Purchased my F250 for my business. Excellent experience. Previous service needs were excellent. Most recent trip to Quick Lane for alignment was very poor communication. Was given wrong estimate. I still approved the work. Alignment still not done after 3 days. told to pick up and new guy would look into what happened and would call me back. Still no return call after leaving 3 plus messages. Im still trying to get through to someone. I need to upgrade my truck regularly but good service is a must. Thought I found my favorite dealership but getting discouraged!Unfortunately Sean, the new guy that got the handover still did not return my calls after 48hours of trying.

Just bought a SUV from Jeff C. He was great and answered all my questions and didnt treat me differently because I am a woman. This is our second car buying from here and would definitely suggest you come here to buy one.

They need to have clearer information available about scheduling appointments for parts and service.Nice waiting room, but inappropriate TV content and volume, as well as unprofessional language heard from staff members in the back of the room.

Do not go to Sill Terhar for any service or sales needs. You will not be updated or receive any timely communication whatsoever. In part it’s my fault for originally buying a Ford, but not having any customer service is an awful way to run their dealership.

Have taken a 2016 For Focus for some transmission problems. Worked with Chuck Ochoa and Mitch. They both were extremely helpful taking care of the problem. I highly recommend this dealership for anything.

I rarely leave feedback, but when the service is this bad, I feel the need to warn other people.I called Sill-TerHar Ford’s Service Department to schedule an appointment to have the sunroof in my truck repaired. I was told that I had an appointment to drop my truck off at 7:30am. I was not told my truck would be kept all day and possibly overnight. On the day of the appointment, I left my keys at 6:00am and paid an Uber $10 to take me two miles because this dealership wasn’t running a courtesy shuttle due to COVID-19.I showed up at the Service Department about four hours later to check the status of my repair. After having my truck four hours, all the Service Department had done was move it from one place in their parking lot to another. When I questioned the Service Advisor, I was told that they had not done anything to my truck yet and that there were eight vehicles ahead of mine. The Service Advisor was also shocked and defensive that I was surprised nothing had been done to my truck. When I asked why no one had worked on my truck despite having a 7:30am appointment, the Service Advisor told me that they had 43 “appointments” on this day, that everyone had to drop their vehicles off in the morning, then the Service Department prioritized the order the vehicles were worked on.I have never been to any Service Department that operated this way. I’m befuddled that Sill-TerHar Ford runs their Service Department this chaotically, as if their customers’ time doesn’t matter to them. The worst part of the experience was the Service Advisor trying to convince me this was a completely normal way to schedule customer repairs and that I was an idiot for not understanding. Recently, I was at a Ford Service Center in Missouri that scheduled my truck for service at 8:00am, and when I showed up at 8:00am, they immediately took my truck in to be worked on.I decided to just take my truck and leave Sill-TerHar Ford and have the repairs done by a dealership that knows how to schedule maintenance and take care of their customers.
