This is my first apartment experience and my pup and I couldn’t be any happier. 😊🐶 You never know with reviews so when I was apt shopping I was a little nervous when I read some negative ones. BUT let me tell you, I have had the best experience and am so happy. I love it here. My apt is my refuge, the porch is wonderful, and when things need fixed the staff responds fast and kindly. The grounds are spread out and beautiful which is great for when I walk my dog. The staff is so kind, friendly, and every time I reach out to the maintenance team they quickly respond and help me with everything on my list. My #1 go-to maintenance man is Hunter! He’s the best! The first few months I was here I had a little list of stuff that needed to be fixed and he gave much of his time to handle everything well and with such a positive and helping attitude. I’m so grateful for all of his help around my apt and thankful for Landings of Brentwood and the other maintenance staff. Jacob is also great! 😊

Thinking of ZERO stars, because of leasing company thinking that we don’t have chances after signing the lease agreement.Cons:I have stayed in this apartment for the past two years,Here are the problems I have facedFull of Roaches under the refrigerator, bathrooms and cupboardsTried with pest control solutions but doesn’t help since the apartment is old.Molds on the bathroom topsRent is high compared to other apartments nearby based on square feetMove-out charges are high (300+ default for cleaning) + other charges even though you handover the house in perfect/move-in condition (which I never seen in previous apartments)I have spent $150 to 2 freelancers for complete cleaning and they did clean perfectly. However landings charged again $300 for cleaning. i would recommend to just vacuum and handover the house, you’re gone get the same charges.Recommendation is to check other apartments (IMT cool springs /Aston Brooks/etc) and then decide.Pros:Outside apartment buildings are good for chill out.Good place for walking/running but this alone is not worthy staying here.Previous manager Daniel is an outstanding guy who understands the problem and help you with proper support.Maintenance team members are very friendly and only people in this place have some good hearts.

Well, first two years of living in this community were great. Last two, not so much. Maintenance and management refused to fix AC unit. Apartment would reach temperatures of 76/77° (outside temp was only 80/81°) and the AC would run all day and night trying to keep up. My electric bill increased $50 in the months with this issue. Maintenance team was also completely rude and disrespectful (with exception of one gentleman). Lots of issues with bugs and insects. No remedies for that either. Appears to be a high rotation of staff at this property.

The maintenance team here are amazing! They are quick to address the problem and work around your schedule. Jacob and Cody (I think that’s his name) are the best and are very respectful in your space! They take the time to explain what the problem is in detail so you know everything that is going on. I really appreciate living in a place that has such a reliable staff!

I’ve lived here for 2 months and so far my hubby and I love it. The maintenance staff is great, the office is super helpful and quick to tend to your needs. We moved here from out of state and they made it so easy for us. Our apartment is beautiful and the community grounds are gorgeous and very walkable. Right near Cool Springs Galleria and so many other restaurants and stores. It’s perfect!

Very happy living here at The Landings of Brentwood the past 2 years. Staff has always been super nice and helpful. Maintenance request always get handled for us. Feels like we live in the woods with everything from groceries, restaurants and stores only a mile away! Absolutely love location!

Lee was terrific. He unclogged my bathtub, rehung my cabinet door, and fixed my ice maker. He was very professional, friendly, and did a great job fixing all my issues quickly.Thank you!

Corey C did a fantastic job on a few repairs that I needed on my apartment. His response time was quick and of quality after I sent in my maintenance request!

Would give zero stars if i could. we looked at a 2b2b apt and agreed to take it. submitted our application then next morning we are told our app didnt go through even though we have email to prove it did so they try and upsale us a more expensive apt telling us the one we want somebody else already got even though on their own page shows available.. kept getting excuses and double talk contradicting themselves.. most unprofessional staff I have ever dealt with. Glad we walked away and chose a much nicer place with great staff

Although the community is located in a great location and offer decent services. I would say the condition of the apartment is far from good. The insulation and condition of apartment are below average. You can very much hear your neighbors all time and hear them loud if they use water. Dont be enticed by renovated apartments as they are pretty much the same as others. Got charged an extra $100 in renters insurance penalty’s when I had renters insurance with my auto policy. This was my first renewal. I didn’t remember to get my insurance company to send over a new dec page. No courtesy email or phone call. (Checked junk email etc..) I had no idea until I went to pay rent this month. Just wondering if they slipped this one through on anyone else ?

