I have had rotten service from a couple of other local dealerships another jeep dealership in particular. So I super happy to meet Shawna Moore when I went in for a airbag recall. Shawna knew her stuff and got me to my rental and out the door quickly. I was surprised when I received a call later the same day that my Jeep was ready. We went and picked it up and she even helped fix a couple of issues the tech missed when putting the carpet back In. I will definitely be using Chris Nikel in the future.

It was great, I was having trouble with the throttle in my jeep. I took it here and they looked at it. Dwayne called me to tell me the throttle body had to be replaced but I could get qualified to help pay for the repair. Before I came in to put the the down payment on the work they already finished and had it ready to go. Everyone is very friendly. I will definitely return when I need service again.

Great service today! I dropped my truck off for an oil change and tire rotation and the shuttle was able to help me make in to work. Service provided as expected.

Had my car towed in for repair. Took a day to get the diagnosis. Communication about the status of my car was poor. They did get my car fixed. I give Abel 4 stars for being the most helpful person, but overall the experience was not good.

They do not listen to my problems I’ve been there 8 times, still have not been able toreplicate my problem, but told me my problem has fixed but I’m still waiting on a radio and my original issue to be fixed

I made a 7:30am appointment w/ the option of a loaner online. Got there at 7:30am, no loaner available. Told me they had a shuttle and would be there shortly to get me to work. Guy didnt even know where his shuttle was going apparently, because I waited for 30 minutes and finally asked where it was. He called and the shuttle driver was making a trip to Sapulpa. I ended up being an hour late for work. I wouldve gladly just ubered had I known. I got there after work around 5:45 and it seems they had not even touched my car. Tried to give me a loaner car which apparently they had now? Service advisor stumbled around and then said actually if you wait 30 minutes we can get it done for you, even when they closed in ten minutes. Opted to wait. Waited about 45 minutes. Got charged $208 for brake fluid and an oil change. None of my other fluids were topped off. Im completely out of wiper fluid and made that a point to the service advisor previously. I doubt my filters were even checked. Also noted a visor clip that was broken and it wasnt even looked at. Absolutely horrible service with a ton of excuses of being busy because its the week of Christmas. Ridiculous.

Everyone was nice, but when you get told a couple of hours and little more then 2 hours go by and ask how its coming and they havent even looked at it, even after making a 7:45 am appointment. Ridiculous!

Took my jeep in today for a appointment. The service writter was cocky and short. Couldnt get any information from him. I had a appointment and it was the 3rd vehicle I got from this place. Really bad experience and I will not ever buy a car from themagain. Nor will I be doing my service work at this location. This is not the first time this has happened or I wouldnt be giving a review. I understand 1 time but now its everytime.

I couldnt even bring the car in to have it looked at because youre having trouble getting parts? I didnt ask to have parts replaced just to see of there was FLUID in the hydraulic tank.

The transmission flush in my truck went fine, but they signed my radio up for the Siriusxm trial without my asking for it or them mentioning they would do it.I was eating lunch while my truck was in service for a transmission flush, and I got an email that my siriusxm trial was enabled, and I started panicking that someone stole my identity. Then I noticed the email listed my truck. The man at the service desk said they do this as a benefit to the customer, but its clearly just a kickback thing from siriusxm because my aftermarket radio doesnt have a satellite antenna installed. The radio has a little siriusxm sticker on the front, but there is no satellite or siriusxm options or words anywhere in the settings on the radio. If they actually wanted it to benefit the customer, they would see if the radio could actually play satellite radio. They have a little automated text service to see if you have any questions or concerns, but believe it or not I never got the survey they said I may get.So they basically cranked up my anxiety by activating a trial for my radio (that they had no reason to be messing with) without telling me until after they did it and I asked, and the radio cant use the trial they signed it up for. Ive had good experiences with their parts department, the actual service I brought my truck in for went fine, and Ill probably do business with them again because overall I believe its a good dealership. I just dont like being being made to panic for a kickback scheme. And if it is just an honest benefit to the customer maybe let them know before you do it?
