I was very concerned about how the female employee didnt keep her mask on and she was coughing into her arms. She even spoke with a customer who didnt have a mask on and they were 1 foot apart. I can only imagine how high the health insurance rates will be. Other than that, I was pleased with the service although it took 1.5 hours to get the 4 tires done. I was happy that they also fixed my mirror.

Everyone at this location has been super helpful. They helped me change a damaged tire on a rental right before close. I know their guys had to stay late and I’m super grateful that they were willing to help me out. The original tire was not safe to drive on and I was concerned about the possibility of a blow out.

Worst service ever! To say I’m disappointed doesn’t even come close to how I felt leaving that tire shop today. It was highly recommended and I walked out feeling taken advantage of. They broke two lug nuts that were in good condition and decided they shouldn’t be reliable for it. Brian quoted me saying it would be about $700 fix. I got it fixed for way less somewhere else. The replacement pieces were approximately $30, so I’m left to wonder how he came up with that estimate. All in all it saddens me that women can’t walk into tire shops alone because these type of scenarios happen.

The gentlemen there got me 4 firestone tires and alignment for a good deal. Super personable and informative as well as a clean location

A little over a year ago, my front right went flat when I was in town for the weekend. These guys were awesome and patched up my tires for FREE. Really helped me out when I was in a tough situation. Very professional and helpful.

Stay away. Unless you like zero communication, and waiting all day for your vehicle when you were the first one here. I wouldn’t come back here if the work was done for free. I’m serious.

*DO NOT GO HERE! THEY WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE OF YOU. *I took my car to this location on a Friday to replace two front CV axels and an alignment. They quoted me $1800. I asked why it would cost so much. They said it is because my car is rare therefore will have more expensive parts. They said each axel would be around $600. ( Keep in mind I have a 2015 volkswagon) Me not knowing anything about cars, I agreed and asked when this would be done by. They said the parts should get there in three days through the weekend, so they said around Monday or Tuesday my car should be done.Monday and Tuesday roll around and I hear nothing, so I call them and ask for an update. They say the parts have still not arrived.Wednesday passes with no update. Thursday morning they call me stating that they apologize because they forgot to ORDER MY PARTS and should be here by Friday. I explained my frustration that I was told this would be done Monday and now im hearing that they neglected to check on the status of my parts almost a full week after leaving them my car. They continue to apologize but with no true compassion in his voice for the inconvenience they have caused me all week for their errors.Later that day I decide to call them back requesting a discount for the lack of communication and lack of respect that I have been missing work due to their unprofessionalism. He says he could only take $20 off of my $1800 bill. I dont accept that and he says he will call me back to see if there is anything else he can do. At this point I start to do my own research I look up the average cost of my year, make and model of the kind of the CV axels I need, and they are about $300 each NOT $600...So now, Im shopping around for other mechanics, and find one that can do this repair for $600-700. So I call hibdon back and state I am going to take my car somewhere else, and will be one my way to pick up my car. A few moments later the manger of this location calls me asking if there is anything they could do to keep me there. I continue to state, honestly, this has been incredibly frustrating and just want to pick up me car, thank you.I arrive at this location and the manger is there to meet me, my car is still in the back being worked on. Manager continues to apologize and offers $100 off of my bill. I say thank you but no thank you. He then offers $200 off. I say no thank you, I found a mechanic that will do this repair for $600-700. He begins to get defensive and asks me, well have they ordered the parts yet? I dont think thing they know how much the parts are yet. I say, actually I looked up the average cost and this other mechanic also confirmed to me that these parts for my make and model are on average $300. The manager went silent and then proceed to call a parts dealership/store and asked if they had any CV axels for my car. Turns out they do (huh! interesting!!!) He tells me, hey I found two cv axels for around $300 and I can get one today and the other tomorrow and get you your car by tomorrow before 2pm. I ask, huh, why didnt you check this place first? He chuckled and said, haha we will talk about that later. (uhm... did I just catch them trying to take advantage of me???) after that I ask what my new total would be then and he say $631.79. I say, If you can get me my car by tomorrow before 2pm at that price. I will leave you my car. He calls back this parts dealer/store to confirm these parts and told me he will get this done before 2pm. I requested that I get this in writing and we shook on it.Continued in photo posted

Its a great place for getting my tires

Great service Ive been buying my tires here for many of years wouldve gave a 5 star butt order tires and wheel for my 2016 f150 got the rims but the tires were late I was told they would be in on tues. Which is 5 business days and now its Wednesday and only two tires came in still waiting for the other two but besides the tires Id have to give service a 5 stars!!

