Our windows are surrounded by crumbling cement. The price given was for a worst case scenario three day job. The crew finished in one day, didnt remove all the metal casings as planned, but still charged the worst case price. The cement around the windows is already crumbling. The owner called, after several contact attempts, and said he would take send someone to try to make it look better. That was weeks ago, and he has not sent anyone, called again or refunded any money for an incomplete job.

Panel has an impressive selection of windows to choose from for very reasonable prices. Their staff is very low pressure and helped make a well informed decision. Highly recommend and would use them again.

Stopped by office to obtain Free estimate for replacement 6 glass block, 1948, windows (4 have existing damaged jalousey (sp?) windows).Came out in afternoon & provided quote.

Have had better experiences with contractors. From the quote to completion. Had to keep a eye on them
