We stopped by unplanned to see about a wedding band. Jenny was so helpful and allowed me to try on each band I liked to see how it would look on our engagement ring. She cleaned my engagement ring for free and was so kind answering our questions and letting me take pics of the ring we chose. She wrote down the SKU number for my husband and gave us her card. The customer service was superb and we are so excited to buy our wedding band! ❤️

I brought a watch into the store to have the battery replaced. I had tried unsuccessfully to remove the cover, and two other stores I had visited wouldn’t even try. At Helzberg in the Flatiron Crossing, three employees put their heads together to try to open the watch. Finally, there was one young woman who kept at it for over 20 minutes. She finally figured out that the watch back had been incorrectly replaced the last time the battery was replaced. It was jammed, and could not be opened. She explained the problem and recommended a couple of repair shops that might be able to fix it. Kudos to the staff for trying so hard to help.

My engagement ring is from Helzberg and it is beautiful! Sara provided EXCELLENT customer service when we bought the ring and every time I bring the ring to clean it, she is so incredibly nice. However, the one time that I brought it in to be checked and she was not there, the employee was rude and treated me as if I was a bother. Definitely ask for Sara because she is a gem!

I am currently looking for gemstone rings for my 3 grandchildren so they’ll have something special to always remember me by. I Walked into Helzberg jewelers at Flatiron Mall last week to see what they have since I’ve been shopping online the past year and haven’t found what i like. There were I believe 4 salespeople and one was helping another customer. I walked around the entire store twice and not once did anyone acknowledge me??? I guess they did enough sales for that day and didn’t need my business.? I won’t go back even though there were a couple rings I was interested in looking at. So disappointed.

I happened to find my wedding band stack set here, but otherwise the customer experience wasn’t the best. It’s unfortunately why a lot of people have moved away from these big chain jeweler experiences, but I was having trouble finding bands to fit with my setting and needed to try in person. I just don’t know why these experiences have to be so unenjoyable.Anyways, the jeweler helping us was initially really friendly, cleaned my engagement ring up really beautifully and was very complimentary to my stone etc (hyping up my fiancé lol). However, once it came time to purchase they are really pushy about purchasing their warranty, which requires you to come back in store every 6 months for it to be inspected for issues. If you lose a stone 7 months after your last check in they won’t honor the warranty. And I definitely didn’t want to be back inside a mall twice a year (he was even arguing with us over how close we might live to a mall in another state). He originally quoted the price with a warranty for both rings, even though one was a simple gold band worth $140 ($50 warranty). Then agreed ok we don’t actually need it for that but the stacking ring with stones he really wanted us to pay $90 because it includes sizing. Apparently it would make too much sense to just purchase your ring in your size (again, why our generation is doing this online). Outside of the sizing cost, we tried to explain our ring insurance (which we can add the wedding bands to) includes all repairs, stone replacements, etc he was really confused and insisted his store would not be able to honor that warranty (I’ll just go somewhere else if it needs repairs…).They told us the ring sizing needed 2 weeks, and that we’d get an email or phone call when it was ready. 3.5 weeks later no word, so I called and they told me it was there and ready. When my fiancé went to pick it up, they charged him for the sizing, even though we’d already paid that when we bought it. Once he got home, I had to call and let them know they’d double charged us, which they did immediately refund and apologized for.It’s just not the customer experience you want when buying wedding rings. Now that we have the rings we hope to never need a big box jewelry store, and just send my bands off with my engagement ring for future cleanings etc. Not worth the headache.

