Best shop I’ve ever had experience with. I went next door and the guy lied to me about the weight and worth of my silver, what a scumbag! I just bought a 1911 from Broomfield pawn after seeing it listed online. They had a small selection of guns, but they were all very neat and collectible guns. The two guys working in there were very friendly and knowledgeable. Stop wasting your time going to the big pawn stores and check this place out instead!

So far a stellar experience everytime I walk into this store. They have let me look even if I dont buy. One day years ago I walked in just to see what they had. Walked out with 4 very nice laptops for 300 bucks. Talk about a deal. We have a order waiting on delivery and a normal human would have been bothered by my calls and texts everyday. Every time I go in the staff is really friendly and offers whatever help I need, great prices, and they always seem to have a great selection of products that arent abused or broken like some other pawn shops in the area.

They were completely professional, fair, and kind in their dealings with me. They took their time with every customer in the store and made sure to give an honest assessment of the items being brought to them. What a great experience. The shop is nicely merchandised and easy to find what youre looking for. They even have a really sweet dog, Bear, who sits behind the counter and comes up to say hello if you ask. I would definitely recommend this business. Its obvious they care about what they are doing and maintaining fair and ethical dealings with all their clients. Could not be more pleased with the price I received for the items they took from me and the kind and professional manner in which they rejected those they simply didnt want. Really nice people running this shop.

I called hoping to order an item I found online and they were really helpful. Their prices seem fair and they were always really helpful and quick to respond to questions. Great customer service.Im not sure if they do much online business, the process wasnt very smooth. The method of payment they requested was a mailed money order which seems a little out dated and slow. Shipment of the item was a slow but they did their best to remedy that. Still a great experience but has room to improve.

This is a great family owned shop. They are conscious when buying items that may have been stolen. They followed through on an item that might have been stolen from our business and called us. I appreciated the fact that they arent there just to make a buck but are an honest business. I would definitely recommend this store! Went into sell a citizen watch and the guy took at it and looked at it until I went to say hi to his pups and he said no you can’t touch them. He then told me there were signs. He was very rude. I told him that if his is dogs were aggressive then he should have them in the back. He said they were in the back. I then told him that behind a gate where they can be touched isn’t safe for customers. He was offended and just handed me the watch back. Talk about terrible customer service. I have 4 dogs of my own and I’m a dog lover but if your dog doesn’t belong in a place of business because it’s aggressive then it shouldn’t be there.

Gotta love the family owned business. Workers are all professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. They have a great selection of tools, jewelry, guns, collectibles and electronics and tend to update the inventory fairly often. I even got my engagement ring and wedding bands custom made here to my design and they turned out perfect. Very fair prices and unlike other stores they will work with you on price on anything. They are also very fair on giving you a good price to pawn or sell items as long as you know youre not going to get what you paid for it. I love going here to shop for things as they seem to have most everything I could need.

There was 5 people in the store, the clerk behind the counter was busy with somebody else, so while I was waiting, I was looking at the many items that were scattered about the store. as the clerk was done with the first person he looked directly at me and told me in a violent manner with foul language to get out of the store, I was not bothering any of the other customers and this was the first time Ive ever been in the store and I never met the clerk before either. let it be safe to say that I will never go in this dump ever again!

I was barely through the threshold of Broomfield Pawn and was politely greeted.There was a great customer as they called him shopping at the same time he must have been in there a while and goes there often, I can see why. They treat people great, answer questions and are extremely knowledgeable and fair about their products.I will be going there first anytime I am out looking for something.

Just go to ez pawn in layfayette, its not much farther and youll be a much happier customer in the long run. I paid $180 interest for being 1 month late vs Ez pawns $80 for similiar deal.