Apartments are clean and spacious, and the staff is friendly. Maintenance requests are handled quickly--within 15 minutes of calling the office, Mike came over and took care of everything.

I absolutely love where I stay! It’s truly a beautiful hidden gem in Brentwood. My move in has been amazing and was super easy. Kayla made everything so simple and easy!! They always answer the phones and are quick to fix any maintenance issues. It’s very quiet. I have no complaints at all. The most beautiful and appealing apartment complex I ever seen.

I would like to give a 5-Star rating to an employee at SteadFast named Richard for his fast and quality work! Steadfast is lucky to have him, he did an incredible job.We had put in a few maintenance requests for our bathroom and while doing the work we requested, he was very kind, polite, thoughtful, & thorough with his work. He is an excellent Maintenance Technician and an incredible guy!

Very clean, quiet, with a beautiful pool area with hot tub. Residents seem friendly.

My friend lives here and every time I visit I want to stay longer! This is a very beautiful complex. Fresh and in the forest. Check out their tennis court. So beautiful!

Ever since I moved in, I have found wasps in my living room. I put in maintenance requests and called the front office to try to get the issue resolved. I was put in a pest control list and they claim to have treated the apartment but I was still finding wasps. I have had to issue several requests to get the problem treated but they are so painfully slow to come treat the problem and nearly impossible to get on the phone. The wasps weren’t a problem in the winter of course, but by spring I started finding them again. I put in a maintenance request two weeks ago and no one has come. I try calling but I’m put in hold for forever. I am very unhappy with the quality of service here and cannot wait for my lease to end so I can move out.

If you like super thin walls, lots of bugs, and loud neighbors then this is the place for you. Can not wait to move out.

Be careful is all Im going to say! Who charges to replace stuff when its not even damaged?! Drip pan for stove, light bulbs, etc. Thats the responsibility of the apartment complex. Our lease ended May 2nd and we moved out April 25th and a notice was given months in advance and they are charging us for the whole month of May! Ridiculous!

The property is absolutely beautiful. The facilities are well managed and maintained. Our leasing consultant Bart went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. He worked hard to ensure our move in experience was exceptional, and boy did he deliver. His joyful attitude brings a feeling of excitement to all interactions. He replies quickly and has an answer to even the oddest questions. He truly is a pleasure to work with. 10/10

Beware of their hidden charges and fees. They put a sticker on my girlfriend’s car saying she had 2 days to have her tags updated or they were going to tow her car. Who threatens to tow cars in an apartment complex because of expired tags? Also while they were re-paving the parking lot, they towed our car. Could have been contacted to move our vehicle and it wouldn’t have been an issue. The on-call overnight emergency maintenance man is extremely friendly and helpful, however the person in charge was extremely rude. Was told that it was my fault for running ac at 68 degrees in the summer. Shouldn’t they have units capable of keeping the apartment at desirable temperatures? Upon move out, the move out sheet states to patch walls and sand them and you wouldn’t be charged. Turns out I was charged almost 100 bucks because the walls had a “paint life” of 2 years. No where on the move-out sheet is that addressed. I tried to email the property manager and what do you know, no response! The only positives of my experience here was our leasing agent Bart. He was extremely friendly and helpful and apologetic about these inconveniences unlike other employees at the complex.

Great location, nice apartment and a lot of amenities! My leasing agent was Bart, he was great- very responsive and went above and beyond to make my move as pain free as possible.

