Marsh Creek apartments if you like living in the ghetto this is the place!

These apartments are really poorly constructed. You will consistently hear your upstairs neighbors stomping loudly, especially if they have kids who run around and it will drive you crazy. People blasting music outside? It will shake your house louder than you hear it outside. Everything echoes throughout the walls. Can the people who own this place make the walls/floors more soundproof? Thank you!

I remember my mom living here from 2000-2007. I loved it.at first alot of people lived here coming from oakland richmond but never any crime. Then everyone moved and it became very very quiet outside lol no one to play with.. Now that im an adult i want to move back 🤣🤣

Mostly satisfactory

Place was rundown simple and plain. Never saw that side if Brentwood. Tenants seemed nice through.

Keeps degrading their customer service, including lack of communication towards renters regarding issues.

They have really gone down hill every cents they got a manager
