Hello I wanted to follow up with a review as I just had my house serviced. I mainly have a stink bug issue and I’ve had All-American Pest Control come out three times (every season for follow up) to spray my home. So I’m fairly new but each experience has been great! My favorite guy is Bert, he’s helped me twice and has inspected my home. Today he just left and I can’t thank him enough, I told him my issue with stink bugs and he gave me thorough information on them. He checked all my windows and found 3 of them opened! They weren’t fully closed! He was even kind and offered to inspect my attic. He sprayed everything and noticed which rooms I was having issues. Bert is great, such a smart and helpful guy. I really appreciate his assistance. All-American Pest Control solution really works well in my home and their service is excellent. Really kind people. Weve used All American for nearly 5 years and they consistently provide a thorough inspection, web cleaning and spraying each time they visit. They always ask if we have any problems when they arrive. This time we were having an ant problem on our patio and Coty placed an ant bait under the problem chair. I used this company in SPITE of the Dave Ramsey endorsement (not a fan), & have found them to be 1. Quick to answer messages 2. Readily available for appointments and 3. Commonsensical & practical about various pest & bug issues that crop up. My rep, the very friendly & efficient Austin Smith, also mailed me a handwritten note thanking me for my business & referenced my dog by name, which was appreciated. Even if sending these notes is a company strategy, its an effective one.

I have used All American Pest Control for a couple of years now. I have a maintenance contract. Whats really nice about that is that any time I have an issue, I can call or text them and Im able to get a tech out very quickly to address the problem. It gives me peace of mind knowing that whatever they treat is already paid for under my contract. I chose the green option, so that makes me feel better about the effects on our environment. And I really extra appreciate that all the products they use are pet safe. They are very good at communicating. I really appreciate when they text me to let me know that my monthly maintenance visit is coming up. And I can even text them in off business hours to let them know I need their service. They respond back on the next business day to let me know when they can send someone out. Their employees are always very professional. When the tech came yesterday, he wore booties, gloves and a respirator mask when he came into my house. He had also called me 20 minutes before his arrival time to let me know he was on his way.

Bert came out and gave a free estimate on the services I was interested in, was very informative of the process, and kindly answered all my questions. We have been using this company for pest control for almost 3 years. Service has always been on time, and they have always been very accommodating with our scheduling changes. This visit, however, our new technician Austin really impressed us with his thorough knowledge and professionalism. He even moved the fridge away from the wall to make sure to apply the pesticide everywhere it needed to go. He did an additional outdoor inspection and pointed out some potential contributing factors and offered to follow up in 2 weeks to see if there has been improvement. While our other technicians have got the job done, Austin’s customer service is next level.

This company is awesome, they take so much care and pride in what they do. I have never had good experiences with pest control because they typically are in and out and dont really do much except blame the customer, but All American was fantastic and really took good care of us. I have been using All-American Pest Control for years. They come regularly at a reasonable price, and if I start seeing bugs inside, they will not charge me to come and spray. I like that they knock down the spider webs outside as well. I do my termite protection with them, which with their guarantee offers great peace of mind. Excellent experience! I was away from home today making sales calls and the time frame for my services was approaching. I called and spoke to the customer service representative (Karen) about getting an update on when my technician would be on site. She was polite, professional, and got me the answer I needed without much of a wait or letting me off the phone. To my surprise he was on schedule. I went home to see him arrive at the scheduled time. Furthermore, the technician (Bert) was very presentable, professional, knowledgeable, and thorough with both communicating what was going to happen and actually making it happen. Despite the fact that I it was near the end of the day and it appeared to be ready to rain, he never rushed through the job.I am surprised and appreciative.

Killed nearly 14 red paper wasps in our house over 2 days before finding nests in our attic area. Bert came out on the consult and was very knowledgeable and provided us with our options. We opted to purchase an annual service plan which then included fogging of our attic in addition to spraying the perimeter of our house and an outbuilding. Larson spent nearly 3 hours here a few days later and was equally as knowledgeable and very customer service focused. Given this was our first dealing with or in need of a pest control company, I didnt realize when Bert came out he was not going to take care of the problem. Luckily we sprayed the attic area with wasp killer from Home Depot such that between the time Bert was out (Friday) and when Larson returned to spray the following Monday, we had only 2 wasps in the house. If you have an emergency, recommend clarifying how quickly they can get out and if in fact, they will then take care of the problem that day.

The gentleman who visited us today to spray/treat our home (believe his name is Brian) did a great job, was very nice and personable, and he went above and beyond the call of duty to help us find a local source for some carpenter bee traps...since every single place in town we’ve tried has been out of stock.