Left my car as soon as they opened then when to pick it up after work. I get there at 5 and there is still 2 more cars ahead of me. This is not the first time this has happened to me. Manager said it was due to being understaffed but if that’s the case then they’ve been understaffed for months, place needs a manger who can actually manage.

They stayed late to finish the job and get me back on the road. Much appreciated.

Unable to preform basic oil change in a timely manner. Was told couldnt get a oil change done for 6 hours. Looked into scheduling an appt unable to as they had no slots avail before the next several days. Guess they went from a walk in service to need to schedule an appt.

These dudes dont deserve any stars!!! Took my truck in to get my brakes changed because they quoted me a reasonable price after discount and my guy was booked 2 weeks out. They did their free inspection and told me I needed front brakes, rotors, rear shoes, and drums replaced. That I also had a rear axel leak. Quoted me a price of $1,400 with parts and labor. When I looked at the invoice I noticed they get all their parts from AutoZone. Wanted to charge me double what the actual parts cost!!! Ceramic front brakes $82 ($41) ceramic rear shoes $81 ($31) rotor $92 ($75) drum $142 ($59) hardware kit $26 ($7) seal $33 ($7). AutoZone prices are in parentheses. In addition 5.5 hours of labor @ $126.99. Thankfully I didnt let them do the repairs. Called my mechanic told him what they said and he referred me to Evans Automotive which is about 1/4 south on Aspen of this Hibdon. So, I took my truck there this morning and they told me all I needed was front brakes and rotors and the wheel seal. Quoted me a price of $400 parts and labor. So, I saved $1,000, didnt need to replace parts that were good, and didnt get gouged on ridiculous price mark ups!!! They might be ok for tires but I will never step foot into another Hibdon. Go see Rob and Jacob at Evans Automotive instead and save some money.

We called them 30 minutes before they closed and they got us a set of tires for a lot.less than the dealership quoted us and put the tires on right then. Took less than 30 minutes!

When I dropped off my car I asked them to check my oil. They called me a couple hours later and told me that my oil was fine but that my coolant was low and they could do a test to see if there is a leak but it would cost $120 so I said no, I can’t afford that today and asked if they could just fill it up. They said no, they don’t do that. I went and picked up my car and they didn’t put my spare back where it goes. They put it in my truck and I had to listen to it bump around for a week before I found someone who knew how to put it back. I also checked my coolant and it was totally fine. Filled all the way to the max line, in fact, so I felt like they were just trying to get me to pay for the leak check. Won’t be back.

Ive been coming to the BA Aspen store for years. The service is ALWAYS amazing and as fast as possible. I can stop in randomly and get squeezed in if needed and never feel pressured to spend more than I need to. Robin is my favorite manager at this store so far. I looked at some of these other comments about her appearance/demeanor but I have to say I disagree with all of it. Robin is thin, for sure, but not in a cracked out way. Shes pretty and always looks clean (with the exception of a grease or tire mark on her hands from time to time because she gets in there with the team in the back when needed 😁). Robin is extremely knowledgeable about services and products offered by HTP and can rattle of an answer to any question you might have. Last, but not least, this store is VERY busy and it takes a special, highly motivated individual to work that front desk. Well, Robin rocks it like a BOSS! All that said, I take all of our vehicles to this store and recommend it to anyone and everyone who wants amazing dealership-style services at much lower prices. Thanks Aspen store team!!!

