Took too long to perform repairs. 3 weeks for a minor job. The final product came in $1,300 over an already high estimate. Only used because my insurance company directed me to them. I would not use again

I brought my truck to Mike’s Autobody to have my tailgate repainted due to scratches and chips. The entire process went very well. Communication from Matt was excellent and the front office was efficient and pleasant. I also appreciated the text updates throughout the repair process.It was a pleasant surprise when my truck was ready a day earlier than promised! The quality of the work was top-notch (there is zero indication that the damage was ever there). In addition to the quality repair, my entire truck was washed (it was filthy when I brought it in) even though the paint work was only done to my tailgate.Mike’s Autobody is my new go-to repair shop. I highly recommend them.

Over the past 10 years my wife and I have had occasion to require body repair work on at least 3 separate incidents where we were rear ended. On each incident, Mikes Auto Body was extremely professional, courteous, timely and efficient. Although we hope to not require future body repair work, should the need arise, they are our number 1 go to business as needed to make our vehicle whole again.

Our vehicle was not an easy one to fix, but I received reports every few days and sometimes more than once a day on status of my vehicle. Riley made numerous update calls and kept me up to date on status of parts and timeline.

I found it very average. Attention to details is missing and commitment to excellence is lacking. I wont rate them lower, because I had a good experience with them in the past. The recent experience wasnt that great and hence averaging it out.

Had work done there 12 yrs ago. Lifetime warranty. Its currently pending contact with paint supplier.

Parking lot was so filled with cars that I had to circle and wait for someone to leave to get a space. I went in for an estimate for which I had to wait to be recognized by receptionist who seemed to be on a personal phone call unrelated to their business. Sat in a waiting room with others while we waited for an employee to come and assist us. Once said employee came out to give collision repair estimate, upon shaking his hand was made to feel that he barely had enough time to speak to me. Was asked to follow estimator out to my car and stand in the pouring rain while he walked around my vehicle taking picture and viewing damage. All other estimates I had gotten that day had invited me to a reception area, offered me a choice of many hot and cold beverages, and was told I could wait inside instead of standing out in the rain. I was then lead back inside the building to wait while he prepared the estimate. The estimate was the highest I received by hundreds of one, and over $1,500 on another, the time required to fix my car and get it back to me was more than double the other companies, I was told they would try to fit me into an already busy schedule and see what they could do for me. While discussing estimate the man talked down to me like I couldnt possibly comprehend what was involved in the repair process. Not once did I feel like any employee welcomed me and had time to service my car and return it to me promptly. I wouldnt recommend this company to anyone ever.

Their customer service was great, always keeping us updated on repair progress as promised. Quality of repairs was great as well!

Update- i posted the below review a year ago,since then I had someone open their car door into my truck and the paint cracked.. i have since called to inquire due to the high cost repairs done last year and Im waiting to hear back from management on why this would occur.. Im keep everyone updated...Did an awesome job on my truck, replaced the things that needed to be if they accidentally caused damage.. couldnt recommend a better auto body shop..

I loved dealing with all of the people at Mikes Auto Body, especially Mark Gillem . Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to give us wonderful service and excellent results. Stopped into check on a repair of my Pathfinder and the gentlemen not only looked at my damage he went out of his way to get on the ground and show us what we could do to fix it ourselves. INCREDIBLE SERVICE!!! THEY FIXED OUR DOOR FOR FREE!!! Our almost-15-year old minivan recently had a broken latch on the sliding door (the front edge of the door would lock, but the trailing edge had bolts that had sheared off the door, so the sliding door was loose in the back). Antioch Toyota suggested Mikes Auto Body, so we took it to Mikes Auto Body in Brentwood since we live in Brentwood. Mark told my husband that it would require a new sliding door, plus paint-matching, $3000. then Mark said, You know, there might be a way this could be fixed for cheaper. Mark went back in the office and brought out Joel (an older man, maybe a manager?). Joel jumped on it and said that the Torx T 30 bolt could possibly be secured with thick washers underneath (or something like that), so Joel fetched some of the their metal washers. The washers made the bolts ride too high (the bolts werent long enough) so Joel hammered the washers so they would sit slightly down inside the sheared-off holes where the bolts had been swimming inside. It worked. He told us what to do in case it needed more work. My husband tried to give Joel the cash in his wallet but Joel wouldnt take it. Of course, were being gentle with the door. With 168,000 miles, we dont want to spend $3K on a door. Unbelievable. WHO DOES THIS??? These guys deserve our business and more business. If there were 6 stars, I would give it. I will attach 3 photos: 2 show how the bolts sheared away so the locking mechanism was just loose inside the body, and 1 shows the fix with washers. We did not get anything for writing this review.

The team at Mikes took care of my Tundr from start to finish. They even did a complete detail of the truck when it was completed.
