Josh and Nick were a great team. They brought an actual window to demonstrate the features, functionality and quality. They walked us through the process and took some rough measurements so they could put together a same day quote. The presentation was detailed enough to understand all that Apex offers without too many technical terms.

Quality of materials and workmanship was completed perfectly. All Apex employees are top notch. Ian Gunderson, Apex’s sales representative, is wonderful to work with, he’s a Great professional and answered any questions. Several of my neighbors complimented me on these windows and told me Apex will be on top of their list when they upgrade their windows.I’m extremely happy with my windows.

Mark, the measureologist, came by and measured our windows for us. He was punctual and professional the entire time. He was also considerate enough to ask if he should take off his shoes. We dont like it when shoes are worn in the house. Overall, Mark and Ian from the Apex team have been a pleasure to work with. We havent had the new windows installed yet so more to come.

Most contractors sales people arent involved after they make the sale. Melissa visited while installation was happening and again afterwards to make sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. The installation team was great as well. They were professional and kept me informed throughout the process. On top of that the windows are keeping the heat out and have made our home noticeably quieter. Cant wait to see the difference in winter.

First let me say Im not one that normal likes to be approached at the door, but our initial contact with Nick was very nice and he was very professional. We ultimately set up an appointment with and had a presentation done by Ian which was also very professional, and courteous. After listening to the presentation and seeing the quality of the product we have decided to replace our windows with Apex and are looking forward to the process and completed project.

Great window replacement company with excellent pricing! Triple pane windows at better pricing than any of the others I got quotes from (6 others). Reviewed all the energy efficiency information to make sure I was comparing apples to apples, but I got triple pane for less than the cost of double pane from all the other companies.Installation team was great and went smoothly with them cleaning up as they went. Replaced windows in my sunroom, living room and two bedrooms (12 windows total). Great quality windows from a company that keeps their pricing low by advertising thru word of mouth and not paying for all the tv ads with gimmicks of buy one get one free or free installation! (Nothing in life is free - they just charge more to cover their costs). Great warranty too! Will definitely use them again when I finish the other half of the house. Highly recommended!

I was not impressed with the lack of professionalism of this business. From not knowing my address on installation day, to never showing me how to use the windows in my rental property until I reached out way after the fact (but don’t worry - they auto debited my account upon completion), leaving shards of glass in both mine and my neighbors yard, this was a lackluster experience. Doesn’t end there, I did 1/2 of the windows on a rental property last fall, and decided I wanted to do 5 more this year. I reached out to Andrew Hoerig for a quote on doing the rest, and then decided I only wanted to do 5 of the original 9 we had talked about. His response was “We would rather do all of them based on how busy we are” and he recommended I finance them. In what day and age does the business tell the customer what THEY want the customer to do? I was adamant I only did five and never heard from them again. I do not recommend them of all the window companies in the area and will not use them again at any of my properties, nor will I recommend them personally to friends/family either. Be better.

Apex Energy Solution replace all the windows in my 27 year old house (and boy did it need it)! From the first consultation with Melissa to the final inspection with our installer Tim I was very pleased with the professionalism and service we received. I met with many other companies to get quotes on the windows, and Melissa went above and beyond my expectations. She was easy to talk with, easy to work with, and answered all my questions, even explaining the “why” when necessary. She gave me lots of options as far as the type of windows I could get and the pros and cons of the different window types (double hung vs. sliding). The price was very reasonable for replacing 10 large windows! Once the contract was signed, and even in the midst of a pandemic, our windows were ready to be installed within 2 and a half months! The installation team was great and worked hard to get the job done quickly and accurately. Our lead installer Tim communicated with me the entire time to let me know when he thought they’d be done, if they ran into any issues, and how the process was going to go. Installation went great and at the end I was shown all the new features of my windows (how to open, use safety locks, how to take out or open to clean, etc). Overall I am very pleased with the entire process of buying new windows from Apex Energy Solutions!

We just had our windows installed with Apex last week and we honestly could not have had a better experience. When we were approached by them this summer, I was hesitant because door to door things kind of throw me off but we really needed windows (ours haven’t been replaced since the house was built in 1969) so I gave it a go.We had our first meeting with a Melissa and it was anything but a sales pitch. We were educated on our current windows, the technology of the new windows, how Apex came about and most importantly what they stand for. The installation which was scheduled for two days was done in only one! I was so thrilled! The crew was fabulous— they introduced themselves and were friendly the whole day (even with our puppy!). They also cleaned up EVERYTHING- I actually think they left my house cleaner than it was prior. Overall it was a great experience. Everyone was helpful and always available when I had questions. The installer even went the extra mile to get us a certain type of trim that was unavailable at the time. The install went smooth and they were in and out within a week just like they had planned. The quality seems good. We have only had our windows for 2 weeks but everything works as expected. If you like the window sample they bring then you’ll like them when they are installed. I highly recommend this company for windows. They came out to our residence here in North Prairie. I know alot of people in the reviews dislike the door to door approach they use, but they gave us a really good estimate for our windows and were extremely polite and customer service orientated. We were just in the midst of a dilemma with our front picture window and Apex came to our door at the right time.Even with COVID-19 they were able to get our windows sized, ordered and installed before Winter. They try to find cost savings to reduce your window price and they break it down for you really nicely. Our lot gets beat with the Sun alot and the durability and energy efficiency of these windows was a huge plus. Our window installers were awesome.They beat their competitors on price, and match alot of companies on their quality. I think if youre using Anderson or Pella, you need to consider Apex.

