I am a Dentist and safe to say I am OCD. Crew showed up right on time and it was clearly visible that they liked their job. They (Grant and Dan) were very polite and smiling and glad to be here. Treated me as a VIP. Jenna was absolutely amazing with her great smile and attention to EVERY detail. Best thing I can say is if I need new windows tomorrow then I would call Jenna. It also helped that she fell in love with my German Shepard. Truly amazing experience.

Fantastic experience working with Pella, we’re so happy with how our windows turned out! I worked with Matt from the start and it was an easy process (not the cheesy, strung-out sales pitches like most companies) with good communication. We got all new woodwork and changed some window designs, which was a big project for the size of our windows. I was even able to choose to not have the wood trim finished to save me a little money until I’m ready to stain them myself. The crew who installed them did an impeccable job and were very fast. Looking forward to being warm this winter. Worth the price and long term investment in my opinion!

The service process has just started. We met with sales consultant today, Tim. He was very knowledgeable with responses to our questions. We felt comfortable with the product and how presented in our home. Tim was accompanied by a newer member to your staff, Dayton who was working through gaining more experience. He did have good product knowledge. Pleasant visit with them both which is what tipped the decision to make the purchase. The delivery and install yet to be measured, but we are feeling confident all will be well.

Joe Franco is great to work with! He is very professional but also very personable and awesome to talk to. Everyone that we have talked to in the Pella organization has been great so far. We would recommend Pella to anyone for window installation.

I completed a bidding process with Pella and several competitors for new windows and doors in my home. Steve Reimer came to the house and provided a very nice presentation that was very informative. I had a timing conflict so asked him to be concise and brief, which he did very well to respect my wishes. Steve did a great job of understanding our needs and providing clarity to what he could offer to meet those needs. Unfortunately for Pella, we got another bid that was lower and went in that direction, but Steve represented Pella well.

Randy Burg was professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We feel confident in our decision to purchase our Pella Windows. We recommend any prospective buyers to invite Randy into their home to assist them in making an educated choice in purchasing new windows.

Curt Lancaster was was an exceptional salesperson. He came to our home to do a consult and walked us through all of the options for the room we wanted to replace the windows in. He responded to all requests and questions very quickly, and did multiple quotes to help us find the right windows and the right price. He even came to visit during the installation to make sure everything was correct and that we were happy with the product. We are extremely happy with the end result. It took an outdate room from the 1950s and made it look modern and beautiful again. I would definitely recommend.

We purchased 4 doors (Front door, back door and 2 screen doors. Ken the sales person communicated thoroughly throughout the entire process. The office team called when they said they would. The quality of product and installation is a 10 out of 10. The day of installation there was 2 installers, the product manager stopped by and Ken. After the doors were installed Ken came back and adjusted all the locks so we only have to use 1 key for all 4 locks just like he promised. We couldnt be more happy with our decision to go with Pella.

We needed to replace 7 windows in our home. When we contacted Pella, Pella Rep. Blaine came to our home. He did a really great job of explaining the products and listening to our needs and concerns. He continually asked if we had any questions throughout our meeting and was readily available to answer additional questions throughout the entire process.The Pella team did a great job of keeping us updated on our project prior to the install date.On the day of install, the team was very polite, did a great job and completed the project earlier than expected!!We did notice some things post install and we contacted Blaine to let him know and he quickly started the process of getting the issues corrected.We are very glad we chose Pella for our project and are very pleased with the great service we received from Blaine, the install and office teams. Blaine was great to work with and took great care of us!! We would highly recommend him to anyone looking for assistance in purchasing windows or doors and we are looking forward to working with him again on future projects!!

Dishonest sales gimmicks … I hired Pella to replace an old patio door. After the contract was signed, and full payment made, the company tried to tack on another $600. Here’s what happened: The salesman visited our house, measured the door and offered a “turn-key” price for full installation ($4,799). We agreed, and a few days later, the salesman and his manager returned to re-measure the door, sign the contract and collect payment. After my credit card was charged in full, the tune changed when Pella pulled the ultimate amateur move. The company showed up a third time to RE-RE-measure the door and suddenly decided, “Oh wait – It’s going to cost another $600!” They claimed the new door “would not fit” and therefore we needed a different door. (That’s odd, because their fancy sales pitch had repeatedly emphasized “custom-built products made in the USA” over pre-built doors from a warehouse). Regardless, it was Pella’s responsibility to measure correctly and quote appropriately BEFORE signing a contract and collecting payment – period. I explained this to the sales manager to no avail. Evidently, Pella has pulled this trick before, so my complaint fell on deaf ears. Ultimately, the company quietly refunded my money and slunk away, rather than honoring the contract.