The worst experience I have ever had trying to get a product. It took two months for me to get my ring online, first i tried to have it sent to my p.o. Box after it got sent they informed me that it couldnt be sent to a p.o. Box. So it had to get sent back because helzberg is so incompetent they didnt inform me of this when i ordered the ring. Then the only option was to have it sent to a fedex drop off location to be picked up. They sent it to the closest fedex location which is an hour from where i live. They held it there for 2 days then sent it back. I was never given ample time to pick it up. So after it got sent back for the second time they informed me that it was going to be sent to a ups drop off location this time for me to pick it up, the closest location being 2 hours away from me. They sent me a email informing me that it just arrived at the ups location on a friday during the holidays and informed me that i only had 3 days to pick it up which being the weekend they were closed. So the only day that i could pick it up would be the last fay it was going to be held. Thank god I happen to have that day off work so i was able to drive two hours and get my package. After driving two hours to the ups location they put the package under the wrong name for pick up. Like how does this even happen. The package was literally in front of me and after two months i still couldn’t get my package. So i spent an hour and a half and the phone with Helzberg trying to get a confirmation email sent to ups so i could receive my package. Finally received my package after two long stressful months. This had nothing to do with covid slowing down the mailing process. This was solely because of the incompetence and unprofessionalism of this company. The absolute worst experience i have ever gone through trying to get something i paid for.

Sarah went above and beyond for us. We had been looking at prices to get my grandmas diamond put in a new setting. We didn’t have much to spend but we were hopeful that we could get the ring I had dreamed of. After being told estimates of 1800 area which was way out of our budget we tried helzberg. We worked with Sarah and she found a way to get me my dream ring without even spending 1000. Then she put a rush on it so I could finally have my engagement ring that fit and was my dream ring and we got this ring that was basically custom made back in a week. Sarah really made this possible for us she is a great woman and I’m so thankful that we got to work with her.

I wished I remember the gentleman that helped us name - I believe it was Robert or Richard- ask for him - hes an older gentleman. We went in to have my moms ring signed off to keep the warranty in effect and he was incredible ! Rings go in (every 6mths) to examine loose stones - he went above & beyond ;cleaned them as well. He educated us on the rings that we had, cuts, gold grades, why the cleaning,etc. He even told us about appraisal that are done in store & what they in tell. We did not make any purchases that day but when its time it will surely be done with him. He was not a pushy sales man which impressed us the most. We feel he wanted us to be educated so when we do purchase it will be one that we will be glad we made.

Ever since the store has had new management its really become something special. The staff are competent and courteous, the prices and sales are phenomenal, and the quality of their diamonds is top notch. Its such an amazing experience to be taken to their diamond room and be shown, by a certified diamond specialist no less, all of the amazing details that makes each gem so special and precious. Also, for the guys, AWESOME watch collection! I cant wait to get my next timepiece from Helzberg!

Ive been here a few times for the warranty on my wedding ring and Ive always had excellent customer service, even at other stores too, but this one is closest so I often end up here. They have a gorgeous selection and its all amazing quality that they obviously all have pride in. They even have a ring that you can propose with thats a basic band so you can come back with her and she can pick the perfect ring. Im surprised people say they have had bad experiences, we dont dress up or even look put together when we come here they just always treat us wonderfully. I dont think any person with reasonable expectations or attitude will be treated any less wonderful than we are.

The manager and the guy today was so racist and so rude I pay my money just like everyone else does. I never had an encounter with these two people at this location never person I dealt with it was the assistant manager and she was the sweetest person and besides her the other people thats in this establishment was so sweet but these two people are so rude disrespectful and races you can believe that I will never ever step in this store again.

Terrible experiences. I brought my now fiancées mothers diamond in (which is a Helzberg diamond) in order to purchase a new setting and have the diamond put in to it. The setting that I chose is a cushion cut (little diamonds surrounding the center stone). I worked with Aaron who is a complete professional and I enjoyed his help very much. When I returned to pick the ring up I checked their hours and was expecting to be in and out right after they opened at 11:00. However, once noon rolled around and the gates were still closed I was pretty irritated. I understand that sometimes life happens maybe someone overslept or something not a super big deal. Once they finally opened I went in to pick up my ring and everyone I talked to that day was incredibly rude. AGAIN trying to give them the benefit of the doubt Im sure it was a stressful day for everyone so whatever. After I had popped the question my fiancé and I returned in order to try to get an appraisal on the ring in order to get it insured and to look at wedding bands. I was informed in a rather smug way that they dont do appraisals and yet again felt as though I was just an annoyance for looking at wedding bands. Here comes the final nail in the coffin… I took the ring in to a different jeweler today to get my appraisal and A DIAMOND FELL OUT OF THE SETTING THAT MY FIANCÉ HAS BEEN WEARING FOR LESS THAN A MONTH. Another diamond was also so loose that it could spin freely in the setting. In conclusion if you are looking for good service and quality jewelry stay away from this place.