There was no pressure, just a thorough display of the products capabilities and comparison to industry standards and the competition. When we got to the price, the competition was blown away.The process of obtaining the exact measurements followed - very painless. An expert when through the house and carefully gathered the measurements. The windows were then ordered from the factory and we were kept in the loop during the process to when they were ready for installation.The installation was scheduled and in our case was completed during the winter. We expected to freeze but it was done one window at a time, minimizing open time to the elements - not bad at all. The installation team did an excellent job with installation being accurate and precise. There was no banged up woodwork or knicked furniture. Clean up followed the installation.The windows worked perfectly mechanically and no air leakage whatsoever. The windows arrived weeks early and we were able to have them installed almost a month earlier than originally expected. The team Chris had working with him in our home were very respectful of me and our home and knowledgeable about the windows. They cleaned up at the end of each day and if it weren’t for the new windows installed each day, we would’ve never known they had been in the house. Although the new windows have only been in less than 24 hours, we absolutely love the look of them and are excited to see how the electric bill is affected by them fingers are crossed it will be a positive one!

Very satisfied with our Apex Solutions windows and installation. We had all our windows replaced. Prices seemed fair after comparing with others whom had similar work done. Product is well made, triple pane, with grids inside the glass. All original wood frames on the outside were then aluminum wrap for a clean, low maintenance finish.

Had the new windows in our home for just shy of a week and we love it! Noises are drowned out and the crisp clean look helps aesthetically too. The follow up and communication has been great throughout as well. Its early but very happy so far.

We LOVE our new Insignia Windows from Apex Energy Solutions! We took a chance on a little-known local company, and really hit the jackpot! These guys were awesome to work with from sales to installation. They made it a very personal, fun experience. We replaced for function, but got a great new look, too...no maintenance vinyl with a super high-quality wood finish inside and beefy aluminum outside. The triple pane construction has remarkably transformed the warmth and quiet of our home. Wish we would have done this 10 years ago!#theapexdifference

After sitting through 7 quotes for windows, Apex was by far the least painful, most straightforward and up front of the bunch. The crew was incredibly efficient, clean and respectful. And our new windows look great!

I couldn’t be happier with my new Apex windows! Although I was a bit cautious about someone coming to my door to talk about windows I’m glad I was open to listening. After scheduling an appointment with Andrew to learn more, he spent a great deal of time explaining their approach and product and was happy to answer my many questions. Installation was a pleasant surprise. While companies always say their guys will clean up after themselves I find it doesn’t often happen. Dan and his crew were very clean and polite and he did a thorough walk through with me when the job was complete. I had a number of screens that didn’t meet standards and Apex took care of replacing them without issue. It was a great experience overall and I’ve recommended them to friends with confidence.

I would recommend Apex to anyone looking to replace their windows. The sales approach was a little unconventional (random knock on the door), but we are happy we took the time to listen to what they had to say. Andrew, our sales rep, was knowledgeable and took the time to answer questions without making us feel rushed. The install went smoothly and the crew was very friendly. They worked efficiently for a couple of days to get the windows done by the deadline promised. We’ve had them for about a month now and have been very happy with the results! If Apex comes knocking, hear them out. You won’t be sorry.

Im the type who usually entertains sales people, set up an appointment, and cancel! This was definitely my intent when the woman from Apex came to my door talking about window installation. She said our house was perfect because it was on a T- intersection, and our windows were obviously from the 70s. The year prior we talked to 2 different mai stream window installation companies, and while their windows looked good, the price made it non practical for us... So I entertained the woman, set up my appointment, without intent to follow through. (I actually did cancel and reschedule the appointment). I eventually ran the idea past my husband, expecting him to agree with me, but he actually felt it wouldnt hurt to hear the pitch. when Andrew showed up at our door he was very pleasant, kind, and personable. He was not pushy at all (made a world of difference), and he was very knowledgeable about Apex the products, and what they offered. My husband and I were impressed with the product, warranties, and the PRICE. We both felt this was an opportunity that we would never see again, and we couldnt pass it up. we got all of the windows in our home redone including changing out our front picture window and a brand new patio sliding door. We had to put their sign in our front yard for three months, and they ask for a review. Tim the installation guy and his crew were very professional. they were quick, courteous, and clean. I absolutely love my new windows the only downside is we got our windows in October and I have to wait until Spring summer to actually enjoy them. I would definitely recommend Apex to anyone who is looking for new window installation you will not be disappointed with the service, you will not be disappointed with the product!

Were really happy with the new windows. The installers did a nice job, and cleaned up after themselves. Installation was to the rough opening, so the new windows are just as big as the old ones.

Fast, efficient, friendly, and windows look great! Highly recommend!