Worked with Curt Lancaster at the Brookfield, WI store. We had a bit of a unique situation with our current patio door that needed replacing. Curt spent time verifying possible solutions with his Pella installation team to make sure what we wanted was workable. He went out of his way to make sure we would be satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend working with Curt for your window and door replacement projects.

Pella was fantastic to work with! We walked in unannounced to their showroom in Brookfield. Anna guided us through their portfolio with a smile the entire time and was truly helpful. She offered to have a Pella rep come out to provide a quote. From there, Joe reached out within 10 minutes and came out the following week. He spent 3 hours with us covering all options we could consider and was extremely knowledgeable and personable. The contract and scheduling process thus far has been painless and Joe has communicated to us every step of the way. We look forward to seeing how the project goes, however have full confidence in the entire Pella team.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Salesman Blaine Hollibush was knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with all the questions I had. I have an older home and I was concerned with how the new windows would blend in with the new windows. I was pleasantly surprised that you cannot tell the difference. The installation crew was top notch making sure my home was protected from them walking In and out, they covered my floors, clean up after by vacuuming and moving furniture back in place. Blaine was there the day of installation to make sure I was happy with the process and again followed up a few weeks later to make sure I was still satisfied. I’m happy to share that I’ve recommended Pella to two of my neighbors, but more importantly, I’ve recommended my salesman Blaine. It was a real pleasure to work with a salesman that had my best interest at heart verses a commission or a paycheck. Being older in years my generation is often looked at as an easy target, and taken advantage of. That was not my experience at all with Pella or Blaine, he was an absolute pleasure to work with.

We had (3) big picture windows that needed to be replaced so we met with Blaine from the Brookfield office. He listened to our concerns and did a great job explaining the products they had to choose from.Windows where installed on the day they promised and the installation team did an awesome, especially with the trim work. It looks better than the old trim. They matched the colors of the existing windows perfectly.Blaine was great to work with and made it a fun experience. Joe came out to give us an estimate on a window replacement for a window we have rotting. I appreciated his thorough level of answering my questions. When I asked him about whether they replace screens on some other windows, he took a look and reshaped the warped screens for free, fixing the problem without my even asking him to. Pella Windows and Doors of Brookfield did a great job for us!A very helpful salesperson, Mr. Young Lee, came to our home and explained how Pella windows work. Then, he met us at their showroom so we could see the windows in person. We scheduled installation and arranged financing with Pella.A great install team arrived when scheduled. The job was going to take three days, but they finished in two (we had all windows replaced on a two-story house, 15 windows in all). The install team worked quick and were very professional. They addressed any concerns we had, and the install manager and sales person both checked in within just a few days to make sure we were very happy.I highly recommend working with the Pella team if you need new windows or doors (or repairs). They arent inexpensive, but they are a great value! Youll be very happy that you went with the best!

Poor customer service. I drove in from 15 miles to get a price on a replacement sash. The only person at the store was the receptionist. She measured and took pictures of the defective window and said theyd get back to me.. Never heard from them again.

Originally we bought windows from a different company. After almost a year of rescheduling they (4 guys and a 3 year old - one guy was babysitting) showed up late. The windows were too small for the opening but they went ahead and tried to install them anyway. At the end of the day, they had installed 2 windows. Neither was centered nor were they level. We fired them. We called Pella of Brookfield for a quote. We were still angry when Retail Sales Consultant Steve Reimer showed up at our door. Steve was very patient with us, explained and re-explained, assured us of the quallity of the windows and installation, and re-assured. Steve was there for the final measurement, he was there on installation day and kept us informed between the two. Jimmy and his crew showed up at 8:00 sharp. I watched every step closely and by the end of the day I have to say Jimmy and the crew were not installers, they were true craftmen.At the end of the day I stood back and looked at our new windows with a tear in my eye. They are absolutly beautiful. GREAT JOB GUYS.

