Ace has been good to work with. No extra charges and always responsive and prompt. Giving a heads up when they come and checking everything out. Had issues with wasps and ants which they took care of. Thanks!

I have been using ACE for decades. Theyve always been professional and on time. I had a fire ant issue today and called to see if someone could come out sooner than my next pest control treatment. Spoke to Yolanda and she was able to get Chris G. to come to my house within 20 minutes. They did a great job for my emergent need. My regular pest control technician is Joe Lee and he does an exceptional job as well.

Walked in to a post it on my kitchen counter... no prior knowledge of their intrusion in a an apartment that does not have have bugs... taking it up with the apartment complex and lawyer tomorrow... I had to re wash all my dishes and who knows what chemicals they sprayed on my fabric furnishings... including my bed! Ive already checked my lease agreement and called a lawyer!

I put in a call with these guys on Oct 24 to come do the seasonal spraying at my place. It’s now November 3rd and they STILL have not even called me to setup the appointment. Blows my mind how people that operate their business like this are still in service. Disappointed and won’t use them again. Waste of time.

Ace Exterminating services my apartment complex, however, we gave constant problems with ants and I have never seen them spraying the outside of the building nor do they ever come inside. Im terribly disappointed that I have to take measures myself to exterminate these pests.

Great company, always honest and they do great work!

Sorry company in my opinion ,tech sprayed and soaked my whole door when he was required not to even knock on my door.
