Used this location multiple times. Went in today for a basic oil change. Without my permission they used synthetic & charged an extra $20. Would not recommend & will not be going back

Went there for oil change with my new car I have had for a year, and had taken to dealership previous for oil changes. But decided to go here was much closer. I was told I needed synthetic oil. Asked how much was told would be 69.95. Called my husband he said yes it needed synthetic oil. But thought price was high. Told man helping me I would wait. Wanted to see if I could find a place a little less expensive. His response you get what you pay for. WOW HOW RUDE. Well found 2 different well known places where it was 49.95. And the place I went was 49.95 which included tire rotation. Had used this Jiffy lube many times with my previous vehicle. But will no longer use this place. And not recommend them.

Very professional, understanding and through!Had a fleet p.o issue they helped me solve the problem.Had a hood prop that had came loose and they fixed it for me!!😀😀😀😀😀

Good service and friendly staff. Didn’t feel like they tried to make up a bunch of random stuff you supposedly “need” like sooo many other places will do. They simply did the oil change I asked for and got me out of there. Think my coolant was low or something but that was only like $5 bucks more to fill it so that was reasonable and believable.

Tyler at the Broken Arrow location is very honest and doesnt try to upsale your visit.

Went to try to get headlight replaced. Place looked dead. No one came out to see me. Told me they couldn’t do it because car would need to be taken apart and that I would have to take it to jeep. Yeah, I took it to the other jiffy lube on elm and the guy stuck his hand in and changed it in 10 minutes. Go to jiffy lube on elm.

Awesome place. I have had services from a lot of places over the years and these guys were the only ones to pull the cabin air filter and show me. It was the original filter from 2013. Thank you for getting me taken care of.

There is the initial cost I was quoted, and then I was told of extra recommended charges:Did I want tire rotation?Do I want a new air filter?Do I want the coolant topped off?Each of these came with a hefty charge.

I love going to this place because I always expect the oil change is going to be a huge ordeal and it never is. They finish fast and are thorough and do a great job. Liam did the oil change on my vehicle today and was professional, courteous and very personable. Great price too.

Basic oil change. Employees were very friendly and professional. Job was done in a timely manner and reasonably priced.

A little over priced... Especially for tire rotation. I find it super annoying that their prices arent on their website. Like common, be transparent a list your prices online instead of making your customers call for prices or go to the store. Just save everyone time and list them.

I was greeted promptly, spoken to respectfully, taken care of immediately, and thanked when I left. Services were recommended but not pushed. Have been going for years and have never had a bad experience.

Went in on a very busy Saturday; I had stolen my husband’s truck for an oil change, transmission flush, and power steering flush. I was out in 47 minutes and able to surprise him and get his truck back without him knowing I’d left.Thank you!

The service was good except I paid for the signature service which includes vacuuming and cleaning the windows. I specifically asked before I left and I was told it was done. When I got in the vehicle the floors had not been done nor the windows. Other than that the service was good.

They were fast, friendly and didnt try to sell me anything I didnt want.

I showed up at 5:40 without knowing they close at 6:00. Danny was so accommodating and friendly. He didn’t even tell me they were closing and still offered additional services that he would keep him past closing. From now on I will come here instead of going to the dealership. 5 stars for customer service and high quality care!

This is the only place I get my oil changed. The Manager, Danny was incredibly awesome and patient with me yesterday when I went for an oil change yesterday. I shared with him that I was worried about the noise my car was making and the engine light that came on. He did a computer diagnostics on my car and then kindly instructed me what my next steps should be. Again, he was so kind and generous with his explanation. Danny is the best!!!

The guys were nice and helpful. Very quick service. I like that they go over all the fluid levels with you at the end. They also put plastic covers and over the steering wheel and a paper mat on the floor to keep your car clean. I don’t feel like they try to pressure you into buying things you don’t need like other places I’ve used. My only negative was that they were out of cups for coffee and pop corn. :p

They get you in and out quickly. Do not pressure you to get additional services if you just come In for an oil change, though they do advise you of the specific recommendations for your vehicle.