My husband and I are looking for new windows. I have been researching and it seems Pella has the same pre generated answer for negative reviews. It also looks like Pella doesnt fix poor insulation that should be addressed right away after installation.I will look elsewhere.

Jake Nelson came to my home to give me an estimate for replacing a kitchen window that was leaking. Lock began sticking on exterior door. Pella wants $1000 for new hardware. Huh? $1000 for a door knob?!! Is this some sort of very bad joke? Our entire house was built just 17 years ago. We have had to replace sashes in 6 windows and entirely replace 3 windows, one of those a large picture window at a cost of thousands. Wish I could go back in time and pick ANY other brand for our new construction!

Curt Lancaster from Pella of Brookfield spent about 3 hours giving us an excellent presentation of the Pella Brand its method of production and their full line features. Curt was patient, courteous and well spoken. His samples also helped us further understand the various decisions we needed to make. When at the end Curt asked if we had any questions and we did not, it was because he answered all the ones we had. Curt is what anyone would want a salesman to be!

Our Sales guy in Brookfield Wisconsin is Blaine. We started our jouney with a simple window replacement - one unit at our home. Blaine shared with us the whole dog and pony show of Pella and by the end of the meeting we were replacing 13 windows and doors at our cottage in northern Wisconsin. Pella normally does not install there, but Blaine pulled some strings and made it happen. Our cottage will be transformed on August 30th of this year. We were so impressed by Blaine in terms of his knowledge of the product, the installation, his quick responses to everything, and he even took his own time to drive to our cottage from Brookfield and visit the site personally. Amazing front line focus on the customer with hospitality - a rare thing today - and we appreciate it!!!!

After researching several window company products we decided to have Pella Windows replace our patio door and a kitchen window. Our install date was in February and in Wisconsin thats iffy, they installed them in 15 degree temperature and did a wonderful job! We were happy with the product and service so we decided to have the complete home re-windowed this time in June. Overall our experience with Pella was great! We ordered 11 replacement windows for our home and are very pleased. Our sales rep. Ryan was very professional and personable. He lead us through the purchase process with ease. He was always available from the initial order through the final install. I was also really impressed with the installation! The install crew was very efficient and detailed. You could see that they really cared about the work they were doing. They were all true craftsmen.

SECOND UPDATE as of 4/12/21: I have called multiple times regarding my windows that are STILL LEAKING over the last month and have heard nothing back. I’ve left messages and when I can actually get someone on the phone they say they’ll call back but never do. This company does not care about their customers.UPDATE: I have emailed my contact information as instructed in Pella’s response to this review and STILL haven’t heard from them. It’s been over 2 weeks.I’ve been dealing with this leaking for years. They sent multiple people out and nothing they did ever solved the problem. Now they are stating we are not under warranty. They took months to respond. Deceptive business practices.

Garry worked with us today on ordering new patio doors. He is friendly and professional, and we were impressed with his product knowledge. We had Pella replacement window installed elsewhere in our home several years ago, and we have been pleased with the product.

He was very thorough and listened to what we wanted. We really appreciated that he took his time with us and explained all of the options that Pella offers. We have not made a decision yet as we are getting another quote. I would highly recommend Ken...he was awesome!

Joe Franco was a pleasure to work with. He was attentive to details, very knowledgeable of the product, understood the installation work needs, and noticed the smallest detail in the construction of the existing windows and the impact on the new ones to be installed. We recently replaced two sets of patio doors. Nicole Spiel introduced us to the product in our home. She was truly knowledgeable about the Pella products and answered all our questions thoroughly. Ordered window repair months ago, had to keep calling back to get an estimated time to be repaired. It was over 2 months. Now my window is being held hostage in green bay and I dropped it off in brookfield, and they want me to travel over an hour away. I didnt drop it off there. They say theyll return your calls but never do. Worst customer service experience.

Jenna is an amazing professional. She takes great pride in what she does and takes the necessary time to understand the value of the products.We personally chose to go a different direction, but that was due to cost.

We worked with Jake and he was extremely open and easy to work with. We had a few other quotes from different companies and Pella was the best bang for our buck. They answered all our questions and kept us in contact throught the whole process.