The only positive thing I felt while staying in this community for 9 months is the surrounding area, the trees and natural atmosphere. For this you can visit a good park also. The leasing staff are very helpful.Apartments are very old. Insulation and soundproofing is very bad . Mine was a renovated one and had a very old washing machine and dryer that hardly worked. Management told they wont replace it until it stops working. We logged request for first three months and then got fed up and stopped doing it. As a result, We have to use dryer nearly 5 times to get the clothes dried. Renovated apartments dont have new or latest amenities , they just have freshly painted amenities.The apartment had lot of dog hair when we moved in. We put lot of requests to clean it up but were told to vacuum it ourselves. But while moving out they wanted the apartment crystal clean according their move out extortion letter.Biggest shock you will get when you move out. For cleaning I was charged 100. The apartment condition was much better compared to when moved in. But this is understandable and common everywhere. For damages I was charged another 100, there were no damages. For repainting I was charged another bulk amount. be prepared to shell out atleast 500 while moving out no matter how clean and tidy you keep it.If your money is hard earned, trust me , the apartment is not worth its rent. and please dont go by the reviews or 4 stars. I was a victim of that.

I moved here from North Carolina for a job. Apartment hunting from another state and not being able to see the apartment in person before signing a lease can be very stressful but I had a great experience with The Landings of Brentwood! Bart was my leasing agent and he was very communicative and answered all of my questions. He made the application process very easy and went out of his way to make me comfortable signing a lease without seeing the apartment in person. The one thing I love most about this apartment complex is the location! Its located very close to restaurants and shopping centers however it is tucked away off the main road and feels like a neighborhood! My only complaint is that the apartments need to be cleaned more thoroughly before residents move in, and all appliances, lights, etc. need to be checked by staff once a resident moves out to ensure everything works for the next person moving in. When I arrived I had to finish cleaning the apartment myself and put in maintenance requests for a few things, however all of my requests were completed in a very timely manner.

Just upgraded to a larger apartment here. Bart McClintock and the office staff have been great! When moving into the new apartment I smelled the faint smell of gas coming from the heater. they sent someone over immediately and ended up putting in an entirely new unit the next day. Great service!

I have been staying here for more than a year. I have to say but not it was such a delightful experience and I feel like a real home. My Kid, Wife and myself love every aspect of it. Nice greenary and wonderful experience for long walk inside the apartment complex. Great location, wonderful communites and nothing more to sday about the school district. All maintainace request were completed when ever we submitted it. Overall 5 Star for value to thge money you paying for.

Great communication from the staff. Super friendly and made the process of getting an apartment so much easier.(added on 11/30/20) I am now moved in and they are still very helpful and quick whenever I need them.

I only just moved in, so I cant really say anything, but Bart and the people here at Landings of Brentwood have been super helpful so far. For example, two days before I was supposed to move in, Bart gave me a call letting me know there was a complication with the flooring to my original unit and that he was offering me to just move into a different unit and keep the rate. What a deal, right?So for now, Id say the management is on my good side.

Everything good except water leaks whenever it rains. Havent been fixed.

Rachel is the best! I was a first time renter, and she was so helpful and informative. Ive loved my time staying here! Such a great location, and excellent amenities. The pool is the best in town, and the trees in the complex are gorgeous! Very dog friendly community as well. 5 stars!

Bart was my leasing agent and I have nothing but outstanding remarks to say about him. My move in process was probably more difficult for him than most because I didn’t have a solid move in date and kept having to push it back and frequently had to check for new units and pricing but he was always very quick to accommodate me and my requests. When I moved in there were a few issues, the counter above the sink was loose and a closet door was off track but after emailing Bart and a maintenance request, both items were taken care of in a reasonable time frame, so no complaints. I am very happy with my experience this far. Now keep this in mind, you get what you pay for so people need to stop complaining on these freaking reviews. This is not a high end luxury apartment complex. It is right next to Cool Springs and is actually has the cheapest rates in miles. Now I have stayed in “luxury apartment” before, namely Cameron at franklin park paying $2600 for a three bedroom end unit and you know what, they had all the same problems that everyone cries about in these google reviews. If you don’t like apartment living, then save your money and go buy a house. Then when things don’t go perfectly, you can complain to yourself and no one else has to hear about it.