Robbin was very knowledgeable in her field. I know nothing about automotives and she was super nice in explaining every thing. Great price as well. I spent $588 total for 4 new Firestone tires with a 65000 mile warranty. Waited about 1.5 hrs walk in. Will go back

The Aspen location has the best customer service, which is highly appreciated! I would choose this location over all other Hibdon locations in or around Tulsa.

I love this place. Heres why:1) The manager remembers us, the car, and truly cares.In this day and age its easy to skate by and not truly talk to people. Ive never had a bad experience with the personnel here.2) They make every effort to get things done quickly and correctly.They have even apologized for the wait before, when something was out of their control.3) Everyone is happy.Not every Hibdon is like this (sadly). I drive past other Hibdon locations, and other tire shops to come here. Why? Because I want to leave a place with a smile on my face.The management changed at some point and this place is now a beacon of supreme customer care. Go here, you wont regret it. (Ask for Bobby and hell take care of you.)

Excellent and very quick service. Very dependable, order wheels and kept tires. I dropped my wheels off and left for 2 hours to get my other car. As soon as I came back they pulled my car around and got to work. Also helped me load my old wheels back into my car. Bobby was friendly, professional and very helpful! Also go to watch the entire job get completed. Very very happy with the service as well as honesty from Bobby.

I not only got approved but Mickey, the Hibdon Customer Service Rep, also honored an expired $100 off coupon for me! Mickey also went above and beyond to assist me with searching for new rims for my Mustang! Great customer service!

Came in to drop off a tire to be fixed, he was finishing up with a customer when I walked in, I waited as he finished. He said nothing to me and walked into the work area and posted up a work order then walked back and chatted with the guys. No acknowledgement that I was there in any way. I went to the shop down the road.

I have a warranty on my tires but they couldnt check it out for 6 hours because some people didnt come into work.

I work very busy evenings, both techs I’ve spoken with have been very rude and don’t seem to care that their customers including me have lives and stuff they have to get done. Very rude. Very long wait time even with appointment.

Poor customer service. Was called by Mickey to confirm my appointment for an oil change. Even tho the information clearly stated July the 19th at 2:30 he said i thought you wanted that for the next day. But he did tell me to come down and he would get me in. Show up to have some lady with an attitude problem tell me “I don’t know who told you that but I’m the only one working the desk and we are to busy but if you leave your car we can do it by 6pm” a 3 hour wait is ridiculous for an oil change. Judging by the parking lot and the waiting area and what was in the shop they don’t know what busy is.

Quick service and are very accommodating with additional requests. Got my tires replaced after my service w/no questions asked. Great Job!

Fast, friendly, and honest!

Recently took my car in for tires and an alignment. The price and service was great on the front end but they damaged 3 of my wheels. When I confronted the sales manager, he dismissed it. He stated it was likely caused from a curb with no chance it happened on installation. I wish I could upload a pic. No way it was caused from a curb.... no way.**UPDATE**. After 3 years of staring at this damage, I decided I’d try to get it fixed. I spoke with 3 different wheel repair companies and all3 confirmed it was caused by a tire machine and not a curb. I don’t want anything other than the damage fixed. I hope Hibdon rectifies this situation.Dropped it to a 1 Star because I felt taken advantage of, dismissed and lied to.**UPDATE** The current manager agreed to help offset the cost of repairing the wheels. It was a nice gesture considering he wasn’t the manager when it happened but agreed it was likely caused by their negligence.

In dire need of a particular tire & they dont have it at this location but an employee volunteers to go get it for us! Weve been searching for over an hour while my mothers stuck on the Turnpike with a flat. They really went above & beyond & I am forever grateful! Top notch customer service!

Second time unhappy with Mickey the store manager. Made an appointment for oil change and tire rotation since I bought the tire with them and my wife only received the oil change. They said they didn’t have any notes indicating the rotation. This will be the last time I go to thus location if hibdon at all. They recommend everything and never follow through.

