt a bother for reaching out to her multiple times.I will certainly be returning to Jewelfire Diamonds in the future for all of my jewelry needs! I trust the team and their customer service is unrivaled.

Update:About 2 days after posting my original review the wonderful woman who was helping me originally (who I found out is also the store manager, Khristy) called me to apologise. She said it was unacceptable how my ring left looking and it doesnt reflect their typical work. She offered to fix it for free as well as replace another diamond I lost for free. I decided to give them another try and I was not disappointed. They not only fixed what was wrong but they also tightened up all of my other prongs and refunded my money from the original fix. My 11 year old ring looks like new again and you can barely tell where it lost a diamond in the first place. Im truly grateful.Original review:I recently brought a ring in Ive had for over 10 years that had lost a small diamond. Initially I couldnt afford the price to fix it but the wonderful woman who was helping me worked with me to do it for a price I could afford. She is the only reason Im giving 3 stars, I would go lower but my conscience wont let me because of her great customer service. I honestly feel like they butchered my ring where the diamond was lost. It completely lost all small details where they repaired it. After taking it to another jeweler to be looked at they informed me that they used entirely too much metal to fix it and the details could have been kept if they had put any effort into it. Im not happy at all but I would rather take it somewhere else to fix it instead of giving them another chance. This ring holds significant meaning to me and it kills me that it looks like this now.

I lost one of my sapphire and diamond earrings a few years ago. After checking with two other jewelers to see if they could create a matching earring for me and hearing no I gave up. This September, unbeknownst to me, my husband took my one earring to Jewelfire Diamonds and asked if they could create a match. About 10 days later, my husband took me to the store to pick up my birthday present. When I opened the box in the store, I was overwhelmed. There in that box was a perfectly matched PAIR of earrings! The designers at Jewelfire did a terrific job!The reason we knew of Jewelfire was because my husband originally bought my engagement and wedding rings at the Jewelfire Diamonds location in Cinderella City 27 years ago. Its a great place to shop!

The size was perfect but like any new bride to be I’ve been trying and successfully losing weight. I took it in at no charge and got it made about a size smaller. We both think it’s so amazing that Don made and works on our ring. It would be like buying a purse directly from Micheal Kors. Anyway, I am going to have to get it taken in again hopefully on Monday.