I would not even put a star if that was an option. Have been a Helzberg customer for years and the staff at this location is RUDE!!! Yesterday I asked to have my white gold ring re-plated they of course could find my name in system but no lifetime service which was purchased at a different store. Not my fault they are slowly closing all these stores down (now I know why). They just cleaned my ring didnt even offer to send out if I paid out of pocket. I went upstairs to to Kays where my fiance purchased my engagement ring they offered to have my other ring purchased at Helzberg re-plated and stones tighted. I ended up trading it in, so Ill NEVER have to deal with Helzbergin rude service again!!! I walked out of Kays very Happy and have a new necklace and two pairs of earrings!!! So happy I never have to deal with these unprofessional people from Helzberg again. Kays won a lifetime customer from this experience.... completely different experience if you just go right upstairs!!!!

If I could give less I would. I am ashamed of how you treat people such as my mother. A little back story then I will share her story of her experience.My mom and her fiance have been together for 20 years now, her fiance was my commanding officer in the young marines. He is a marine, a fine gentleman and for years my family has waited for the day he and my mom tie the knot. When everything has been pushed into motion she thought going with a company that she trusted would be an effortless decision. She was wrong.This was her experience:Helzberg Diamond Flat Iron MallManager: Angela1st visit: I brought in a wedding ring to be sized and re-engraved and paid for it.2nd visit: Went in to get my ring. The ring was sized but the JEWELER decided it did not need to be engraved, even-though that is what I clearly (in writing) asked and paid for. I was not happy, but I agreed to send it out again to be engraved as previously specified. I was given a specific due date. They verbally assured me they understood I was now under a time crunch due to their mistake. AFTER THE DUE DATE, I received a call from Angela, the store manager. There was another issue with engraving, an issue with the size/type of fonts. As I tried to express my concern with due dates, she repeatedly cut me off and talked so much I was not given an opportunity to problem solve with her. I asked to have my ring returned via overnight delivery. She said no, it wasnt policy. I would have to pick it up 4 days hence. I, again, was not happy but had no recourse. She called me later to inform me it would be overnighted.3rd visit: I came in and asked for Angela, she seemingly was intentional in delaying service to me, I waited 15 minutes. Again, she would not allow me to voice my concerns because she over rode the conversation. I got angry, even 12 year old students know better than to constantly interrupt someone, much less a paying customer. She got angry also. I then demanded my ring back along with receipts. The ring was returned without engravings, and I was issued a full refund. This refund in no way makes up for the lack of service, inadequate communication, famine of empathy with a complete disregard for how important this was, no genuine apology, and a complete absence of professionalism by this manager and the company she represents. Helzberg has long been our go-to but, I will never step foot in their store again.Never in my 12 years of customer service have I seen such pitiful service provided. I hope this can be resolved further as my mom marries in a week.

Unprofessional. Walked in with a customer preferred coupon and asked about inventory relating to coupon. The saleswoman was so rude - she ripped the coupon out of my hand and held it hostage as she went to the case with the very limited inventory to meet the coupon. After asking about other options which would have been more expensive and still met coupon requirements, she snottily replied, why dont you look around and tell me what you like. She clearly didnt know the meaning of customer service or her inventory well enough to show me more pieces, as I requested. Will NEVER go back!