I bumped a curb and my car started pulling slightly to the right. Took it in to this location and told them what happened. After the alignment, as Im driving home, I realize that in order to drive straight, my steering wheel has to remain turned to the right. Ok no problem, I figure Ill call and theyll work me in the next day. When I explained the situation to the rep on the phone, she accused me of not telling them them the car was pulling to the right-only that Id hit a curb. Well I did say it was pulling, but what does that matter? Cant they see its mis-aligned and fix it properly? Or are these mechanics dependant on a layman to explain precisely whats wrong with the vehicle in order to fix it? So 1 star for NOT fixing the issue AND blaming me for their mistake.

Would give zero stars if I could. Rip off artists. Wanted brake pads done on front only. They wanted to replace rotors on front. Rotors were almost brand new to begin with. Also wanted to replace wheel cylinders on back as well as brand new tires. Total of $1200. Only reason I went there was I didnt feel like doing it myself. Ended up doing it myself and cost a total of $20

Very friendly, but a bit too pushy on their credit card. Had to scrub my door pannel where the technician had his arm and everywhere he touched. Wasnt too happy about that considering my husband had just deep cleaned and detailed my car.

They will rip you off!Went in to ask for an alignment, was told to come back in 3 hours. I came back. Car was not looked at. Waited another 30 min. They told me car was aligned and I had to replace both tie rods at a cost of $850. (my car did not have symptoms of tie rod malfunction).Took car to a private mechanic - he told no need to replace tie rods. Car wasnt even aligned ! Total cost:$120, not $850 !

I have purchased several tires form this place. Recently needed a hole patched which they say they do for free. When i brought it in they said they were not able to fix it because it was to close to the side. The tire only has 4k miles on it. They tried to make me buy a new tire. The hole was 2.5 to 3 inches from the side. I took the tire to Hesselbein and they fixed it without any issues. Wont buy here again.

If your not getting your car service done at hibdon, youre making a mistake. They are honest, intelligent, friendly, and caring. Cant go wrong at hibdon!

Recommended Hibdons to my daughter to find out why her tire was losing air. I was there with her so she would not have to sit in the store. They said it could take 30 minutes or so to get her in. We left for coffee and TWO HOURS later returned asking why we had not been contacted. They had not worked on it yet! They told her she would be next so I left her at the store. ONE HOUR later she is still sitting there and finally says screw yall and she left. Three hours to find a nail in a tire and they never got around to it. She will NEVER use a Hibdons again. Im sorry I suggested them.

So my daughter goes in for an appointment because her car pulls to one side. They do a $10 inspection tell her she needs new brakes and it’s about time for new tires. I don’t get it.

Came in at 8:10AM due to a nail in my tire. I waited 3 hours for a single tire replacement. When I left, my car still pinged low tire pressure. One of the techs checked the air and filled the tires. Next day I had a flat in my left rear tire. Given that my tires were low when I left Hibdon, this means the tech did not inspect all my tires in a 3 hour time frame.I will not be returning to this tire shop.

Had a relatively good experience. Bobby and Reynden are great, really went the extra mile to help me. Mickey however was a real arrogant jerk. Specifically request anyone but him, hes got tattoos on his arms. he does not care about the customer whatsoever and is just ignorantly rude.

I knew I needed all four tires changed, so I called ahead to set an appointment. The lady said, oh you can just come in, were not busy, it wont take long. So, I drove on over. THREE hours and fifteen minutes later, my car was done. Since I was at work, I had no one to pick me up and they didnt offer to drive me back to work. Thanks Hibdon for taking three hours of my life away.

They tried to get me to pay $1700 for a new rear strut, but the issue turned out to be hub centric rings for less than $100.

They give poor alignment jobs. Their techs. are young and dont act like they know what they are doing. Everytime I brought a car there to get an alignment they wanted to sell me suspension components that were broken. My latest visit they refused to service my vehicle and told me my frame was bent and that i needed to take it to a frame shop because the camber and caster were slightly out of spec according to their machines. I felt insulted. I understood that my car had been in an accident and I had spent many hours replacing suspension components myself only to be insulted by these corporate goons. If you need work done, take it to Jays out in Coweta. He charged me 34 bucks for a front end alignment.
