Always a convenient gas station with a very good selection of food. Fast paced, professional station. Also for anyone who doesnt know, this is also a safe place which is a place where runaways and at-risk youth ages 12-17 can come in off the street, receive food and drink, and wait for a volunteer from a Safe Place agency partner to connect them with professional help or a place to stay until their situation is resolved.

We have had many storage units ove the years being military and I have never had an employee so personable and knowledgeable and willing to help. As far as staff is concerned it doesnt get any better than Leslie! She is amazing. No matter when you come in she is there and ready to help. I have been in numerous times in the course of our move the last few weeks and each time Leslie has provided a great and pleasant experience. I have had several storage units over the years and i have never previously been so sure that the staff both knew who I was and was interested in making things as easy for me as possible.The indoor facility could be freshened up a little and the conveyance equipment for the indoor storage could be replaced. In spite of these minor things I have had a good experience with the facility.

A young lady answered name Leslie and informed me that life storage and jb storage aren’t connected. I told her what was going on and apologized for wasting her time she asked me to wait a second and she found the number for the storage company I was looking for. I am very grateful because my sister could have lost her items even though this wasn’t her problem she helped me. What a wonderful young lady

Uncle Bobs / Life Storage is a great place to store your belongings. I liked the ease of navigating the online system including e-payments. I also enjoyed having 24 - hour access, along with people checking the units to make sure nothing was taken.

I went up to the storage place and Martha, Phillip and Tom were very helpful and friendly. They were willing and ready to do whatever I needed help with. The storage bins are very clean and they make sure that your stuff will be safe and secure.

Ive rented there for 2 years. I had not visited my unit in a year, and when I did, the load had shifted and I had difficulties closing up the unit. Tom came to my rescue with a first aid kit and helped me rearrange my unit so that I could close it. As a single woman, I was grateful for his assistance that day. He went above and beyond and didnt have to. This is a well run business which cares about its customers and will do almost anything to make sure theyre happy. Im a satisfied customer for sure!

OMG IS ALL I CAN SAY BECAUSE TEARS ARE RUNNING DOWN ON MY SCREEN. But Tom (I manager) i forgot his last name put I can only thank God for putting this man and this appoinited time to be here for me. Everyone tried to get me to go to a cheaper place, but I met Tom as I was moving in and it was something about Tom. I often write books on a customer comment but I had catch myself. But Tom gave me amazing peace that they would take care of my mothers ashes and me and it will be alright. Customer.service was so good I just cant tell it all. My fiancé and I rented a storage unit from this location, and could not have been more satisfied with the service we received! The manager Tim helped us, and was a total professional. I was having trouble with my insurance company, trying to get confirmation of our coverage, and he was very patient and understanding. When I toured the facility it was very clean, and free from bugs. I rented a climate-controlled unit, and it far exceeded my expectations. I would recommend this facility to everyone!