Staff and management are not good at all. Management extended my lease agreement automatically for one month and when I informed them that I wont be extending my lease, they charged me $500 for no reason. I requested them to wave that amount but they didnt listen. I would suggest an alternate apartment if you could prefer rather than choosing this one.

This is an amazing community. i live in Chicago and am considering relocating. I visited my daughter and fell in love with the pool, the dog park, grill area and peaceful, serene forest view. Kayla Black, one of the leasing consultants, took us on a tour of different apartment models. She was amazing! It was a hot day. Her pleasant disposition was so awesome! She offered us cool drinks and popcorn and took time to explain the pricing and different floor plans. I almost decided to relocate right then and there.

Made the move from South Georgia to Brentwood for work and this property is gorgeous, we love calling this place home.

The Landings of Brentwood is a gorgeous property. I had the pleasure of touring with Rachel and she is Outstanding. I felt so at home. The only reason I didn’t rent is my job ended moving me to New York! Someday maybe I’ll make my way South again and I’ll absolutely start here. Highly recommend you at least tour the property if you’re looking.

My favorite was the spacious pool and hot tub areas. It was a great atmosphere for my two kids (9 and 5). It was very clean and modern looking. Workout area was spot on, has enough to save you from a gym membership. Rachel Aiello showed me around and was very outgoing and answered all my questions about the location and surrounding community. Highly recommend

UPDATE: The Landings of Brentwood is generally a nice place to live - the complex is beautiful, the location is great, and the maintenance staff is pretty responsive given how many apartment buildings there are. However, our move out experience was absolutely terrible. They didn’t give us any move out instructions until just a few days before we were supposed to be completely out of our place, but then charged us exorbitant fees without any warning. We took good care of the apartment, and we had one cat (which we paid monthly pet rent for), but they said that the entire carpet needed to be replaced and a pet seal installed, which with other miscellaneous fees totaled nearly $500. A very disappointing end to an otherwise decent living experience. I used to recommend Landings of Brentwood to everyone, but now I’m much more hesitant to do so.

Bart was very communicative and made us feel safe about reserving an apartment even when we werent able to see the apartment in person due to the COVID situation. He kept us updated and answered any questions/phone calls we had throughout the process. Definitely recommend Bart!

I toured this property and while the club house is a very nice area I found the apartments to be lacking for their price of over 1200/month. I will say however that my tour was enjoyable, the staff were very welcoming and nothing like a used car lot. Carol gave quite a bit of insight into when potential apartments might be coming available, and made the trip in the golf cart quite fun.

From the first informational phone call, excellent service and attention. Bart is the best! Very happy with the property - safe, clean and affordable compared to Nashville market.

I personally don’t live here but my daughter does and I stayed with her for a week over Christmas. As I am writing this review I can literally hear every move and squeak her above neighbor is making. This goes on all day and all night. I don’t think these people ever sleep. Also has a child that runs constantly. So you get zero sleep. The apartment looks like a 1990’s style. No hardwood floors or granite counter tops. Carpet throughout. Popcorn ceilings!!! The surrounding are nice. If you value peace and quiet DO NOT LIVE HERE!!!!

Bart was excellent on getting us set up and guiding us through all of the paperwork! He made everything super simple and was both friendly and knowledgeable to us. The renovated apartment was in great shape on move-in day and had everything we needed. All for a great price compared to other apartment homes nearby.

I’ve been living in the Landings for a few months with my 1 year old and we absolutely love it. The open floor plan allows my son to walk the whole apartment with me being able to still see him. My leasing consultant Kayla Black was excellent and really sold me on the property when she gave me a tour of the apartment layout I would be leasing, as well as the pond with real fish and the waterfall next to the bonfire area. Kayla gave me all the information I needed for a timely move-in and is always available if I need any assistance.

