Had this place install my new rims. They changed the price after install from $150 to $180 and told me cash only. They scratched one of the brand new rims and didn’t properly balance my tires so i will now being going to another shop and paying even more to get them properly balanced. I would recommend never going here unless you have no other option.

This place is shady they just make up prices like your at a flea market. I got quoted 140 to install 4new tires I had bought already half way thru the work they raised the price to 200 and threaten to quit work on it if I didnt pay the difference. The workers are cool and work hard but the owner is a rude greedy chump. They also quoted me a 100 for a alignment then raised it to 150 and my steering will is still a little off center. Ill never good there again

Bought tires from them and after 1 month I get a nail in a tire. Stop at the shop by and the want 20 to plug it. Now I remember why I prefer American tire.

I use to go here for rims for my ride and any tire service needed. I went here for a wheel alignment and was quoted 100.00 and the old man asked what I was quoted elsewhere? When I told him, his reply was “oh! I can’t match that maybe you should just go there.” Indeed I did! He is not friendly and the shop is definitely uninviting to customers. Take your work to the tire place on 18th in Antioch with the goodyear logo. They are friendly and affordable!

Awesome A+++++ service, I brought my own tires, they swapped them out within an hour or less, the guys working there were all polite and professional. I will definitely be back.

Tires wont last long and prices were comparable to other stores good place for a quick wip and dip and then sell it kinda ideal. But the guys in back are always cool super fast and working in any weather i give them a 5 quality of there tires Not going to last long.

They said come on over will fit you in where everybody else said sorry were to busy.

Warning this company sale no good tires for us and not respond any protection for your car, some I bought use tires from them but when get home one day air leads I bring back to them they said not any repairs it and no any warranty all tires after went out of shops. I am not recommended this shop. Warning do not do any tires from this company.

They where rude and had nasty attitudes..My wife was uncomfortable the whole time, she was in tears when we left..Short Mexican guy we believe whom the ower was loud and rude.WE WORK TOO HARD FOR THEM TO ROB US! They took care of my valve stem in my car for only $15 great price did it really quick while I waited thanks for stop wheels and tires

I went there fix flat tire few weeks ago.Guys fix it without waiting and tire has no leak but I gave them 2 stars because they are overcharging. To fix flat tire they charged me $40. I dont even want to think how much it will cost change tires

I haf a slow leak in a rear tire. Lost the key lock. Brought it to this spot and was pleased with the work. Theyre quick and will work to get it done. Reasonable pricing but only accepted cash..theres a ATM in the main office

The easiest tire buying experience ever!!! its a little out there but I saved huge on a set of new tires. Quick in and out tje took about 1/2 hour. I get that i may have been there at off peak time but they were very efficient. They even showed me how my brakes would need replacing soon (they didnt try selling it right then and there) which is awesome. In a month or so I will definitely go back and get my brakes done as well.

Do not go to this place my wife stop to get her tire patch and they charged her 40 dollars to patch and cash only there fred and get over on people

Sent me a 19 year old kid who just works small $10hr job and goes to college and lets my mother borrow my car so we can pay bills. Who needed a new rim and tire and tie rods payed 400+ and they sent me off with a tire (which they said they replaced both front and back left side with good used oons) that has a nail and huge bubble which they switched with the back tire that needed a new tire too on it didnt fix anything right (still had a bent rim they said they could fix and so everyone knows is impossible when you bend a rim to fix) and still didnt do my wheel alignment right over payed for a job that was no more than 200 maybe 250 and they still wanted more money to fix things that wasnt never even messed up. Never come here if that tire wouldve popped I literally could have died it had a nail and a huge bubble.

My first time visiting, The customer service was great, the guys were very helpful in helping me find the perfect rims for my car!! Plus on top of that I was given a great deal, and I drove off a very happy customer. I have a new car and I plan on doing business with First Stop Wheel And Rims again real soon!!!

If I can give this place negative 5 stars I would they dont even deserve 1 star we went to get a diagnostic as well as our spark plugs changed the guy told us the code that popped up had to do with a bad fuel pump and told us the pump alone is $300 and labor $400 or more he couldnt even give us a set price seem like he was trying to get over on us so we declined and just told them do the spark plugs we then took our car to two other shops for diagnostic and both shops said nothing about a fuel pump it was ignition coil and only cost $133 to fix as the other shop was fixing our car they informed us they will have to change our spark plugs and we told them we just got them done It havent even been a week but they said there was tape around the spark plugs and coils so they had to chang it and the car is now running back to normal I am so upset we spend $465 because the terrible job that was done on our car I will never go back to them again they lost my business forever not to mention my brother and his friend had the same issue with them messing up something in their car they are con artist and all about money they dont care if your car is running properly..it was a short latino older guy I have never seen there before but watch out he is a con artist

DO NOT GO THERE!! I HAD A leak in a tire. I stop there and asked the guy how much to fix and within a minute another guy put in a plug. 20 bucks. I have had problems with these plugs not working before. Sure enough within a month it went flat LEFT ME STRANDED OUT OF TOWN AND costing me over $200 . TOO BAD....SO SAD was there response.SHADY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

Went there three times in 2 weeks to fix my tire. Everytime it only lasted a couple days. I paid 300$ yesterday to fix the same tire for the fourth time and when i woke up to leave for work was completely flat AGAIN. Extremely unprofessional and half assed service.