I get my oil changed here and they always do a great job. I mentioned to them that I noticed that my gas mileage was not as good as what it used to be. They suggested a fuel system cleaning. It was a great price so I went ahead and did it. I noticed a difference the first week. I am once again getting great gas mileage. Wish I would of said something sooner.

The service was quick and efficient. The staff was friendly, courteous and respectful to a older woman. My friend Betty uses this place all the time and I will too even though I live in Catoosa.

I change my cars oil here every time. The customer service is awesome. I definitely recommend this jiffy lube.

They were incredibly helpful and very quick and it didnt cost very much to get an oil changed.

I paid for signature service oil change. Floors were not vacuumed. Exterior windows were not cleaned. Tire pressure was not checked. Maintenance life on my dash was not reset. Dirty palm prints were left all over my hood. It was mentioned that my wiper fluid was topped off for me but that was a blatant lie since I topped it off myself before getting service. Overall employees were curtious and kind to me but they are not doing their job at this location😢

I was traveling to a baseball game from out of town and my car began to throw random warnings. Pulled in here and David and his team immediately began checking fluid levels. Had me back on the road in less than 10 minutes with an oil change as a safety precaution. They were helpful in checking for any leaks and low levels. Even offered additional places to have my car looked at for transmission repairs.

They were total professionals they had me in and out in 20 minutes. It was a great job on my car. And when they were done they went back through and explained it all to me.

Great customer service with friendly staff. Very thorough review of car systems. Waiting room is clean and comfortable with a TV (that is not too loud), popcorn and drinks. Clean bathrooms.

They were fast but need to wipe off any oil that was splashed on the frame or parts when the oil is drained. It makes a mess of the driveway when it is not.

I use this place every time. I have a fleet car and they always get my car done super quick, even with vacuuming my floors and cleaning my windows. I drive all over the state, so i have to get may oil changed a lot. This is my favorite place.

My problem here started a few years ago. The person that rang me up typed in the wrong code and gave me a free oil change! But the next day the manager called and askes me to come in and pay for it. I told him he needed to discuss it with the guy that rang me up. So weird.I tried to give them another shot.bad choice. Today I have been waiting an hour for my oil change. There was only 1 car ahead of me that was almost done when I arrived. There are 4 guys here, but only 1 is actually working. 1 of the employees just sat in the drivers seat for 30 minutes. After I told them I had a $7 off coupon, the manager added a random $7 up charge and told me it was required because of the type of oil my car uses. They have never mentioned this before. I will be taking my business to the local Goodyear from now on. See ya never, Jiffy Lube.Edit: just got in my car. The seat is DRENCHED in sweat and my car smells like cigarettes. I dont smoke. Never coming back.

This was my first time at this location . The team was knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. Highly recommend.

Worst car experience of my life. Took a brand new Honda in for its very first oil change. The bolt in the skid plate was not replaced and this ended up causing damage to the under carriage of my vehicle. Keep in mind I am talking about the first oil change on this car. Did Honda just not put a bolt in to hold up the drip pan, I am calling BS.Now the manager says it is noted on my receipt that the bolt was missing. No one said anything to me. I dont understand why any reasonable business would make a note of that on a receipt but not tell the customer.I have taken all three of my previous cars to Jiffy Lube and all my family goes there as well. From now on I will go any where other than Jiffy Lube. If I could rate them as Zero Stars I would.

Drove off with plastic guard dragging. Had to return to fasten guard. Got up next morning and had a 3ft spot of leaking oil on driveway. Returned again to see what was leaking. Will not come back

Today it was terrible service.I was told that my car doesnt haveCabin air filter.Last time I took my car to jiffy lube was 4 month ago at the one in Jenks and since then I didnt go to any mechanic and I m the only one who is driving this car.So that means either the last service didnt tell me about it or the people of today are cheating on me.Also I was told today that my break fluid is low and when I was doing the quality check after the oil change it wasnt low at all.Also they were suppose to vacuum the interior of the car but when I went home I noticed that they didnt vacuum the back.It was terrible and ridiculous.