My leasing consultant, Bart, has not only been extremely responsive and helpful but also kind. This has been an extra blessing in the midst of what can already be a stressful process made more difficult by COVID. The apartment community is beautiful and feels a bit like I am getting away to a scenic oasis every time I come home, which is such a gift. The quality of the apartment is overall good — if I could ideally change a few main things, I would hope for less spiders, better lighting, and a little less noise. But I really can’t complain too much and would highly recommend living here and definitely recommend working with Bart!

Good Maintenance ExperienceOn two separate occasions (one being Christmas Eve) we had maintenance issues. On both occasions, Richard (maintenance specialist) showed up. Richard is by far the friendliest and most competent maintenance specialist my family and I have encountered at the Landings. Richard sets an exemplary standard of excellence in professionalism, and he should be recognized. I just wanted to let someone know of the good job Richard is doing.

I had the pleasure of touring the landings of Brentwood and my leasing agent, Kayla did an amazing job! She highlighted all the cool features the apartment complex had to offer and attractions of the city. Definitely am keeping Brentwood in mind if I do move!

I am 4 months post move-in but I must say the leasing consultant Rachel A. was AMAZINGLY helpful in assuring me that I would get the apartment when I needed. Her personality & positive energy is infectious, she could see I was kinda anxious and stressed since I had a tight deadline to move & just like that, she persistently found the unit perfect for me! I love living at the Landings of Brentwood & the wonderful staff makes it really feel like home! Thanks so much Rachel Aiello! YOU ROCK!!!

From the moment we entered the office we had a great experience with the staff. We were welcomed in and treated as if we already lived there. It was very encouraging. Plus....Rachel is awesome. If you get a chance to have her work with you she is amazing as well as everyone else in the office. She got us into our apartment at the last minute because we needed something ASAP. They have been going through some transitions with maintenance, but they are still there when we need them. The ONLY thing I would say is if you are someone who likes luxury apartments you may find these to be outdated a bit. They have done well with upgrades and are continuing to do so, but they are an older apartment complex. However; the pool area is magical and the nature around us is so peaceful. Its very close to everything as far as shopping and groceries, etc. The school district is great too. :)

Good for people just moving to town or in transition. Very close to the mall and restaurants in Cool Springs.Be advised — There is HUGE issue with brown recluses (It’s an infestation in Cooks)!! Maintenance can take a while to get to your requests and actually fix the issue (if they ever do or ever respond). Overall, good for short term living, safe, family and pet friendly... but dealing with anyone other than Daniel is a hassle.

Bart and the staff at at the Landings were great to work with when I was looking for my new apartment. Bart listener and took the time to make sure the apartment I chose was exactly what I wanted. Since my move in, the staff has continued to be very helpful and maintenance has been great as well. I’ve enjoyed living here in the quietness of the trees and such a beautiful complex.

This place is really beautiful. I wish they wouldve had availability for me when I was looking but Rachel was super sweet to show me around, help me go through all of the options. I highly recommend working with her to find your new home at the Landings!

I enjoy my living at the Landings of Brentwood. Lots of tree. Plenty of space for a nice walk. Maggie is always there to help people. Thanks to Maggie, I was able to get through my first year moving into Nashville area.

I’ve lived here for 8 months and I absolutely love it! The area is beautiful. The upgraded apartments are modern and affordable. The grounds are kept up well. The leasing consultants are friendly and eager to answers any questions or concerns you might have. Rachel Aiello was my leasing consultant. She is wonderful! She made my move from IL to Tennessee effortless. She’s knowledgeable and helped me every step of the way. She’s the kind of professional you want to work with when making a major change in your life. Not only will she get you moved in, she offers dog walking services. How convenient is that! I can’t say enough good things are her and the Landings!

Awesome place to live. The staff in the office are amazing. We primarily have dealt with Rachel who has been incredibly helpful and is the reason I recommended that my friend look at the landings. My friend ultimately ended up moving in and loves it also.

What a beautiful property! I even attended a wedding there, it is that beautiful and peaceful. And Carol is such a wonderful person and so great to work with. Highly recommend!

I could write a novel here about why I am giving the landings one star, but Ill keep it short and sweet. I lived in a two bedroom unit for three years with a friend of mine, and the apartment itself in addition with dealing with the maintenance staff/front office staff was why it was such a poor experience. We were supposed to move into an updated unit, and when we arrived on move in day the apartment was not updated whatsoever. My roommate and I were in a bind, so we decided to move in anyways. In our three years there, our outdated washer/dryer unit broke and flooded the apartment twice. The water heater broke, which took five days to replace without any follow up from the front office to apologize or offer any type of amenities since they couldnt fix our water heater promptly. There was a hole underneath the kitchen sink that was continually growing, that was never fixed despite it being addressed several times via their ticketing systems. The handle for the bathtub broke twice, which was always a good time. After three years of this nonsense, and finally graduating from University, my roommate decided to find a better apartment. I wouldnt recommend this apartment to anyone. I have loads of friends who have done one year stints at the landings, and there is a reason it is always a one year stint. All in all, the dont take proper care of their property or their residents, and that is why I highly discourage anyone from living at the Landings. (Shout out to Carol in the front office for always being an all star employee when we got to talk)

Please do not lease this apartment. This guys are very poor in response and they just simply charge you for silly things on move-out damage.I was charged dollar 90 saying Curry Odor move out damage . I was surprised with this charge I stayed in NJ,TX and NY states before and in different apartments in USA and I have even never heard of this charge and never paid this kind of move out damage .we are Indian origin and we cook rice and curry as staple food.I once again say do not lease this apartments they even don’t clean the apartment to you when you move in . I had pet hair and pet Odor in my apartment when i moved in despite multiple complaints management don’t even cared to take care of it i had to by air fresher and clean the floor myself and now when I moved out they charge me saying Curry Odor which does not make any sense.

I wanted to brag on the person that gave me a tour, Daniel. He greeted me when I walked in the door and was very kind and professional as he showed me around the Landings. I am trying to move out of Nashville and closer to Franklin and this is such a nice property with lots of trees and greenery.

I’m going to be honest with you the ENTIRE staff has been amazing! I manage in hotels so I’m all about hospitality and these guys have wine above and beyond!!! Rachel has been my ROCK through this entire process! Micheal has been amazing too! There’s another girl with dark hair who’s been extremely helpful and I forgot her name. 5 stars across the board! Thank you guys from the bottom of my heart!

I moved from Alabama to the Landings of Brentwood a few months ago and I’ve had the best experience thus far. It was a pleasure working with Kayla Black, who is a leasing consultant, she made sure she listened to my needs and chose an apartment that best suited me and I couldn’t be happier. She gets 5 stars!!! Very Professional.

I’ve been living here since Oct2018 and my experience is nothing short of outstanding. Rachel is truly a super star to say the very least. The grounds are nicely kept, the amenities such as the two pools, 24 hour work out room, and two dog parks are also great. My view is tranquil and there is always ample parking. Great place and great people!

Recently toured the property with Daniel. Still looking to determine if the Landings will be my new home, but it is definitely at the top of my list. Not only did I like the apartment, but Daniel was really professional, answered all my questions and made me feel like this would be a great place to live. Thanks Daniel!

Bart was very helpful and flexible working through these contactless Covid times. Very responsive. These apartments seem to be an affordable hidden gem in the Brentwood area.

So far love living here. Maintenance and management are both very responsive. My leasing agent Rachel is a superstar and over all am very pleased with the leasing process/move in agenda. Would highly recommend!!

My wife and I have lived here around 4 years. Everyone here has been very helpful any time we have needed assistance, but Rachel Aiello has stood out to us as going above and beyond. We are thankful for her and glad she works here!

What an amazing community. Was treated like gold from the time we walked in until we bought our home and had to leave. Recommend this place 100% to all family and friends.

I looove my new apt. Loooove the big porch and the big rooms. And the view of trees. Loooove the incredible water pressure. My last apt I had to run around to get wet in my shower so to speak. The staff are super friendly and very helpful and accommodating to my needs. There’s a freaking car wash On property for crying out loud 😎. I can’t wait to use that. It’s cozy and tucked away but close to everything too. I’m very happy here so far

The staff at the Landings of Brentwood was extremely helpful when my boyfriend and I were looking to move into an apartment this summer. Bart helped us through the entire process, answered all of our questions, was more than happy to spend as much time as we needed/wanted touring apartments and showing us around the area, and ensured that everything went smoothly during our move-in. He went above and beyond to accommodate our needs (we had a very short time period to get everything processed) and has continued to be a resource for us over the last several months. Overall, we have had a great experience!

I just moving to Brentwood and I found this beautiful place, pet friendly, with a lot of space to walk, a nice pool and an excellent treatment. Bart was patient and gave me all to information I needed. Thank you for you hospitality!

I love the landings of brentwood. I lived there for a year and the staff is so respectful. Rachel Aiello is one that comes to mind when I think of a team player. She is so quick to help any resident with their issues and questions. She always had an answer and is so sweet. This company is lucky to have her!

Great location and staff is incredibly responsive and friendly! Loved the location and the price was a steal for the area! Very safe! Management is quick to response to needs! Rachel cares about you and making sure you have the best experience living her. I would give her a raise if I could.

Easy move in, great price and amazing location! Bart made our move-in very smooth and he was very responsive and polite.

Apartments and complex were modern, peaceful and ready for move in. The young lady Kayla that showed me the place was the best. She really was the added touch to convince me this was a great place to live.

We had a wonderful experience at the Landings of Brentwood. Carol in particular stood out as being fantastic, although all the staff was great. Highly recommend!

We recently needed some maintenance work done at our apartment in the Landings. Richard came by and solved the problem very quickly. He left us a detailed note on what he checked and the steps he took to solve the problem. We couldnt be happier with the service as it was prompt and thorough. Thanks Richard!

Beware of the bait and switch!I am only writing this review because I, too, adamantly read reviews before I purchase. I applied to live at one of these apartments earlier this month. The apartment was listed as available on the website, I applied, paid $350, and was told Id be contacted within the week. I received a call back a few days later saying that the apartment I applied for was already rented out at the price promised, and it wasnt her fault the computer said it was available. She me the only apartment they could offer me was $200 more than what I had applied for. I told her that was illegal (bait and switch), and she needed to provide me an apartment at the price that was promised when I applied and paid my deposits. Since then, I have called and emailed several times attempting to receive my refunded deposit and am told the manager would return my call (I have been told she is aware of the situation, but refuses to take my call). I have also sent several emails. Beware when trying to rent from this company!!!!

Bart has been a great help with getting my place all set up. He has made sure I have been taken care of and that everything goes smoothly.

Kayla is AMAZING!!! I had to move in a short time period for work, I viewed several apartments in the Franklin/Brentwood area and decided on this property because of Kayla’s great customer service, spacious apartment size, price, and the property is conveniently close to everything you need.

The landings are a good community. Trash pick up is convenient and my apartment is nice. My leasing agent Kayla Black was great. She gave me options.

Poor customer service. Ashley is absolutely unprofessional and did not even follow up after viewing the apartment. Nice on the phone bad attitude in person. Ill make sure nobody I know visits this place. The office staff needs work!!!!!

I called to get prices for a 1 bedroom apartment and was emailed a list with prices and dates of availability. I got the email on a Thursday. Responded on Sunday that I would take one on the list and got a response that the prices had only been good for 48 hours and now they were $200 a month higher. Nowhere through the course of a phone conversation or email was this mentioned. After asking to talk to a supervisor, the response was they would meet me half way on the quote but that was still $100 more a month than quoted. They would not stand by their sales consultants error and thus lost a customer. Classic bait and switch.

Recently moved here, so far I love it. My transition moving has been the best, my leasing agent Michael Justus has been the best through everything. Highly recommend checking this place out before you decide to move anywhere else!!
